1 SISTEMA DE CONTROL LÓGICO PROGRAMABLE (PLC) SOBRE HARDWARE EMBEBIDO Y BAJO SISTEMA OPERATIVO LINUX Autor : Gonzalo Julián Santander Palacio Director : Javier Martín Ruiz RESUMEN DEL PROYECTO El proyecto tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de un Sistema de Control Lógico Programable sobre hardware embebido y bajo S.O. LINUX, para conseguir el objetivo se apoyó en MatPLC (Machine automation tolls Programmable Logic Controller) ya que es una aplicación de simulación de PlC s, con la principal característica que es Código Abierto, y por lo tanto extensible y manipulable por el usuario. En la Figura 1 se puede ver la estructura general de MatPLC. Figura 1 Estructura básica de MatPLC

2 La característica principal de MatPLC es su modularidad, esto quiere decir que una aplicación se divide en diferentes secciones encargadas a una tarea particular, con la peculiaridad de que cada una de las secciones puede ser depurada por separado. Todos los módulos están gobernados por un módulo o Estado Global que se encarga de actualizar todas los puntos de entradas y salidas (I/O points) que forman MatPLC, los I/O points a su vez son almacenados en un espacio de memoria denominado Global Memory Map, de tal manera que todos los módulos pueden utilizar dichos I/O points pero sólo uno de ellos es el encargado de modificarlo. Esquema del movimientos de los points Además de analizar detalladamente la estructura MatPLC se ha realizado un estudio exhaustivo sobre el módulo LI (Lisa de Instrucciones), para ello es ha creado una aplicación que trabaja con dicho módulo y que cumple la normativa IEC (estándar de los autómatas programables y sus periféricos, incluyendo los lenguajes de programación), también la aplicación tiene la capacidad de interactuar con el usuario, para lo cual se utilizan otros dos importantes módulos HMI_GTK (Human Machina Interfaz) y Parallel Port (Puerto Paralelo), el primero fundamentado en la creación de interfaz gráfico de fácil manejo, mientras que el segundo fundamentado en el manejo del puerto paralelo simulando al máximo la

En la Figura 4 se puede ver el hardware fabricado para el manejo del puerto paralelo, el cual cuenta con 8 entradas como diodos LED y 4 salidas como interruptores.

LINUX, in order to obtain the objective it was helped in MatPLC (Machine automation tolls - Programmable Logic Controller) because it is an application of simulation of PlC s, with the main characteristic that is Opened Code, therefore tensile and manipulated by the user. 5 The main characteristics of MatPLC is its modularity, means that an application is divided in different sections which solve particular tasks of the application. All the modules are governed by a central one or Global State that updates all the inputs and outputs ( I/O points) constituting the program. All the I/O points, which can be used by all the modules, are stored in a memory space called Global Memory Map. However, only one of them can modify the I/O points stored in this Global Memory Map Figure 2. Scheme of the points movements Besides to analyze in detail the MatPLC structure, an exhaustive study has been made on module IL (List Instruction), for that it has created an application that works with this module and that fulfils norm IEC (standard of the programmable robots and its peripheral, including the programming languages), also the application has the capacity to interact with the user. Due to this, last two other important modules HMI_GTK (Human Machine Interface) and Parallel Port were used. The first one is based on a graphical interface of easy handling, whereas the second one is based on the handling of the parallel port being as close as maximum to a PLC reality. In Figure 3 the developed graphical interface for the example can be seen, that is just a four floors elevator.
