See figure 1. Filming CAUSE: Inner Plexiglas window bows and comes in contact with the outer glass package, causing filming to occur. REPAIR PROCEDURE: Tools Required: 1- Phillips screwdriver 1- Tube clear silicone Figure 1 1. Remove 3 screws from top door hinge. Lift door off of lower hinge. See figure 2. Remove the 4 screws located on the side of the left door sash.

2 Top of door 2. Lay door on a flat surface with door gasket facing up and top of door facing away from you. Remove door seal. Pull gasket away from frame. See figure 3. Figure 3 3. 3 5. Slide inner Plexiglas panel out of frame. See figure 6. Figure 6 6. Clean Plexiglas with glass cleaner and a soft cloth. See figure 7. Figure 7 7. Reverse Plexiglas, clean and slide back into frame. See figure 8 Figure 8

4 8. Place a small bead of clear silicone on the outside edge of the outer Glass Package and replace sash. See figure 9. Figure 9 9. Replace Sash by sliding L bracket into inner sash channel as shown. See figure 10. Figure Replace door gasket by pressing gasket retaining flange into door channel.see figure Install door and hinges. Vea la figura 1. CAUSA: La puerta interior de Plexiglás se pandea y entra en contacto con el paquete exterior de vidrio, haciendo que se forme una película. Formación de película PROCEDIMIENTO DE REPARACIÓN: Herramientas requeridas: 1 destornillador Phillips 1 tubo de silicona transparente Figura 1 1. Quite los 3 tornillos de la bisagra superior de la puerta. Levante y saque la puerta de la bisagra inferior. Vea la figura 2. 6 Parte superior de la puerta 2. Coloque la puerta sobre una superficie plana, con la junta hacia arriba y la parte superior lejos de usted. Quite el sello de la puerta. 7 5. Deslice el panel interior de Plexiglás fuera del marco. Vea la figura 6. Figura 6 6. Limpie el Plexiglás con limpiador para vidrios y un paño suave. Vea la figura 7. Figura 7 7. Dé vuelta el Plexiglás, límpielo y deslícelo nuevamente en el marco. Vea la figura 8. Figura 8
