3 1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS EQUIPOS. DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT. Los kits de videoportero digitales de Guinaz constan de placa calle, monitores, bases murales o cajas de empotrar para los monitores, fuente de alimentación y abrepuertas de corriente continua. Existen diferentes referencias de kit de videoportero digital según varios factores como son el tipo de monitor que incorporan, el color de placa calle, el número de viviendas, o si incluyen abrepuertas o no. Consulte el catálogo de productos Guinaz para elegir la referencia que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades y preferencias. El frontal de la placa calle es una placa compacta en la que van sujetos el módulo telecámara, el grupo control audio y el módulo pulsadores. Según el modelo de kit, esta placa se sirve en color gris antracita o en color aluminio. Los monitores que incorporan los kits pueden ser de superficie manos libres (blanco y negro o color), de superficie color con auricular, o monitores empotrables manos libres (blanco y negro o color). Algunos modelos de kit incluyen monitores en acabado titanio. La fuente de alimentación posee un rango de tensión de entrada de V, y entrega en su salida 17V de corriente continua con los que se alimenta al resto de equipos de la instalación. El grupo control audio de la placa calle admite la colocación de un pulsador exterior para activar el abrepuertas. En todos los kits de videoportero digitales se puede instalar un abrepuertas de corriente continua (Vdc 400mA máximo) o un abrepuertas de corriente alterna (Vac 1A máximo). Más adelante se indica cómo se conectan los dos tipos. En el caso de los kits que incorporan abrepuertas de serie, siempre son abrepuertas de corriente continua. Estos equipos son para uso exclusivo en instalaciones de porteros GUINAZ. Su instalación debe realizarse tal y como se especifica en esta guía y aplicando la reglamentación vigente. The digital video entryphone system kits by Guinaz are made up of a street panel, monitors, wall bases or flush mounted boxes for the monitors, a power supply and a direct current door opener. There are different digital door entry system kit references according to several factors such as the type of monitor included, the colour of the street panel, the number of dwellings, or whether they include door opener or not. Check the Guinaz product catalogue to choose the reference that best adapts to your needs and preferences. The front of the street panel is a compact panel to which the camera module, the audio control group and the pushbutton module are attached. According to the kit model, this panel is provided in anthracite grey or in aluminium colour. The monitors included in the kits may be hands-free surface ones (black and white or colour), surface ones with receiver, or flush mounted hands-free monitors (black and white or colour). Some kit models include monitors with a titanium-like finish. The power supply has a V input voltage range, delivering at output 17V direct current to supply all the rest of the equipment in the installation. The audio control group of the street panel allows placing an external pushbutton to activate the door opener. A direct current door opener (maximum Vdc 400mA) or an alternating current door opener (maximum Vac 1A) can be installed in all the digital video entryphone kits. The way these two kits are connected is indicated below. In the case of kits including a door opener as standard, these door openers will always use direct current. These sets of equipment are for exclusive use in GUINAZ entryphone installations. They will be installed as specified in this guide while applying the regulations in force. 1.1 DESCRIPCIÓN PLACA CALLE. DESCRIPTION OF THE STREET PANEL. 1. Módulo telecámara: Es el encargado de captar y enviar la imagen al monitor. Hay un modelo para imagen en blanco y negro, y otro modelo para imagen en color. Ambos modelos disponen de ajuste de posición y de iluminación de apoyo. El módulo telecámara está conectado mediante un latiguillo al grupo control audio. También se puede realizar toda la instalación con un solo cable UTP cat. 5 (4 pares de hilo trenzado), utilizando un par para cada una de las señales del sistema digital Guinaz (vídeo,,, y ). El grupo control audio también genera la señal para la apertura del abrepuertas. Hay dos modelos de grupo control audio, según los monitores que incorpore el kit sean con auricular o manos libres. 5 1.4 GENERALIDADES DEL SISTEMA DIGITAL GUINAZ. GENERAL PROPERTIES OF THE DIGITAL SYSTEM BY GUINAZ. El cableado del sistema digital de Guinaz consiste en un bus de 3 hilos para las señales de audio, datos y alimentación, con los que se interconectan todos los equipos de la instalación. Estos tres hilos pueden ser de cualquier tipo de los que habitualmente se encuentran en el mercado, pero con una única exigencia: la sección de los cables debe ser la adecuada para la instalación a realizar. Para la transmisión de la señal de vídeo se puede utilizar cable coaxial de 75 ohmios o cable par trenzado cat.5. El hilo número es el positivo de alimentación para los equipos. El hilo número es la masa de todo el sistema digital. El hilo número es el encargado de transportar los datos según el protocolo de comunicación digital del sistema, y también la señal de audio cuando se establece comunicación entre dos equipos. Hilo : alimentación +17Vdc Hilo : masa Hilo : comunicación (datos/audio) The cableform of the digital system by Guinaz consists of a 3- wire bus for audio, data and power supply signals, interconnected with all the equipment of the installation. There three wires may be of any kind readily found on the market, with one single requirement: the cross-section of the cables will be adequate for the installation to be carried out. A 75 ohm coaxial cable or a cat.5 twisted pair cable may be used for video signal transmission. Wire number is positive in the power supply of the equipment. Wire number is the ground for the entire digital system. Wire number is in charge of transporting the data according to the digital communication protocol of the system and also the audio signal when communications are established between two sets of equipment. Wire : power supply +17Vdc Wire : ground Wire : communication (data/audio) Entre las prestaciones del sistema digital Guinaz se pueden contar el secreto total de comunicación, la posibilidad de hacer vigilancia desde una vivienda con señal de audio y vídeo activas, la apertura de la puerta sin llamada previa, regulación de volumen del tono de llamada en monitores, segundo tono de llamada, etc. Con el sistema digital de Guinaz se pueden realizar instalaciones de audio y vídeo sencillas con un único acceso e instalaciones más complejas con múltiples accesos secundarios, sin necesidad de incluir módulos adicionales o intercambiadores de señal entre placas calle. Among the features of the digital system by Guinaz are that one can rely on total secrecy in communication, the possibility of performing surveillance from a dwelling with active audio and video signal, door opening without the need to call previously, adjustment of the tone volume for monitors, second call tone, etc. Simple installations with a single access and more complex installations with multiple secondary accesses can be performed with the digital system by Guinaz, without the need to include additional modules or signal exchanges between the street panels. 5

La conexión entre la placa calle y el abrepuertas se realiza mediante dos cables (bornas NO y del grupo control audio). Las bornas + y C deben conectarse entre sí con un cable. También se puede conectar a las bornas C y NO del grupo control audio un pulsador auxiliar externo para activar el abrepuertas. El tiempo de activación del abrepuertas cuando se acciona el pulsador auxiliar externo no está temporizado; es decir, el abrepuertas sólo está activo mientras se mantiene pulsado este pulsador externo. 10 El cable UTP cat. 5 está formado por 4 pares de hilos trenzados y es un cable protegido contra interferencias. Al realizarse toda la instalación con cable UTP, resulta ser una opción barata y fácil de instalar. La distribución de vídeo se realiza mediente los distribuidores M1924. En el cableado vertical, el circula por un par del UTP, mientras que el cableado horizontal lo hace por un solo hilo. El otro hilo del par se utiliza para alimentar el distribuidor de video (borna ). La borna 2 del distribuidor (masa) se conecta al par. Recuerde que las bornas de los dirtribuidores no deben conectarse entre sí.
