1 1 Read in 1.1 OBJETIVO VOLOTEA VIRTUAL Ofrecer sus servicios a usuarios registrados en IVAO y entusiastas de la simulación aérea, con el fin de simular fielmente las operaciones de Volotea Real. Volotea Virtual prestará sin coste alguno, las herramientas y servicios que se estimen oportunos para dar servicio a las personas que formen parte de esta comunidad. Para cumplir dicho objetivo, los usuarios registrados que hagan uso de los servicios de Volotea Virtual deberán respetar y cumplir la siguiente normativa. 1.2 CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA El usuario se comprometerá, a mantener un comportamiento correcto,tolerante y educado, mientras se esté haciendo uso de los sistemas de Volotea Virtual, tanto de la propia web y foro, como de la red IVAO. Cualquier violación de los derechos fundamentales de las personas, así como del uso fraudulento de los sistemas, implicará la suspensión inmediata del acceso al servicio. Dicha medida podría ser irrevocable a decisión de la dirección de Volotea Virtual. Cualquier intento de sabotaje, hacking o de alteración de los sistemas de Volotea Virtual, serán motivo de cancelación inmediata del servicio, pudiéndose además, tomar las acciones legales oportunas en materia de daños y perjuicios ocasionados.

2 2 1.3 PRIVACIDAD Los datos recopilados mediante el alta en Volotea Virtual, son sólo utilizados por Volotea Virtual para el buen funcionamiento del servicio. Estos datos en ningún momento serán compartidos con terceros. Ocasionalmente, Volotea Virtual podrá enviar a sus usuarios comunicados y NOTAMs de interés general para la comunidad, pudiendo el usuario solicitar la no recepción de los mismos, ante cualquier miembro de la directiva Volotea Virtual. 1.4 ACCESO A LA COMPAÑÍA Recursos Humanos convocará periódicamente procesos selectivos para nuevas tripulaciones técnicas en las cuales se mostrarán claramente los requisitos necesarios para poder optar a una plaza en Volotea Virtual. Dicha convocatoria no se saldrá de las siguientes directrices: Respeto hacía los demas en todo momento. La edad mínima para cursar el alta en Volotea Virtual, es de 14 años. El candidato deberá estar registrados en la red IVAO con un mínimo de 200 horas mínimo. Pilotos profesionales que deseen acceder a la compañía deberán acreditar debidamente su licencia para obtener acceso directo. Cualquier solicitud que no cumpla alguno de éstos requisitos, será automáticamente desestimada. Volotea Virtual mantendrá en todo momento la confidencialidad de todos los datos aportados por el candidato y no distribuirá su información a terceros. 1.5 OPERACIONES Los pilotos registrados en Volotea Virtual volarán las rutas y flota proporcionadas por la compañía a través del cliente. La descripción del cliente y su uso vienen detallados en su manual. Los reportes (PIREP s) serán automáticamente enviados por el cliente al log del piloto.

3 3 1.6 OBLIGACIONES Realizar mínimo 1 vuelo del sistema la primera semana desde el dia de su alta. Es obligatorio realizar un vuelo al mes para mantener su alta en la VA Realizar todos los vuelos ON-LINE a través de IVAO. Volotea Virtual give you this service for free with all needed tools to all people part of that community. To reach this objetive, all registered members must respect and observe this rules. 1.2 CODE OF CONDUCT The user agrees to maintain a correct, tolerant and polite behavior, while it is using Volotea Virtual systems, both itself and the web forum, and the IVAO network. Any violation of the fundamental rights of individuals, as well as fraudulent use of systems, involve the immediate suspension of access to the service.such a measure could be irrevocable decision Volotea Virtual staff. Any attempt to sabotage, hacking or altering Volotea Virtual systems, will be grounds for immediate termination of service, plus being able to take appropriate legal action regarding damage caused. 1.3 PRIVACY Data collected by Volotea Virtual registering are only used for the proper functioning of the service. Occasionally, Volotea Virtual may send their statements and users NOTAMs of general interest to the community, the user may request non-receipt thereof, to any member of the Volotea Virtual staff. 1.4 ACCESS TO COMPANY Human Resources regularly convenes selection processes for new technical crews in which the requirements necessary to qualify for a place in Volotea Virtual clearly displayed.this call will not come off the following guidelines: -Respect for others at all times.

5 5 -The minimum age to attend the registration is 14 years old. -The candidate must be registered with the IVAO network with a minimum of 200 hours as Pilot. -Professional pilots who wish to access the company must duly prove their license for direct access. -Any application that does not meet any of these requirements will be automatically rejected. Volotea Virtual at all times maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the candidate and will not distribute your information to third parties. 1.5 OPERATIONS Volotea Virtual registered pilots flew Virtual routes and fleet provided by the company through the client. The description of the client and their use are detailed in its manual.
