Laut Lenta.ru entschied der Sicherheitsrat am 19. Mai, eine eue, wahrscheinlich beim Verteidigungsministerium anzusiedelnde Behörde zu gründen, die 2016 die betreffenden Sendeanlagen in ihre uständigkeit übernehmen solle. Im Vorfeld werde der Sendernetzbetreiber RTRS für 2015/16 eine Sonderzuwendung von 3 Milliarden Rubel (63 io. Euro) erhalten, um die entfallenen Ausstrahlungen wieder aufzunehmen. Die Einnahmen, die RTRS durch die von Stimme Russlands / Rossija egodnja und WGTRK ausgesprochenen Abkündigungen verlor, beziffert Lenta.ru für die Jahre 2013/14 auf rund 800 Millionen Rubel (17 Mio. uro). Dadurch habe sich das jährliche Defizit von RTRS auf 2,5 Milliarden Rubel (52 Mio. Euro) erhöht. RTRS sehe sich deshalb außerstande, die icht mehr genutzten Sendekapazitäten noch weiter zu warten. Ein Sprecher von RTRS habe sich zu den von Lenta.ru vorgelegten Recherchen nicht onkret äußern wollen, jedoch eine Lösung dieses Problems als dringend bezeichnet. Bei weiterhin unterbleibender Wartung wird die ungenutzte endetechnik, wie Lenta.ru zutreffend festhält, in absehbarer Zeit unbrauchbar. Seit April gibt es in Russland keinerlei Rundfunkbetrieb auf angwelle mehr. Der Kurzwellenbetrieb beschränkt sich, sofern es nicht auch hier kurzfristig zur Einstellung kam, auf wöchentlich drei Stunden der egionalen Rundfunkgesellschaft in Maikop, abgestrahlt über die Sendestation Tbilisskaja im Gebiet Krasnodar. Im Mittelwellenbereich laufen jetzt och rund 40 Sender, darunter die Gleichwelle 873 khz mit Sendern in der Nähe von Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Moskau und Samara. Als esonderheit anzusprechen ist die seit dem 3. März laufende und in der letzten Ausgabe von RMRC-Aktuell bereits erwähnte Ausstrahlung von Westi M auf 1089 khz (Tbilisskaja, 200 kw), 1215 khz (Bolschakowo im Gebiet Kaliningrad, 1200 kw) und 1413 khz (Grigoriopol in Pridnestrowje, 500 kw). Sie ist für Hörer in der kraine bestimmt, wobei zu hinterfragen ist, wer diese Ausstrahlungen bestellt und bezahlt. Moderatoren von Westi FM zeigten sich zumindest in den ersten Tagen überrascht, als anrufende Hörer den Empfangsweg Mittelwelle nannten. Im Internetauftritt des Programms wird er bis heute nicht angeführt. (Quelle: rbb Medienmagazin) Offensichtliche Stilllegung der Sendeanlage Lesnoi Nach dem Kurzwellenzentrum Samara, das derzeit abgerissen wird, könnte der russische Senderbetreiber RTRS jetzt auch eine der Großsendeanlagen im Raum Moskau endgültig stillgelegt haben. Dies betrifft die Sendestation in Lesnoi, nordöstlich von Moskau an der Straße nach Jaroslawl, die auch unter der Bezeichnung Selenogradskaja (nach der Stadt Selenogradski) bekannt ist. Hier wurde bis vor kurzem noch die ittelwelle 873 khz von Radio Rossii betrieben. Nach Auskunft von RTRS läuft diese Ausstrahlung zur Zeit jedoch über die Sendestation urowskaja (nach der Stadt Kurowskoje) bei der Ortslage Awsjunino. Durch die größere Entfernung des Standorts (bereits ca. 100 km) ist diese mschaltung, zu der sich RTRS nicht weiter äußert, Hörern in Moskau aufgefallen, was die entsprechende Anfrage im Gästebuch der Moskauer RTRS- Filiale auslöste. Die Sendestation Lesnoi war 1941 mit vier Kurzwellensendern für Auslandssendungen in Betrieb gegangen. Nach 1950 wurde sie stark erweitert und erhielt, vermutlich über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg, etwa 16 Sender mit einer Leistung von jeweils 250 kw und einen Park von orhangantennen. Zwei dieser Kurzwellensender wurden nachträglich auf den Mittelwellenbereich umgebaut und als gekoppeltes Paar mit 500 kw (wie es teilweise auch beim Kurzwellenbetrieb praktiziert