2 Accede a la dirección de internet y use su username y password. Estos son los mismos que utiliza para instalar su certificado digital en la computadora, asignados al momento de registro por el usuario. También puede ir a través de nuestra pagina de internet y en Professional Associations, escoja la organización que le corresponda, y luego busque el enlace llamado PDF Signer Web Tool. Access the Internet address and log in with your username and password. These are the same ones used to install your digital certificate on the computer, assigned at the moment of registry by the user. Also you can go to out webpage and in Professional Associations, choose your corresponding organization, and the look for the link called PDFSigner Web tool. Asegúrese de tener su firma digital al día para poder hacer uso de esta herramienta. De ser así, los documentos que someta a las agencias le serán devueltos. No somos responsables de ningún documento devuelto por firma digital expirada. Make sure you have your digital signature updated to make use of this tool. If so, the documents submitted to the agency will be returned. We are not responsible for any returned document by digital signature expired.

3 Paso 1 Step 1 Seleccione el documento a certificar presionando en Browse. Select the document to sign/certify by pressing Browse. Asegúrese que los documentos estén en el formato PDF. Esta herramienta no convierte los documentos al formato PDF. Por lo tanto, antes de firmar digitalmente, asegúrese que haya hecho la conversión con el programa de su preferencia. Adicional, los documentos no pueden estar bloqueados, ya que la herramienta no podrá procesarlos. Si el documento lo envía otra persona, asegúrese que al convertirlo a PDF no quede bloqueado. Make sure the documents are in the PDF format. This tool does not convert documents to PDF format. Therefore, before digitally sign, be sure you have made the conversion with the program of your choice. Further, documents cannot be blocked, because the tool cannot process them. If the document sends it someone else, make sure to convert it to PDF is not blocked.

4 Paso 2 Step 2 Elija en que paginas quiere que aparezca el sello visual (primera, ultima o todas). Luego elija en que esquina del documento desea que aparezca el sello visual. Escriba el motivo por el cual certifica digitalmente el documento. (Opcional) Escriba la localizacion donde se firma/certifica el document. (Opcional) Choose in which pages you want the visual seal to appear (First, Last o All Pages). Then, choose in which corner of the document you want the visual seal to appear. Write the motive to sign/certify the document. (Optional) Write the location where you sign/certify the document. (Opcional) Paso 3 Step 3 Introduzca el password que corresponde a su certificado digital. Type the password that correspond to your digital certificate.

5 Paso 4 Step 4 Escoja Sign para firmar digitalmente el documento. De esta manera, el documento quedara sellado, además podrá añadirle más firmas digitales de ser necesario. Choose Sign to digitally certify the document. This way, additional signatures can be added to the document, if necessary. Escoja Certify para certificar el documento. Una vez hecho esto, el documento quedara sellado y no se podrá añadir más firmas o modificaciones Choose Certify to certify the document. This will lock the document, and no more signatures or changes can be done to it. Luego, presione el botón denominado Digitally sign your PDF. Then, press the Digitally sign your PDF button.

6 Paso 5 Step 5 Una vez realizado, obtendrá la siguiente pantalla que le permitirá descargar su documento certificado digitalmente, presionando el botón denominado Download your PDF signed file. Una vez terminado, puede presionar el botón denominado Digitally sign another PDF para firmar otro documento, de lo contrario, presione Logout para terminar su sesión. Once done, you will receive a window to download your signed/certified document, by pressing the Download your PDF signed file. Once finished, you can press the Digitally sign another PDF to sign/certify another document. If not, press Logout to end the session. Es importante que utilice el botón de Download your PDF signed file para descargar el documento firmado. De no hacerlo, el documento se perderá, y tendrá que realizar el procedimiento otra vez. En nuestro sistema NO SE GUARDA ningún documento firmado. It is important that you use the "Download your PDF file signed" button to download the signed document.
