1 Uniform RESALE The PTO Uniform Resale is a great opportunity to save money, to make money, and to support the Arlington Classics Academy PTO! The PTO Uniform Resale will be on Saturday, August 16, 10 A.M. 1 P.M. at ACA Intermediate and Middle School cafeteria located at 5200 Bowen Road. DROP OFF your uniforms to sell on Friday, August 15, 7:00 PM 9:00 P.M. at ACA Intermediate and Middle School cafeteria. PICK UP your unsold items on Saturday, August 16, 1:00 P.M. 2:00 P.M. PTO Uniform Resale: Seller Guidelines 1. Only items originating from Parker, Mills, or the PTO Spirit Shop may be sold at the resale. 2. Items with holes, tears, or significant stains will not be accepted. 3. Girls jumpers and skirts must be turned in on hangers. Everything else may be folded. 4. Complete the Personal Inventory Form* by listing each item for sale. Keep a copy for your records. 5. Attach one inventory card* to each item on the upper-right corner with a safety pin (no straight pins, tape, or staples). Print cards on cardstock or affix to index cards to prevent tearing. 6. Please print your address legibly on the forms, or we will not be able to mail your payment. 7. All items not sold or designated for donation must be picked up Saturday, August 16, 1:00 P.M. 2:00 P.M. Any uniforms that are not picked up will be considered a donation and will not be returned. Do not expect a phone call; come for your items. 8. $1 from every item sold will be deducted from your total and donated to the Arlington Classics Academy DROP-OFF Must check in items with resale volunteer Inventory cards attached to items Personal Inventory Form completed Address for payment clearly printed on all forms Thank you for your support of the ACA PTO! * See the next pages for Personal Inventory Form and inventory cards.
