1 HISTORY / HISTORIA Global Standards is a professional Firm that offers Certification and training services in management system. Our team has more than 15 years experience performing certification audits and training in different industry sectors at national and international level, our Firm is accredited by ANAB (ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board) as registrar in quality management systems (QMS), environmental management systems (EMS), food safety management system (FSMS) and the scheme for FSSC 22000, this last with the recognition by the foundation of FSSC. Our commitment is to provide added-value on auditing services through our auditors in each stage of the registration process. Global Standards has carefully selected its auditors, according to our audit philosophy. Our auditors are recognized internationally; almost all they holds any accreditation by a third part recognized body like RAB/QSA & IRCA, who examined their Knowledge, skills and personal attributes to perform certification audits. Our auditors have experience in different fields and sectors of several industries such as automotive, food, chemical, education, services, government, etc. They are properly trained to offer our Clients the highest level of service, adding value to their business. Our clients are able to view results at each stage of the audit process. Auditors remain objective throughout the certification process, taking in consideration that our CLIENT'S have the best knowledge of their business; we do understand that there is more than one way to comply with the standards requirements. Global Standards does not offer consulting services in QMS (quality management system), EMS (environmental management system) and any scheme related with FSSC/FSMS (food safety management system). 8 IMPARTIALITY POLICY / POLITICA DE IMPARCIALIDAD Global Standards personnel is aware about the importance to fulfillment the impartiality policy through certification activities to eliminate the conflict of interest. Los integrantes de Global Standards son consientes de la importancia de cumplir la política de imparcialidad para eliminar el conflicto de intereses al ofrecer los servicios de certificación. Our employment and subcontractor agreement reproduce our impartiality commitment. All personnel (employees and subcontractors) have signed our agreements with the compromise of impartiality commitment. Employees and Subcontractors know the procedure and inform us about any situation that can be considered as a threat of our impartiality policy. The impartiality policy is published through our website. Nuestro personal (empleado y subcontratado) ha firmado un contrato el cual los compromete a cumplir la política de imparcialidad, e informar oportunamente de cualquier situación que incumpla con la misma. Our civil responsibilities in regards of certification and training services are covered through our insurance, which cover all Mexico geographic area. For foreign offices, a liability insurance will be shown geographic area. La responsabilidad civil con respecto a los servicios de certificación y capacitación han sido cubiertos con un seguro, el cual cubre toda el área geográfica de México. Certification Agreement: Convenio de certificación: All activities relating with certification services are formalized with our clients through our certification agreement. We assure that the content of the material of the courses offered by GSC, has only the reference to available public information such as Quality Systems or Audits; Limited to provide general information and considering not to provide specific Advise, participation of design or modification of Clients management system or any specific improvements to the attendances. GSC provide instruction about international standards, do not provide specific solution.
