6 3. MONTAJE / DESMONTAJE PASES DE MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE PASES DE EXPOSITOR Y APARCAMIENTO Permiten el acceso al recinto ferial durante los periodos de montaje/desmontaje. Solicitud previa mediante formulario nº 13 de la carpeta de servicios. También lo pueden descargar a través de seleccionando el certamen de referencia; Información Expositores; Servicios. A retirar en el Punto de Atención al Expositor, a partir del 5 de febrero, en horario de 8.30 h. a 20 h. El numero asignado, tanto de pases de expositor como de tarjetas de aparcamiento, está en relación con la superficie contratada. Pases de expositor Tarjetas de aparcamiento Hasta 50 m 2 : Por cada 10 m 2 adicionales contratados: 6 pases 1 pase más (hasta un máximo de 30) Hasta 50 m 2 : Por cada 25 m 2 adicionales contratados: 2 pases 1 pase más (hasta un máximo de 8) Permiten el acceso al recinto ferial del 10 al 13 de febrero, 1 hora antes y 30 minutos después del horario oficial del Certamen. Se retirarán por parte de una persona debidamente acreditada en el punto de atención al expositor correspondiente (A,B, ó C ), del 5 al 9 de febrero, en horario de 8.30h. a 20h. Será condición indispensable para la retirada de los pases de expositor y parking, el pago y liquidación de todas las cuentas. MONTAJE ANTES DEL MONTAJE STANDS DE LIBRE DISEÑO Del 5 al 8 febrero de 8.30 h. a 20 h. y 9 febrero de 8.30 h. a 18 h. STANDS MODULARES CONTRATADOS CON FERIA Se entregan 48 horas antes de la inauguración. 8 febrero 8.30 h. a 20 h. y 9 febrero de 8.30 h. a 18 h. Normas para la decoración y construcción de los stands: información incluida en la carpeta de servicios. La firma expositora que precise adelantar la decoración de su stand, antes del periodo oficial establecido, deberá comunicarlo a Feria de Zaragoza con un mínimo de 30 días de antelación a la inauguración del Certamen, con el fin de obtener el correspondiente permiso, siendo a cuenta del Expositor los gastos que se ocasionen por este motivo. Las solicitudes de los servicios que pudieran precisar para el montaje de su stand, como agua, electricidad, limpieza, boceto del stand, etc., deberán ser enviados como mínimo 20 días antes de la apertura del certamen. Fuera de este plazo, cualquier solicitud de servicio tendrá un recargo del 20%. DURANTE EL MONTAJE El acceso de los vehículos se permitirá durante todos los días del montaje de 8.30 h. a h. excepto el último día de montaje, que será hasta las h. Nadie podrá permanecer dentro del recinto a partir de las h. En ningún caso podrá ampliarse el horario de montaje el día anterior a la inauguración. De permanecer en el recinto a partir de las h., se aplicará un recargo del 50% del canon de montaje ya facturado, repercutible únicamente a la empresa de montaje que incumpla el horario establecido. Durante el montaje del stand, el material deberá permanecer, con carácter general, dentro de los límites del espacio del mismo, dejando limpios pasillos y zonas comunes. ENTREGA DE MERCANCÍA MANIPULACIÓN DE MERCANCÍAS Feria de Zaragoza no dispone de un Agente Oficial de Transportes. Este servicio puede ser contratado con la empresa que deseen. Todos los bultos y embalajes deben ser entregados en la siguiente dirección, con indicación del Certamen en el que participan, número de pabellón, número de stand y nombre de la firma expositora: Feria de Zaragoza Autovía A-2, km. 311 E Zaragoza (España). En ausencia del destinatario, Feria de Zaragoza no se responsabiliza de recepción de mercancía ni de albaranes, así como de cualquier hurto, deterioro o entrega incorrecta. DESMONTAJE 13 febrero de 20 h. a 22 h. y del 14 al 16 de febrero de 8.30 h. a 18 h. Una vez terminado el plazo de desmontaje, Feria de Zaragoza procederá a la retirada y almacenamiento de materiales que permanezcan en los stands, siendo a cargo del expositor los gastos que se ocasionen. 7 3. ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY PASSES EXHIBITOR BADGES AND PARKING CARDS They allow access to the fairgrounds during the assembly/disassembly periods. Request in advance using application form number 13 of the services folder. It can also be downloaded at clicking on the chosen exhibition, exhibitors information section; services. Pickup at the Exhibitors Helpdesk as from 5 th February between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. They are given in accordance with the booked surface area: Exhibitor badges Parking cards Up to 50 sq.m. For each additional 10 sq.m. 6 badges 1 extra badge (up to a maximum of 30) Up to 50 sq.m. For each additional 25 sq.m. 2 card 1 extra card (up to a maximum of 8) To access fair premises from February 10 th to 13 th, up to one hour before and thirty minutes after official opening and closing times. To be collected by a duly accredited person at the corresponding Exhibitor Helpdesk (A, B, or C) from February 5 th to 9 th, from 8.30 am to 8.00 pm. To collect exhibitor badges and parking cards, it will be indispensable to have paid all outstanding amounts. ASSEMBLY BEFORE ASSEMBLY DURING ASSEMBLY GOODS DELIVERY GOODS HANDLING DISASSEMBLY FREEFORM STAND DESIGN From 5 th to 8 th February, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. & 9 th February, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MODULAR STANDS CONTRACTED FROM THE FAIR Delivered 48 hours before inauguration. 