SGEL BOOK is a nationwide multi-channel distributor which attends all commercial channels like bookshops, bookchains, Department Stores, Newsstands, Schools, export, etc., through our own distribution network. SGEL BOOK has more than 20 years of experience in the world of distribution. This allows us to offer an array of personalized services that adapts to the needs of every client which at the end assures an excellent service. 8

9 DISTRIBUTION EFFICIENT COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SALES & MKT DIRECTOR SALES MANAGER KEY ACCOUNT MANAGERS SALES REPS SGEL BOOK has a very efficient sales team that visits all Purchasing Managers and points of sale directly, presenting new titles, restoching, campaign and negotiations, solving customers claims, etc. SGEL BOOK has under its client list more than bookshops, 140 points of sale of bookchains, 500 points of sale in Department Stores, all those are supplied directly. Besides, kioscs are attended through our Press Division. 9

10 DISTRIBUTION AVANCED INFORMATION SYSTEMS SGEL BOOK used advanced IT tools for the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI, SINLI), both for publishers and points of sale. This technology facilitates the electronic exchange of information regarding orders, invoices, stocks, expedition and delivery notes. At the same time, SGEL BOOK has an information system (Extranet) adapted to each customer and suppliers needs available through the Internet. 10

SGEL BOOK has one spokesperson for every publisher, assigned to one Product Manager. SGEL BOOK has a head office and several delegations, that serve all the Spanish Territory attending all administrative and commercial needs of our customers. 12
