2 Dear Madam, As a delegate of the 5th World Congress of Education International, I cannot accept that Mr. Japhta Radibe, President of the Botswana Teachers Union, was victimised and recently forced into retirement at age 46 with the sole explanation that it is within the discretion of the Director of the Teaching Service Management to issue such directives. I respectfully ask you to reinstate Mr Radibe in his school. Education International Madame, En tant que congressiste de l Internationale de l Education, je ne peux accepter que Japhta Radibe, président du syndicat des enseignants du Botswana, fasse l objet de harcèlements divers, dont le dernier en date est sa mise à la retraite à 46 ans! Je vous demande donc de réintégrer M. Radibe dans ses fonctions de directeur d école sans délais.
