1 CITIZENSHIP WORKSHOP TALLER DE CIUDADANIA INSTRUCTIONS These are the steps you must follow today. Once you have completed each station, ask the volunteer who assisted you to initial it for you. STATION 1: Registration STATION 2: Pre-Screening STATION 3: Copies STATION 4: Applications STATION 5: Quality Control STATION 6: Final Revision/Mailing USPS Tracking # At the end of these steps, you will have your packet ready to mail to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services via CERTIFIED MAIL. Your packet must include: 1. Completed Application 2. 2 Passport Photos 3. Copy of your Permanent Resident Card. If you have your driver s license or ID and Social Security Card with you today, include copies of them. 4.
