3 4 BCLE20 CLEVELAND CSD -TAX ID # 1809 PROPOSED BOND ISSUE AND TAX LEVY CLEVELAND MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Shall the Cleveland Municipal School District be authorized to do the following: (1) Issue bonds for the purpose of constructing, renovating, remodeling, enlarging, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving school district buildings and facilities and acquiring, clearing, equipping and otherwise improving school district building and facility sites in the principal amount of $200,000,000, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 37 years, and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county fiscal officer to average over the bond repayment period 2 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 20 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds? (2) Levy an additional property tax to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, enlargement, renovation, and financing of general permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mill for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 5 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015? 5 8 BGAH10 GARFIELD HTS CSD -TAX ID # 1815 PROPOSED TAX LEVY (ADDITIONAL) GARFIELD HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT An additional tax for the benefit of the Garfield Heights City School District for the purpose of general permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 10 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year PROPUESTA PARA RECAUDACI ÓN DE IMPUESTOS (ADICIONAL) DISTRITO ESCOLAR DE LA CIUDAD DE GARFIELD HEIGHTS Un impuesto adicional que beneficiará al Distrito Escolar de la Ciudad de Garfield Heights con el fin de cubrir mejoras generales permanentes a una tasa que no exceda 1 milésimo por cada dólar de valoración, lo cual representa 10 centavos por cada cien dólares de valoración, por un período continuado de tiempo, comenzando en el 2014, con su primer vencimiento en el año calendario del BNOL20 NORTH OLMSTED CSD -TAX ID # 1820 PROPOSED BOND ISSUE NORTH OLMSTED CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT Shall bonds be issued by the North Olmsted City School District for the purpose of constructing, adding to, renovating, remodeling, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving School District buildings and facilities and acquiring, improving and equipping real estate for such buildings and facilities in the principal amount of $80,577,000, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 34 years, and an annual levy of property taxes be made outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the County Fiscal Officer to average over the repayment period of the bond issue 5.45 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 54.5 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds? 6 10 BNRY20 NORTH ROYALTON CSD-TAX ID #1821 PROPOSED BOND ISSUE AND TAX LEVY NORTH ROYALTON CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT Shall the North Royalton City School District be authorized to do the following: (1) Issue bonds for the purpose of constructing, renovating, remodeling, rehabilitating, adding to, furnishing, equipping and otherwise improving buildings and facilities, and preparing, equipping and otherwise improving real estate, for School District purposes in the principal amount of $28,400,000, to be repaid annually over a maximum period of 28 years, and levy a property tax outside the ten-mill limitation, estimated by the county fiscal officer to average over the bond repayment period 1.66 mills for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 16.6 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, to pay the annual debt charges on the bonds, and to pay debt charges on any notes issued in anticipation of those bonds? (2) Levy an additional property tax to provide funds for the acquisition, construction, enlargement, renovation, and financing of general permanent improvements at a rate not exceeding 1 mill for each one dollar of tax valuation, which amounts to 10 cents for each one hundred dollars of tax valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015? 7 County Issues / Asuntos del Condado 11 CCUY60 COUNTY WIDE DISTRICT COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA Shall Article II, Section 2.01 and Article III, Section 3.03 of the Charter of the County of Cuyahoga be amended to modify the residency requirements for the offices of County Executive and County Council, requiring the County Executive to have been an elector of the County for at least two years prior to filing a declaration of candidacy, and preventing a Council member from being disqualified due to redistricting from serving the full term to which the member was elected?
