3 WEB SERVICES: QUÉ SON? API, WEB SERVICES, XML... QUÉ IDIOMA ES ESTE? API: Una API (interfaz de programación de aplicaciones) actúa como una interfaz entre dos aplicaciones distintas para que puedan comunicarse. Una API define con exactitud los métodos para que dos programas/ softwares puedan interactuar. Cuando esta acción implica el envío de datos a través de una red, entran en juego los Web Services. WEB SERVICES: un Web Service facilita la interacción entre dos ordenadores conectados a través de una red. Un servicio web es simplemente una API integrada en HTTP. Todos los Web Services son API, pero no todas las API son Web Services. XML: Extensible Markup Language ( XML) es un lenguaje de etiquetas que define un conjunto de reglas para codificar los documentos en un formato que sea legible tanto para las máquinas como para los seres humanos. Numerosas interfaces de programación de aplicaciones o API se han diseñado para ayudar a los desarrolladores de software a tratar los datos XML y existen varios sistemas de esquemas para ayudar a definir los lenguajes basados en XML.
4 WEB SERVICES: EURONET PERÍMETRO FUNCIONAL INFORMACIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS El contenido íntegro por defecto de SNCF. Cobertura completa del perímetro funcional (búsqueda, venta, emisión y posventa). N. B.: los servicios de emisión y posventa están limitados (no se pueden realizar todas las operaciones a través de los Web Services). HERRAMIENTAS/ PROCESOS COMPLEMENTARIOS Cualquier acción que no haya sido implementada o que no esté disponible a través de los Web Services Euronet debería efectuarse: Bien a través del Call Center de Voyages-sncf; Bien directamente a través de la agencia de viajes mediante su propio programa Euronet, facilitado por Voyages-sncf. Este punto afecta principalmente a los billetes físicos y a determinadas operaciones posventa. Restricciones geográficas de distribución: los Web Services se pueden utilizar para la distribución en cualquier país europeo (a excepción de Francia). SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE Y ASISTENCIA Un equipo de expertos dedicado a las TIC en el sector ferroviario. Un proceso de certificación que garantiza una integración de gran calidad previa al lanzamiento. Una documentación completa que incluye guías de uso para cada servicio.

Average daily number of visitors of the above mentioned website Visibility of the website on the search engines Is the website B2C or B2B oriented? If your website is B2B oriented, what is the number of affiliate agencies? Which commercial conditions are you planning to offer for B2B sales of the rail products? Voyages-sncf is charging a fee for each pax issued. Will you charge this fee to the end customer? Will you charge any other fees to the customer? Do you want to sell only rail products through the website? Do you want to sell rail products in combination (shopping basket) with other travel products through the website? 10 NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 1. Definition of Confidential Information. For purposes of this Agreement, Confidential Information shall include all information or material, whether oral or in writing,and disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party. 2. Exclusions from Confidential Information. Receiving Party s obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party s representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party s prior written approval. 3. Obligations of Receiving Party. Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Disclosing Party. Receiving Party shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to employees, contractors and third parties as is reasonably required and shall require those persons to sign nondisclosure restrictions at least as protective as those in this Agreement. Receiving Party shall not, without prior written approval of Disclosing Party, use for Receiving Party s own benefit, publish, copy, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of Disclosing Party, any Confidential Information. Receiving Party shall return to Disclosing Party any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in its possession pertaining to Confidential Information immediately if Disclosing Party requests it in writing. The parties agree to enter into a confidential relationship with respect to the disclosure of certain proprietary and confidential information ( Confidential Information ). 4. Duration. This Agreement shall be deemed to have commenced on the date of this Agreement and shall continue in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date on which the last item of Confidential Information is disclosed hereunder. 5. Relationships. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute either party a partner, joint venturer or employee of the other party for any purpose. 6. Severability. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best to effect the intent of the parties. 7. Integration. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior proposals, agreements, representations and understandings. This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing signed by both parties. 8. Waiver. The failure to exercise any right provided in this Agreement shall not be a waiver of prior or subsequent rights. This Agreement and each party s obligations shall be binding on the representatives, assigns and successors of such party. Each party has signed this Agreement through its authorized representative. 9. Liquidated damages. Should the Receiving Party breach one or more of its obligations under this Agreement, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of per breach. These liquidated damages are without prejudice to the right of the Disclosing Party:
11 NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT a. to seek injunctive relief in view of restitution of all Confidential Information and any object containing or made with or based on (even if only in part) any Confidential Information; b. to claim additional damages if Disclosing Party s actual loss, liability, damages or deficiency suffered or incurred in connection with Receiving Party s material breach are not adequately and completely compensated by the liquidated damages. 10. Rights and licence. This Agreement shall not be construed as granting to the Recipient any licence or other rights, except as expressly stated above and shall not oblige the parties to enter into any further agreement or relationship. 11. Responsibility. The Recipient acknowledges that unless otherwise agreed in writing neither the Disclosing Party nor any of its representatives accept any responsibility for or make any representation, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy or completeness of the Proprietary Material except that at the time it is disclosed it is believed in good faith to be substantially accurate, fair and not misleading. 12. Validity. The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels to settle any dispute that may arise hereunder.