8 th February, 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. & 9 th February, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Procedures for decoration and construction of stands: please, find the information attached to the technical dossier. Any exhibiting firms that need to take their stand decorations to the grounds before the officially established period must notify Feria de Zaragoza at least 30 days before inauguration of the event to obtain the corresponding permit. The Exhibitor firm is responsible for paying for all applicable expenses. All requests for the services that your stand may require (such as water, electricity, cleaning, stand sketch, etc.) must be sent at least 20 days before the event opens. Beyond this period, any request for service will include a 20% surcharge. Access by vehicles will be allowed during the assembly days from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except for the last assembly day, which will be until 6:00 p.m. No one may remain within the premises after 8:00 p.m. In no event will the assembly schedule be extended on the day prior to the opening day. If anyone remains in the premises after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of 50% of the assembly fee already billed will be applied, and it will be charged only to the assembly firm that fails to comply with the established schedule. During stand assembly, all materials must generally remain within the limits of the stand space, thereby leaving all aisles and common areas clear. Feria de Zaragoza does not dispose of an Official Carrier. This service could be made by any agency you decide to. All parcels and packages must be delivered to the following address, thereby indicating the name of the Exhibition you participate, hall number, stand number and the exhibitor company name: Feria de Zaragoza Autovía A-2 km. 311 E Zaragoza (Spain). In the absence of an Exhibiting Consignee, Feria de Zaragoza is not liable for receiving any merchandise or delivery slips, nor is it liable for any theft, damage or incorrect delivery. SERVICIOS DURANTE LA FERIA PUNTOS DE ATENCIÓN AL EXPOSITOR Según la ubicación, las firmas expositoras serán atendidas en los puntos siguientes: - Punto A (entrada P.1) : Stands Pabellones 1 y 2 - Punto B (entrada P.4) : Stands Pabellones 3 y 4 - Punto C (entrada P.5) : Stands Pabellones 5 y 6 En ellos se podrá resolver cualquier cuestión relacionada con: - Pases de montaje y desmontaje. - Pases de expositor y tarjetas de parking. Se entregarán en función de la superficie contratada. Será condición indispensable para la retirada de los mismos, el pago y liquidación de todas las cuentas. - Recogida del catálogo oficial, tras presentar el vale-recogida original. - Retirada y devolución de servicios solicitados como teléfono, porta-folletos,... - Consulta y contratación de servicios ofrecidos por Feria. Operativos del 5 al 9 de Febrero en horario de 8.30h. a 20.00h. PUNTO DE FACTURACIÓN Y COBROS (D) SALAS DE COMUNICACIONES CLUB DE PRENSA CONSIGNA Y BUZÓN DE CORREOS APARCAMIENTO (USO Y CONTROL DE ESPACIO RESERVADO) Ubicado en la planta baja del hall del Edificio de Oficinas. Podrán resolver cualquier cuestión relacionada con liquidación de cuentas. Horarios: -Montaje: 5, 6 y 9 febrero: 8h. a 18h. -Feria: 10 al 13 de febrero de 10h. a 19h. -Desmontaje: del 14 al 16 de febrero de 8:30h. a 18h. Situadas en los puntos de atención al expositor A (entrada P.1) y B (entrada P.4), dispondrán de los siguientes servicios: - Enviar y recibir correos electrónicos - Enviar y recibir faxes - Fotocopias Punto de encuentro entre periodistas y firmas expositoras. Aquí podrán entregar y suministrar todo tipo de información relativa a su presencia en el salón. A su disposición en el Hall del Centro de Congresos. Ver áreas de aparcamiento en plano general del recinto. GENERAL Gratuito, siempre que esté visible en el vehículo la tarjeta correspondiente El número de tarjetas asignado a cada firma expositora se corresponde con la superficie del stand. Cada tarjeta de aparcamiento mostrará la zona donde se debe aparcar. RESERVADO Mediante pago, se ofrece la posiblidad de estacionar su vehículo en cubierto. Solicitud disponible en seleccionando el certamen de referencia/ Información Expositores. Reserva de plaza, mediante envío de solicitud al fax Fecha limite: 03 febrero TICKETS APARCAMIENTO VISITANTES Las firmas expositoras podrán adquirir, a precio reducido, tickets de aparcamiento para sus clientes, concesionarios, distribuidores, etc. (compra mínima 10 tickets). SERVICES DURING THE EXHIBITION EXHIBITORS HELPDESKS POINTS Depending on the location, exhibiting firms will be taken care of at the following points: - Point A (entrance Hall 1) - Stands Halls 1 & 2 - Point B (entrance Hall 4) - Stands Halls 3 & 4 - Point C (entrance Hall 5) - Stands Halls 5 & 6 Here is where exhibitors can solve any matters regarding the following: - Assembly and disassembly passes. - Exhibitor passes and parking cards. They will be handed out