Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, University of the Republic of Uruguay (UDELAR); at High School of Hotels and at a School of Nutrition (UDELAR) - F.A.O. consultant about quality control, technology, food security marketing of fisheries products and gender issues. - F.A.O. auditor OEDD (Office of Evaluation) in projects developed in Africa and Latin America. - Technical Advisor in management and implementation of projects in private enterprises in Uruguay. - Technical Advisor of an Intergovernmental Organization (Latin America, based in Uruguay) - President of the Network of Latin American Women of the Fishery Sector (450 members in 23 countries of the region) since year Director of Innocuousness and quality of Domestic Markets of Pan American Network of Fish Inspection Quality Control and Technology since Member of IAFI Board (International Association of Fisheries Inspectors) in representation of Latin America, since These experiences include field activities in 27 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and the European Union.
