2 WORKING EXPERIENCE Anti-hunger and social rights activist with fourteen years of experience on Food Security Policies and Programmes, Right to Food advocacy, Nutrition interventions and Food Sovereignty in Latin America, Africa and the Caucasus (having lived in Nicaragua, Guatemala, Chile, Georgia, Ethiopia and Kenya). My current areas of interest are Global Food Governance, Agro-ecology, Climate Change and Ethics of Development. I developed the conceptual framework, technical details and fundraising of two anti-hunger schemes: the regional Hunger-free Latin America and the Caribbean Initiative and the Chair on Hunger and Poverty Studies of the University of Cordoba. In the Food Security area, I have varied experience in national and regional food policies, institutional building, advocacy and applied research on the Right to Food, social movements and mobilization, capacity building, project planning, monitoring and evaluation, Food Security information and communication. Moreover, I have experience in biodiversity conservation and plant genetic resources (agro-biodiversity, forestry resources, threatened species).