according to the contracted surface area. In order to collect them, it will be indispensable to have paid all outstanding amounts. - Pickup of the official catalogue after presenting the original pickup voucher. - Removal and return of requested services such as telephone, brochure holders, etc. - Inquiries and application for services offered by the Fair. Operational from 5 th to 9 th February from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. BILLING AND COLLECTIONS POINT (D) COMMUNICATIONS ROOM PRESS ROOM LEFT-LUGGAGE OFFICE & MAIL BOX PARKING (USE AND CONTROL OF RESERVED SPACE) Located on the ground floor of the Office Building. You can solve any matters referred the settlement of accounts. Time Schedule during: - Assembly: 5 th, 6 th and 9 th February from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Exhibition: 10 th to 13 th February from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Disassembly: 14 th to 16 th February from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The following services will be available at the exhibitors helpdesks A (entrance hall nº 1) & B (entrance hall nº 4): - Sending and receiving s. - Sending and receiving faxes. - Photocopies. Meeting point between journalists and exhibiting firms. Here you can deliver and provide all kinds of information regarding your presence at the show. At your disposal at the Hall of the Congress Centre. See the parking areas at the general floor plan. GENERAL Free of charge, as long as the corresponding card is visible in the vehicle. The number of parking cards assigned to each exhibiting firm depends on the surface area of the stand. Every parking card will show you the zone where your vehicle must be parked. For space reservation, thank you for sending your application form to fax at Deadline: 03 rd February VISITORS PARKING TICKETS Exhibiting firms may acquire parking tickets at a reduced price for their customers, dealers, distributors, etc. (minimum purchase of 10 tickets). INTERLOCUTORES / YOUR CONTACTS INVITATIONS, ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIPS INVITACIONES PROFESIONALES Solicitud previa al departamento comercial mediante formulario correspondiente. Fecha límite: Su cliente recibirá su pase personalizado por correo y de forma gratuita, siempre y cuando, nos envíe la invitación cumplimentada por fax ó se acredite a través de seleccionando el certamen de referencia y accediendo al apartado de visitantes, lo antes posible. Pasada la fecha de , el original de la invitación profesional podrá ser entregado cumplimentado, en los mostradores de acreditación del recinto ferial, durante los días del Certamen. VIÑETAS PROMOCIONALES Y CARTELES ANUNCIADORES Solicitud previa al departamento comercial mediante formulario correspondiente. Fecha límite: Carácter Gratuito. OTRAS INFORMACIONES DE INTERÉS OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST INNOVACIONES TÉCNICAS Para concurrir a esta convocatoria, la firma expositora deberá enviar la Ficha Técnica de Inscripción (una por cada innovación) junto con la documentación requerida. Fecha límite de inscripción: 30 de noviembre de Las firmas que cumplan los requisitos estipulados dispondrán en su stand de un elemento indicativo. DELEGACIONES COMERCIALES EXTRANJERAS Dispondrán de un punto de encuentro para reuniones y contactos con las firmas expositoras. Visitarán la feria del 11 al 12 de febrero de Se recomienda tener personal bilingüe así como documentación en idiomas para atender su visita. 19 NORMAS 1. Únicamente podrá ser Patrocinador aquella empresa que participe como Expositor en una de las siguientes Ferias: ENOMAQ, OLEOMAQ, TECNOVID, OLEOTEC El documento de solicitud de Patrocinio constituye únicamente una petición, que tendrá que ser confirmada por Feria de Zaragoza, mediante devolución de dicho documento debidamente firmado y sellado. 3. En caso de concurrencia de más de un demandante para un mismo producto patrocinable, Feria de Zaragoza se reserva la potestad para tomar la decisión final de elegir al patrocinador. 4. La empresa patrocinadora será la responsable de enviar el material necesario dentro del plazo que se indique, no haciéndose Feria de Zaragoza responsable de los incidentes, costos y perjuicios ocasionados por la demora. 5. Una vez recibido el material necesario, Feria de Zaragoza será responsable de la realización, montaje y desmontaje del producto objeto de patrocinio. El montaje y desmontaje de los Espacios Exteriores serán responsabilidad de la empresa patrocinadora. 6. La empresa patrocinadora se compromete a abonar el 50% del importe al enviar su solicitud de patrocinio y, el resto antes del 10 de enero de En caso de cancelación, Feria de Zaragoza se reserva el derecho de facturar la totalidad del patrocinio cancelado. Zaragoza Exhibition Centre shall not be responsible for any accident, costs or damages caused by delay. 5. Once the necessary material has been received, Zaragoza Exhibition Centre shall be the responsible for carrying out, assembly and disassembly the product object of the sponsorship. In the event of Outdoor Spaces, the responsible for assembly and disassembly shall be the sponsoring company. 6.
