Students can take the 4 courses in either semester one or semester two or across both semesters (only 1 Spanish language course can be taken, out of the 4). Our offer includes, beside business courses taught in English, a limited number of non-business courses focused on Spanish language and culture, some taught in English and some in Spanish.

SELECCIÓN DE ASIGNATURAS. MATRICULACIÓN SELECTING COURSES. ENROLLING IN COMILLAS Todos los alumnos deben matricularse en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales. La fecha tope para entregar la matrícula es el 17 de septiembre. - Compruebe que las asignaturas que seleccionó online están todavía disponibles y los horarios no se solapan. Puede acudir a clase antes de finalizar la matricula para comprobar las asignaturas que necesita cursar. Algunas asignaturas pueden llenarse y se cerrarán. No espere hasta el último día para entregar su matrícula. Pase por Decanato para que le ayudemos si tiene problemas con el horario. - Realice los cambios oportunos en la matricula online incluyendo su dirección y teléfono en Madrid. Suba copia del seguro médico y cumplimente los datos del mismo. Imprima el formulario y llévelo al Decanato de Empresariales para confirmar su matrícula. Todos los alumnos deben realizar este proceso aunque no hayan cambiado su primera selección de asignaturas. 3 Ver aquí el link de las asignaturas: ONES%20INTERNACIONALES/Incoming%20Students/Courses%20Taught%20in% 20English/Courses/Fall.mht Hay muchas asignaturas que se imparten en varios grupos con horarios diferentes A, B, C. son grupos diferentes y cada alumno debe ir a la clase en la que se ha matriculado. Si viene a ICADE sólo un semestre, se puede matricular sólo en un semestre de asignaturas anuales. En ese caso obtendrá sólo la mitad de los créditos de la asignatura. Esta opción NO es posible para los alumnos que vienen de intercambio todo el curso. Un alumno que viene a Comillas todo el año y selecciona una asignatura anual, debe cursarla todo el año; no puede matricularse sólo en un semestre. Si después de entregar la matrícula, realiza algún cambio de asignatura (sólo hasta el día 17 de septiembre), tiene que volver a imprimir la hoja de asignaturas y traerla al Decanato indicando que es una nueva matrícula (no necesita traer de nuevo las fotos ni fotocopias). No es posible realizar ningún cambio en la matricula después del 17 de septiembre. Después de esta fecha ya no podremos quitarla de su matrícula y en el certificado de notas llegará a su universidad de origen con la calificación de No Presentado. All exchange students should enrol in Comillas. How do you do it? Check your class schedule (give us copy of your schedule) + add address/phone in Madrid + print + sign + bring to Mar/Patricia before September 17 th at 2:00 p.m. - Check your class schedule. It is possible to attend courses before enrolling so as to check for suitability. Some courses may get full and we will need to close them. Do not wait until the last day to finish your enrolment. If you need a class that is full, ask us about the possibility of getting an extra place in the class. - You can make changes in your class selection until September 17 th. If you have presented us your papers already, you only need to newly print the list of subjects and bring them to the office. Please include your Spanish language class if you need the credits. Upload copy of your medical insurance and complete the required information. Print all the forms, sign them and take them to the Dean s office. You need to carry out this procedure even if you have not made any changes on your course selection. Spanish classes will be 5 ECTS. Only 1 semester is offered even for annual students unless you are a beginner in A1. 4 NES%20INTERNACIONALES/Incoming%20Students/Courses%20Taught%20in%2 0English/Courses/Fall.mht Pay attention when selecting your courses as some may be offered in different degrees or groups or may have similar names. Your enrolment should contain the exact courses and groups you will be attending. If you are a semester exchange student, you may select annual courses but, since you will only be studying a semester, you will only get half the credits (usually 4.5). If you are an annual exchange student, you CANNOT select only a semester of an annual subject; you will need to follow the full subject. You do not need to present new photocopies of the documents. If after this date you decide not to follow a course, an Absent grade will be sent to your home university at the end of the semester/year. If you need to make any change in your courses after presenting your enrolment, you can do it only until the 17 of September. Print a new form and take it the Dean s office. USO DE ORDENADORES. COMPUTER LABS Los laboratorios informáticos se encuentran a disposición de los alumnos en el sótano (-1) del ala oeste del edificio. Pueden usar los ordenadores con su usuario y contraseña. Un alumno colaborador les enseñará a usar el sistema. Si desea imprimir desde los ordenadores de las salas de microinformática, debe llevar su propio papel (folios Din A-4). Tiene conexión Wi-Fi en todo el edificio. Si necesita configurar su ordenador puede seguir estas instrucciones o pedir ayuda al personal de microinformática (sotano -1): You can use the computer labs situated in the west-wing basement. You only need to use your student number and password. In you want to print from the computer labs, please follow these instructions, you should bring your own paper. We will have a student assistant helping you with this issue at the beginning of the semester. There is Wi-Fi in the building. If you need help with the configuration of your PC, please follow the following steps or get help from the computer lab s staff. ACCESO AL PORTAL DE RECURSOS GETTING YOUR CLASS NOTES FROM MOODLE A través de la intranet de Comillas los estudiantes tienen la posibilidad de utilizar la plataforma e-learning de Comillas denominada MOODLE/portal de recursos y poder

5 acceder a todos los contenidos y experiencias didácticas que los profesores deseen compartir con sus alumnos en cada asignatura. Cuando esté seguro que quiere acudir a una clase, debe indicárselo al profesor y darle su clave de alumno (usuario) para que le pueda incluir en la asignatura. NUMERO DE CONVOCATORIAS/ COMUNICACIÓN DE CALIFICACIONES EXAM SITTINGS/GRADE S RELEASE Todas las asignaturas en nuestra universidad tienen dos convocatorias. Si un alumno suspende la primera convocatoria, tiene la posibilidad de pasar un nuevo examen en el mes de junio. Los exámenes se realizan siempre en ICADE-Madrid. Cuando las calificaciones finales de las asignaturas cursadas están disponibles, pueden aparecer en tablón de anuncios de las clases, pero la calificación definitiva aparece en la intranet de la universidad en el apartado Consulte sus calificaciones. Al final de su estancia en Comillas, enviaremos a la oficina de relaciones internacionales de su universidad un certificado con las notas que ha obtenido. No compre su vuelo de regreso hasta que sepa las fechas de los exámenes finales. As a student in our university you will get access to the MOODLE e-learning platform to consult course contents and notes. We are organizing groups to show you how to print, use moodle etc. with the help of some students. To enroll in one of these tutorials, please write us to international.business@cee.upcomillas.es with your preferences Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday each half an hour from 10:30 to 13:00. We will answer your with your time and classroom. Every subject in ICADE has two sittings. If a student fails a final exam, he/she could re-sit in ICADE-Madrid during the month of June. Final grades could be found in the boards of each classroom but the definitive grades will appear in Comillas Intranet Consulte sus calificaciones. At the end of your exchange period, Comillas will send to your university an official transcript with your grades. **** Nos complace tenerle con nosotros durante este semestre.
