PAYMENT INFORMATION There are several different ways of making payments for the conference. We ask however that no payment be made until you have received an or letter, acknowledging your booking and asking you to pay. Please remember that a deposit of 60 /person is due immediately on receiving acknowledgement of receipt of your booking. But you may wish, as most do, to pay the full amount of the fees immediately. This will save payment fees, avoid the need to make a second payment, reduce administration, and help us to meet certain payments in advance. Thank you. A. Payments from outside the Eurozone There are four possible ways: 1. To make a bank transfer from your bank to the following bank account: Bank: Caisse d Epargne Rhône-Alpes, Strasbourg, France Account name: EECAEF Branch: Counter: Account: Please: (1) Annotate the transfer For IBCM5 + [your name or the name(s) of the participant(s) being paid for] (2) Meet the costs of the transfer yourself, rather than indicating that they will be paid by the receiver 2. To make an electronic credit card payment (by Visa or Mastercard only) to the French account with the CAEF. In order to do this, connect to the following link: The instructions are in French, but if you follow the guidance annexed to this note, you should be able to make the payment without difficulty. This method of payment will cost you additionally approximately 2.5% of the amount that you are paying to the conference, and there may also be currency exchange costs. 3. To pay by way of the PayPal function included in the IBCM website accessible by the following link: This is simple to use, but will be a payment in Sterling. To find the amount that you should pay, click at the point indicated on the webpage, to find a table; use the amounts in the right-hand column for the option that you have booked for. These amounts include the 5% deduction which PayPal makes when it passes on the funds to IBCM (in fact, to Partnership (UK) Ltd, which is acting for IBCM in this matter). There may also be currency exchange costs unless you are using a British credit card. 4. By a sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank. Please make the cheque out to Partnership (UK) Ltd and send it by post to: Neil Summerton, Abbey Court, Cove, Tiverton EX16 7RT, with the details of the conference option that you have chosen. Payments under (3) and (4) are being assembled by Partnership (UK) Ltd and remitted to France in bulk from time to time, to minimise transfer and exchange costs. 1

2 In the case of (2), (3) and (4), you can also add a donation to meet the costs of organising IBCM and to help certain participants to come. Under (1) you can, of course, add an amount so long as you indicate this by annotating the transfer. B. Payments from a Eurozone Union country other than France 1. By bank transfer, using the data in A1 above. This should normally cost you no more than any bank payment in your own country. Par carte de crédit (Carte Visa/Master) Notre système français n accepte que les deux principales cartes, MasterCard et Visa. Diese Beträge erhalten bereits die 5 % Zuschlag für die Paypalzahlung (läuft für IBCM über Partnership (UK) Ltd.). Achtung, es könnten Wechselkursgebühren anfallen, da Sie ein britisches Zahlungssystem nutzen. 4. Sie könnten mit einem britischen Bankscheck, ausgestellt in Pfund Sterling, bezahlen. Bitte senden Sie in diesem Fall einen Scheck per Post an: Neil Summerton, Abbey Court, Cove, Tiverton EX16 7RT, mit den Angaben zu dem gebuchten Konferenzpaket. Die unter (3) und (4) genannten Zahlungsarten werden bei Partnership (UK) gesammelt und von Zeit zu Zeit gebündelt nach Frankreich überwiesen, um Überweisungs- und Wechselkurskosten zu minimieren. 3

4 Bei den Zahlungsarten (2), (3) and (4), können Sie gerne eine Spende beifügen, um etwas zu den Verwaltungskosten für IBCM beizusteuern, und unter (1) können Sie natürlich auch etwas mit überweisen, nur bitte beim Verwendungszweck/Betreff mit angeben! Las mencionadas opciones de pago bajo (3) y (4) se recogen por Partnership (Reino Unido) que transfiere los pagos acumulados periódicamente a Francia para así minimizar los costos de cambio de moneda. Con las opciones de pago (2), (3) y (4), es posible incluir una ofrenda como ayuda para sufragar los gastos administrativos de IBCM, aunque también bajo (1) usted puede añadir una ofrenda, pero deberá aclarar específicamente el destino de la cantidad añadida
