2 ESPAÑOL ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS Es un aparato de alta durabilidad que proporciona mediciones precisas y estables. Dispone de una pantalla doble; pantalla principal y secundaría (velocidad + temperatura, flujo + área). Ofrece la posibilidad de hacer mediciones de la velocidad y mediciones del flujo del viento a tiempo real en m / s, km / h, ft / min, MPH, KNOT, CFM y CMM. El anemómetro nos proporcionará el valor máximo y el mínimo, el valor medio y la temperatura en grados centígrados y Fahrenheit. Dispone de una capacidad de almacenamiento de datos de 2044 registros. El anemómetro se puede conectar a un PC para poder hacer mediciones a tiempo real y para almacenar, analizar e incluso imprimir los valores obtenidos. Este manual de instrucciones, incluye información sobre las precauciones de seguridad, advertencias y notas a tener en cuenta. Léalas con atención. Advertencia! Para evitar posibles descargas eléctricas o lesiones personales, lea las Reglas para una operación segura antes de utilizar el anemoscopio. DESEMBALAJE Abra el paquete y saque el medidor del maletín. Compruebe atentamente los siguientes elementos para visualizar cualquier parte dañada o posible falta de material. 3 REGLAS PARA UNA OPERACIÓN SEGURA Advertencia! Antes de utilizar el anemómetro, asegúrese de que la carcasa (o alguna de sus partes) no está dañada. Inspeccione posibles roturas o faltas de material y compruebe el aislamiento de las conexiones. Para evitar posibles daños personales, y para evitar posibles daños al medidor o al equipo bajo prueba, siga las siguientes reglas: - No utilice las manos para tocar el ventilador. - Reemplace la batería tan pronto como el indicador de batería aparezca ya que con la batería baja, el medidor puede producir falsas lecturas. - Si el medidor ofrece valores alterados o funciona de manera extraña, deje de utilizarlo y envíelo al servicio más cercano para su análisis. - No utilice el medidor en ambientes explosivos, inflamables ni húmedos. Si se humedece, afectará al rendimiento del anemómetro - Si tiene que reparar el medidor, utilice solo recambios autorizados. - No utilice el anemómetro si la carcasa está abierta o dañada - Al cambiar la batería, asegúrese de que esta se introduce correctamente (teniendo en cuenta la polaridad + - ). A continuación se indican una serie de condiciones que pueden dañar el medidor. Léalas con atención y téngalas en cuenta para evitar daños en el equipo: - Tenga en cuenta los rangos de medición del medidor para no obtener falsos resultados y no dañar el aparato. - No intente recargar la batería. 5 Función Descripción botón de encendido/apagado 1UNIT: Botón nº 1 - En la función de la medición de la velocidad del viento Este botón nos cambiará las unidades m/s ft/min KNOTS Km/h MPH y viceversa - En la función de la medición del flujo de viento Este botón nos cambiará las unidades CMM CFM y viceversa MAX/MIN/media: Botón nº 2 - En la función de la medición de la velocidad del viento Nos cambiara los valores: valor máximo, mínimo e instantáneo - En la función de la medición del flujo de viento Nos cambiara los valores: valor máximo, mínimo, 2/3V del máximo, medio e instantáneo. HOLD: Botón nº 3 Este botón activa y desactiva la función de retención de datos. Manteniéndolo pulsado, se enciende la luz de la pantalla. VEL/FLOW/+100: Botón nº 4 Mediante este botón seleccionaremos la función de medición de velocidad o flujo del viento. En caso de tener muchos datos almacenados, dentro de la opción de lectura de datos, este botón nos pasara los valores de 100 en 100. D.LOAD: Botón nº 5 Botón para pasar los datos a un PC mediante el cable USB. F/ C/Rec 1: Botón nº 6 Con este botón cambiaremos las unidades de temperatura entre F/ C Dentro de la opción de lectura de datos, este botón nos llevará al primer valor almacenado. REC/READ: Botón nº 7 Pulse este botón para activar la función REC. Presione y mantenga pulsado este botón para acceder a la lectura de valores de la base de datos. CLEAR: Botón nº 8 Presione este botón para borrar datos registrados de la base de datos. MENU: Botón nº 9 Es el botón que nos lleva al menú del medidor. Presionándolo y manteniéndolo pulsado podremos cambiar los ajustes del medidor. START/NEXT: Botón inferior izquierdo Presione este botón para introducir un punto (pare meter decimales) en la opción de introducción de la medida del área. SAMPLE/AREA: Botón nº 0 Botón para ajustes de la medida de área ENTER: Botón inferior derecho Botón para confirmación la clave. Consulte Configuración de usuario 5

