3 Esmovia - España Movilidad Esmovia is a Spanish company located in Valencia which is concerned with the planning and management of international mobility projects in several fields. As receiving organization, the company organize work placements, language courses, professional seminars, exchange projects and socio-cultural programmes all over Spain for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 months. 4 Project Description The project INFORMATION TECNOLOGY IN TOURISM ESTABLISHMENTS AND APPLICATIONS FOR ITS DISSEMINATION was carried out from 01/07/2009 to 09/09/2009 with a full duration of 10 weeks. Students did 10 weeks of work placements in travel agencies and hotels in Valencia. The project included 2 weeks of language course of Spanish, that allowed the participants to use better the Spanish language at the work placement. 5 Programme 01-JuL Arrival of the group at Valencia Airport. 6 Evaluation During the period of stay in Spain, companies and students were contacted in different ways (meeting, phone calls, s ), to know about the development of the project. The sending organization was informed at that time about these contacts. Students filled an intermediate evaluation and a final evaluation about the training and about the programme in general. Also companies filled a final evaluation regarding their experience with the trainees.
