5 About The Presenter Samuel (Sandy) Goldstein President & Founder of Capsicum Group, LLC Provides clients with a business perspective on technology related matters. He performs services including digital forensics, investigations, outsourcing, privacy, project assurance, regulatory compliance, security, testimony and technology management. Sandy has published articles and given presentations on e-discovery and computer forensics, emerging technologies and strategies, software development, and process engineering. Prior to starting Capsicum Group, Sandy served as Senior Vice President and CIO at the largest retail distributor of industrial goods and gases in North America with 8,000 employees, 700 locations and 750,000 customers. He also worked for nearly twelve years in public accounting, where his last position was as Worldwide Practice Leader responsible for HR Systems, PeopleSoft and ERP Consulting practices. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science in 1981 and an MBA in computer information systems in 1984 from the University of Miami, where he continues to serve as member of its President's Council and business plan competition.
6 About The Presenter Dmitry Akselrod Head of Capsicum s information security, data recovery and technology practices. He performs investigations in response to security breaches, provides expert reports, and recommends remediation steps to prevent repeated security intrusions. He conducts security audits, specializing in penetration testing and security best practices according to ISO Standards and other regulatory requirements. Dmitry performs tape-restoration, damaged media recovery, and electronic discovery as well as technology support focusing on network technology, such as thin-clients and remote access. Prior to working at Capsicum, Dmitry served as Manager of Information Systems where he organized the company's network, evaluated and fulfilled the firm's technology requirements, and developed custom software and services. Dmitry attended the University of Louisville. He holds Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Security (MCSE:Security), and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certifications.

Rivera Marín Secretary of the Consumer Affairs Department of Puerto Rico The Consumer Affairs Department (DACO) is a government agency created by Act No. 5 of April 23, 1973, as a response by the Legislature of Puerto Rico as an aswer to the growing complexity of market goods and services, undesirable practices of some merchants and the consumer s helplessness in such situations.