6 AJUSTES DEL ANEMÓMETRO Mantener pulsado el botón 9 (menú) para poder seleccionar las siguientes especificaciones del sistema. Pulsar este mismo botón para pasar de una especificación a la siguiente: A. USB Pulsar el botón 8 desde la posición USB0 hasta USB1. El sistema cogerá el valor seleccionado como predeterminado. B. Apagado modo AUTO Pulsar el botón 8 para pasar de la posición AP00 (encendido) a la posición AP01 (apagado automático) y conservarse después del apagado. El valor se mantendrá por defecto y no se precisará su restablecimiento tras el encendido. C. Grabación AUTO REC se visualizará en la pantalla junto con el tiempo de grabación auto, entre segundos. Pulsar el botón 2 para ampliar el tiempo de grabación auto. Pulsar el botón 8 para reducir dicho tiempo. Mantener pulsado el botón 9 para conservar dicho valor por defecto después de apagar el aparato. El valor se mantendrá por defecto y no se precisará su restablecimiento tras el encendido. D. Restablecer valores de fábrica La pantalla LCD mostrará las siglas DEF. Se pueden restablecer los valores por defecto proporcionados por el fabricante. Pulsar el botón 2 en dicho caso para restablecer los valores por defecto USB0, AP01 y 60S. En caso contrario, pulsar de nuevo el botón 9 para anular los valores por defecto de fabrica. UTILIZACIÓN DEL ANEMÓMETRO Encendido: Pulsar el botón Power durante un tiempo para encender el aparato. Velocidad del viento y de flujo de viento: pulsar botón VEL/FLOW. VEL ( velocidad del viendo) a FLOW ( flujo de viento). Retención del valor: Pulsar el botón Hold para la retención del valor tomado en la pantalla. Medida de la velocidad del viento: antes de comenzar con la medición de la velocidad del viento, pulsar el botón UNIT m/s ft/min KNOTS Km/hr MPH para seleccionar la unidad de medida. Medida de flujo del viento: antes de comenzar con la medida de flujo del viento, pulsar el botón UNIT CMM CFM para tener una unidad de medida. Área de entrada de viento: 1. Establecer el área de entrada de viento antes de la medición de flujo del viento. 2. Fijar el área por defecto en 1m 2 tras el comienzo de la medición flujo del viento. 6

7 3. Seleccionar la unidad de medida-flujo del viento. Entonces pulsar el botón Sample para dar entrada al área. La pantalla LCD visualizará KEYIN con un espacio en blanco en la parte superior. 4. Insertar el dato con cuatro dígitos; dicho dato aparecerá en pantalla. Ejemplo: Introducir 1, 0, 0, 0 Significado 1000 pantalla LCD 1000 Introducir 1,., 0, 0, 0 Significado pantalla LCD Introducir 1,., ENTET Significado 1.0 pantalla LCD Introducir 1, ENTET Significado 1 pantalla LCD Introducir 0, 0, 0, 1 Significado 0001 pantalla LCD Introducir., 0, 0, 1 Significado. 001 pantalla LCD En un área, probablemente se tendrán diferentes métodos de entrada pero finalmente solamente aparecerá tan solo una en la pantalla: Rango de datos de entrada: Unidad de medida de temperatura: anteriormente a la medición de la velocidad del viento, pulsar el botón ºF / ºC ºC ºF y viceversa. Temperatura, máxima velocidad del viento: anteriormente a la medición de la velocidad del viento, pulsar el botón MAX / MIN Normal Max y viceversa. Máximo, flujo del viento media: anteriormente a la medición de la velocidad del viento, pulsar el botón MAX / MIN Normal Max AVE y viceversa. Funciones de almacenamiento de datos: 1. Pantalla LCD No Data si no hay valores almacenados. 2. Pantalla LCD Time si la base de datos está llena y no puede almacenar ningún dato en dicho momento. 3. Almacenamiento de datos manual: pulsar el botón 7 para visualizar el almacenamiento de datos automático en pantalla, también se visualizará REC en la pantalla y en 0.5 segundos desaparecerá la siglas REC. Entonces pulsar el botón 7, el dato se almacenará en la siguiente posición. 4. Almacenamiento automático de datos: pulsar el botón 7. En la pantalla LCD se visualizará REC y se reanudará de nuevo si se pulsa el botón 7. ( pulsar rápidamente dos veces el botón 7). Entonces aparecerá una señal visual REC de almacenamiento automático de datos. Pulsar el botón menú almacenamiento automático de datos. En caso de que el almacenamiento de datos esté lleno, salir del dicho almacenamiento. 5. Limpieza de datos grabados Método 1: mantener pulsado el botón 8 hasta que en la pantalla se visualice CLR cuando esté encendido. Método 2: reanudar los valores de fábrica Mantener pulsado el botón 7 para visualizar los datos grabados de medición de la velocidad del viento y de medición del flujo de viento. Se visualizará automáticamente en la pantalla el último dato grabado. Se visualizará RECNO en pantalla. 1. Pulsar el botón 2 para aumentar los registros de lectura. Mantener pulsado para incrementar automáticamente los registros de lectura. 2. Pulsar el botón 8 para reducir los registros de lectura. Mantener pulsado para disminuir automáticamente los registros de lectura. 3. Pulsar el botón 4 para incrementar los registros en 100 unidades (cuando la base de datos es extensa). El registro máximo es Mantener pulsado el botón 7 para salir del modo de lectura de datos. 7