wurde) über längere Zeit mit dem Programm von Radio-1 auf 1017 khz eingesetzt. In den 90er Jahren strahlte diese Anlage, abgesehen von kurzzeitigen Übertragungen zweier Privatstationen, vorübergehend das russische Programm von Radio Liberty auf 1539 khz ab. Schließlich übernahm sie den Betrieb der Frequenz 873 khz von der stillgelegten Sendestation Elektrostal. Einer ausländischen Fachöffentlichkeit bekannt wurde die Sendestation Lesnoi erstmals durch eine Besichtigung im Rahmen der Verhandlungen, bei denen Radio Nederland Wereldomroep die anschließend 1993 aufgenommene Nutzung der Sendeanlagen in der früheren Sowjetunion vereinbarte. Inwieweit Programme von RNW und anderen ausländischen Veranstaltern dann tatsächlich aus Lesnoi abgestrahlt wurden, ist nicht mehr zu ermitteln, da bei der Frequenzplanung nicht zwischen den einzelnen Sendestationen im Raum Moskau differentiert wurde. Die Sendestation Kurowskaja ihrerseits hatte den Betrieb 1964 aufgenommen. Auch hier entstand im Laufe der Zeit eine umfangreiche Kurzwellenanlage mit zuletzt mehr als 20 Einzelsendern, die wiederum meist in Paaren genutzt wurden. Sowohl hier als auch in Lesnoi endete der Kurzwellenbetrieb 2012; einer der beiden Standorte könnte möglicherweise auch schon einige Jahre zuvor zurückgezogen worden sein. Im Mittelwellenbereich sorgte die Station Kurowskaja bis 1998 für die Ausstrahlung von Radio Majak auf 549 khz und übernahm dann von einer zu schließenden Sendeanlage die ebenfalls von diesem Programm genutzte Langwelle 198 khz. Diese Frequenz wurde schließlich am 14. März 2013 zusammen mit der (zuvor noch ein weiteres Mal umgezogenen) Mittelwelle 549 khz abgeschaltet. Hauptantenne für den Mittelwellenbetrieb auf der Station Kurowskaja ist eine 257 Meter hohe Reusenantenne (ARRT-257). Der zwischenzeitliche Langwellenbetrieb dürfte über eine andere Antenne gelaufen sein, da die Reusenantenne mindestens einmal im Jahre 2010 zum Ziel einer offensichtlich illegalen Besteigung urde. Dabei bleibt offen, ob den Jugendlichen überhaupt die potentielle Lebensgefahr durch die Hochspannung klar war, die bei der jederzeit möglichen Aufschaltung eines Senders an der (nicht erkennbar geerdeten) Antenne angestanden hätte. 15 En esta ocasión las referencias radiales las encontré en una obra que es toda una experiencia de uno de los muchos corresponsales de guerra españoles y que en su día hizo correr ríos de tinta sobre ese mundo, a veces sórdido, a veces de mentirijilla porque te venden una novela que te rees verosímil y en realidad era todo un montaje. En definitiva, una obra que nos habla de ese endiablado mundo donde al parecer algunos se rocuran su peculiar sesión de adrenalina sin importar el cómo y el cuándo. Los corresponsales de guerra, como los reporteros gráficos en los onflictos, no dejan de contribuir con su peculiar tributo de sangre a una de las profesiones más difíciles (al menos cuando estás en territorio omanche en palabras del autor) y, sobre todo, cuando es un conflicto larvado siglos atrás y grabado en el ADN de la gente que odia prácticamente esde que nace. erritorio Comanche de Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Random House Mondadori, Barcelona 2000, 135 páginas. En ellas nos narra la peripecia vital del autor (novelada evidentemente) por aquellas tierras balcánicas donde se desató, con encarnizada y cruda realidad, la flaca, en toda su magnitud y olvió a teñir el suelo europeo de esa violencia enquistada que no nos hace, precisamente, la vida fácil porque unas generaciones tratan de domeñar a las que llegan en el difícil arte de complicarles la existencia con soflamas