Board Of Directors Report 2012 Brickell Place Phase II Recycling Program In effort to reduce unnecessary waste and costs while making our community more environmentally friendly, the Association is starting a new recycling program called commingling. In order for this program to work, we will need the cooperation of the community. Beginning April 1st, the residents drive lane will no longer be opened by security for those with barcodes. A valid driver s license and vehicle registration is required.
