1 INSTRUCCIONES PARA ELEGIR ASIGNATURAS, HORARIOS Y GRUPOS (Version en castellano- English versión furtherdown) Has recibido este mensaje en calidad de estudiante incoming para el segundo semestre del curso 01/13 en la Facultat de Dret de la Universitat de València. Mediante este mensaje trataremos de explicarte cómo elegir asignaturas y grupos para tu matrícula. Contrato de estudios (learning agreement) La Facultad de Derecho de Valencia no firma contratos de estudios a distancia, por lo que no es necesario que nos lo envíes. Será suficiente que lo entregues en la Facultad a tu llegada. Solo en el caso que tu Facultad de origen te exija nuestra firma antes de tu llegada, puedes enviarlo (Erasmus.dret@uv.es), y excepcionalmente te lo devolveríamos firmado. Elección de asignaturas Puedes comprobar las asignaturas ofertadas para el segundo semestre en tu titulación visitando nuestra web: 1º.- º.- Ir al banner de la derecha mobility incoming 3º.- Información de la Facultad Esta Facultad ofrece tres titulaciones: Derecho Ciencias Políticas Criminología Tienes que asegurarte por qué titulación vienes Si vienes por Derecho, como mínimo el 50% de los créditos de tu contrato de estudios debe ser del listado SEGUNDO SEMESTRE asignaturas elegibles de Derecho Si vienes por Ciencias Políticas el 50% de los créditos de SEGUNDO SEMESTRE asignaturas elegibles de Ciencias Políticas Si vienes por Criminología el 50% de los créditos de SEGUNDO SEMESTRE asignaturas elegibles de Criminología El otro 50% puedes elegirlo de cualquier otra titulación de la Universitat de Valencia (consultando previamente en la Facultad correspondiente) NO elegir asignaturas anuales ni del primer semestre

2 Debido a la adaptación al Plan Bolonia tenemos dos tipos de asignaturas: Grado y Licenciatura. Es importante que los distingas para la búsqueda de horario (el código de las asignaturas de Grado siempre empieza por 3 ej Derecho Civil I, es de Grado y 1014 Derecho Civil IV es de Licenciatura Puedes elegir tanto asignaturas de Grado como de Licenciatura. Consultar programa de las asignaturas Si necesitas consultar el programa o ficha técnica de la asignatura puedes encontrarlo en FitxaTècnicaAssignatura i Programa de 1º i º Cicle Elegir la Facultad y la titulación correspondiente Anar-hi Elegir horarios y grupos: Consulta Oferta Acadèmica i Horaris Anar-hi 1ºElegir la FACULTAT DE DRET º Veure oferta acadèmica i horaris 3ºElegir la titulación correspondiente El sistema Filtrar nombre de asignatura no siempre funciona, por lo que probablemente tendrás que buscar la asignatura avanzando página por página Ejemplo de Grado ASSIGNATURA Derecho Civil I GRUP A IDIOMA Castellà TORN: Matí SUBGRUP DIA HORARI EDIFICI AULA CUATRI. Las clases de prácticas son cada dos semanas. En la hoja de matrícula deberás poner: Código:1000 / Nombre: Análisis Económico del Derecho/ Créditos:4,5 /Grupo: A

4 Nomalmente todas las asignaturas tienen grupos en castellano (español), valenciano y algunas en inglés (sólo en Derecho). Los grupos en ingles de grado son los AR, los de licenciatura AN Documentación adjunta: Ficha de estudiante incoming (doc. 1) Hoja de matrícula (doc. ) tendrás que traer estos dos documentos cumplimentados con TODOS los datos para el día de tu matrícula, además: 1 foto tamaño pasaporte Fotocopia de tu pasaporte o documento de identidad Contrato de estudios (learning agreement) La última semana de enero se celebrará en la Facultad una reunión de bienvenida para los estudiantes incoming, donde se dará toda la información necesaria. La fecha de esta reunión se publicará en la web de la Facultad. NO necesitas enviar ningún documento, sólo tráelos contigo cuando vengas a la Facultad el día de la reunión de bienvenida. La Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la Facultad está en Facebook (Erasmus Dret Valencia). Te invitamos a que te hagas amig@ y contactes con estudiantes de esta Facultad, quienes te podrán facilitar información muy útil y práctica. También tenemos el Programa de Mentores. Esto es que a cada estudiante incoming se le asigna un estudiante mentor de la Universitat de Valencia, para que te ayuda tanto en asuntos académicos, busca de asignaturas y horarios, si no has entendido las instrucciones de este documento, así como en la búsqueda de alojamiento, etc.. With this message will try to explain you how to choose your subjects and timetables for your enrollment Learning agreement The Faculty of Law, U.V. does not sign distance learning agreements, so you don t need to send it. It ll be enough if you bring it with you when you arrive in Valencia. Only in case your Faculty wants you to have it signed by us, you can send it (Erasmus.dret@uv.es), and exceptionally we d send it signed,back to you. Choosing subjects

5 You can check the offer for the second semester of your degree by visiting our website: 1º.- language at the top of the page) º.-Go to the banner on your right hand side mobility incoming 3º.- Faculty Information You ll see that we offer three Degrees: Law PoliticalSciences Criminology If you come forlaw, 50% at least of your credits in your learning agreement must befrom the list SECOND SEMESTER elegible Subjects for Law If you come for Political Sciences50% of your credits from the list SECOND SEMESTER elegible subjects for Political Sciences If you come for Criminology 50% of your credits from SECOND SEMESTER elegible subjects Criminology You can choose the other 50% from any other Degree of the Universityof Valencia (you must check previously at the corresponding secretary) If you are only taking English groups you can see the list and timetables in SECOND SEMESTER English groups elegible subjects (for Law) Owing to Bolonia type adaptation, we have two Study Plans Grado and Licenciatura. It s important you distinguish them to search your subjectsand schedules Grade code it always starts with 3 ej Civil Law I,it s Grade and 1014 Civil Law IV it s Licenciatura You can choose Grade subjects as well as Licenciatura subjects. English groups for Grado are AR, and for Licenciatura AN Attached documents: Ficha de estudiante / Student file (doc. 1) Hoja de matrícula /Enrolmentsheet (doc. ) The welcome meeting date you ll need to bring these documents filled with ALL your data, and also: 1 photo (Passport size) Copy of your Passport or ID Learningagreement Last week in January there will be a welcome meeting at the Faculty for all incoming students for the second semester where you ll be given all the information needed. You ll be able to check the date for this meeting on the web in short.

8 You DON T need to send any of these documents. Just bring them with you when you come to the welcome meeting. The International Relations Office at the Faculty of Law is on Facebook (Erasmus Dret Valencia). We encourage you to be our friend so that you can contact students from this Faculty, who can help you in practical matters. We also have a Menthors Program. You can be assigned to a menthor, who is a student of this Faculty, to help you in accademic matters, searching subjects and timetables, in case you didn t manage to follow the instructions above, and also searching accomodation, etc.