políticas y sueños de bienestar que, en realidad, nunca llegan y a lo umo, como diría Winston Churchill: sólo tenemos sangre, sudor y lágrimas. En fin, ya sabemos que hay gente para todo, incendiarios que se les llena la boca de consignas absurdas y enturbian el devenir de los pueblos. Hasta cuándo tanta idiocia colectiva? Este texto, novelado, es estremecedor. En sus páginas nos narra con toda crudeza aquel conflicto en donde ese medio libre y volador llamado radio en onda corta y que tan mal la están dejando en estos inicios de centuria en donde una década se ha llevado lo más granado de la radiodifusión internacional [o al menos en la mayoría de los países occidentales los listos de turno han conseguido callar las voces de periodistas e nvestigadores de primera mediante el resultado de endeudar (primero) a los gobiernos y después hacerles el harakiri que nos ha convertido en nos paganos a perpetuidad si nadie lo remedia] y de paso, lo que más cita, el medio natural del entonces corresponsal de guerra: LA TELEVISIÓN, onde nos encontraremos alguna que otra anécdota que nos recuerda que, a pesar de los conflictos, los hombres siguen siendo humanos [casi he stado a punto de escribir los hombres y las mujeres, cuando en realidad, en nuestro idioma, no se requiere tal ingeniería lingüística por mucho ue nos lo quieran meter con calzador, la estulticia ya nos ha colado el gol con el género y otras zarandajas], así que vamos al grano y, irectamente, al meollo de lo que dice sobre radio y televisión.. Nessa antena da Thevear houve o empenho do gerente de vendas da empresa que enviou uma para revenda da cidade de São Paulo facilitando com isso a retirada, é uma antena yagi de 5 elementos com duplo refletor e dipolo dobrado na alimentação, é relativamente pequena com 1,80 metros: Estou tendo um desempenho bem melhor que a antena que eu usava antes uma log periódica transformada em Yagi de 5 elementos, outro detalhe que uso apenas 3 metros de cabo coaxial 75 oms suficiente para ir da antena ao rádio diminuindo as perdas de sinal. Desde que el Antel- SAT está en órbita, pueden seguir por primera vez a uno nacional. Así es como lo hacen No hace falta ser el fabricante o financiar un satélite para comunicarse con él. Tampoco es necesario ser ingeniero. Para decirle algo y que este conteste desde el espacio hay que ser un radioaficionado. Si un satélite utiliza una frecuencia de radio asignada al servicio de radioaficionados, este grupo de gente, que supera los tres millones en todo el mundo, pueden tener línea directa con él. Estas frecuencias son públicas, internacionales y gratuitas, y permiten a los radioaficionados descargar la telemetría del satélite, algo así como el estado de salud del mismo. Esto es lo que están haciendo radioaficionados sateliteros uruguayos y de todo el mundo con el Antel-SAT, el primer objeto espacial nacional, en órbita desde hace dos semanas. En el futuro, los radioaficionados podrán utilizar al Antel-SAT como un repetidor de un paquete de datos (por ejemplo, para enviar un mensaje a otras estaciones terrenas) e incluso darle instrucciones a distancia. It was also George who arranged for WORLD OF RADIO to have two airtimes from the outset on transmitter #1. Somehow, employee Ted has wrested operational control of WTWW from George and among other things crossed over to get WOR off #1 as well as #2; it seems to be a matter of his sucking up to the real owner of the station, Scriptures for America. Now all the SNAFUs are squarely Ted`s responsibility, like the latest, letting #2 run for hours and hours (more than 12 so far) with no modulation on 5085/9930.