8 MEDICIÓN DE LA VELOCIDAD DEL VIENTO (ver figura 4) Screw = tornillo / Wind = viento Figura 4 Nota: antes de su uso, la velocidad del viento debe estar mayor de 10m/s durante 1 2 minutos de duración. Siga las siguientes instrucciones: 1. Pulsar el botón Power para encender el aparato. 2. Pulsar VEC/FLOW (figura 4). Se visualizará en pantalla tanto VEL como FLOW. 3. Pulsar el botón 1 (UNIT) para seleccionar la unidad de medida. 4. Posicionar el aparato tal y como se indica en la imagen figura 4. (tomar como referencia la flecha indicativa en el aparato). 5. En un intervalo de dos segundos se obtendrán lecturas más precisas. 6. Para la obtención de lecturas con mayor precisión, se deberá mover el aparato en al menos 20 grados para conseguir mayor precisión. 7. Cuando la medición de la velocidad del viento y del temperatura del viento se realiza en paralelo, la pantalla secundaria visualizará el valor de la temperatura del viento. 8. Pulsar ºC / ºF (botón 6) para seleccionar la unidad de temperatura,- temperatura en grados Centígrados o Fahrenheit-. 9. En la pantalla principal se visualizará el valor de la velocidad del viento. 8

9 CONEXIÓN AL ORDENADOR (Ver figura 5) Conexión al ordenador por medio del cable USB. Conectar el cable USB al aparato y al ordenador como se indica en la figura 5. Figura 5 MANTENIMIENTO A. Reemplazar la batería Para evitar falsas lecturas, cambiar las pilas cuando se visualice el indicador. 1. Apagar el aparato y desconectar todas las conexiones de entrada. 2. Dar la vuelta al anemómetro. 3. Quitar el tornillo del compartimento de la batería y sacar la batería. 4. Reemplazar por una nueva batería de 9V. Colocar la tapa y cerrar el compartimento con el tornillo. B. Limpieza Periódicamente limpiar el compartimento con un paño húmedo. No utilizar abrasivo. C. Servicio y reparación Este aparato posee auto calibrado. Se aconseja no intentar reparar el aparato a no ser que esté cualificado para ello. D. Servicio general 1. Periódicamente limpiar el compartimento con un paño húmedo. No utilizar abrasivo. 2. Retirar las pilas cuando no se utilice el aparato durante un periodo largo de tiempo. 3. No almacenar el aparato en lugares con humedad, alta temperatura, lugares con riesgo de explosión, inflamables o campos de fuerte magnetismo. 9

12 ENGLISH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION It is a high durability device that provides accurate and stable measurements. It has a dual screen: primary display and secondary display (speed + temperature, flow + area). The anemoscope come with the real time wind speed measurement, including m/s, km/h, ft/min, MPH, KNOT, CFM and CMM as measuring units. In addition, it can provide maximum value, minimum value, average value, Centigrade temperature and Fahrenheit temperature. It has a data storage capacity of 2044 records. The anemometer can be connected to a PC to make real time measurements and to store, analyze and even print the values obtained. This Operating Manual includes information about safety and cautions. Please read the relevant information carefully and observe all the Warnings and Notes strictly. Warning! 13 RULES FOR SAFETY OPERATION Warning! Before using the anemometer, ensure that housing (or any part thereof) is not damaged. Inspect any breakages or shortages of material and check the insulation of the connections. To avoid possible injury and to prevent damage to the meter or the equipment under test, keep the following rules: - Do not use your hands to touch the fan. - Replace the battery as soon as the battery indicator appears. - If the meter gives altered values or works in a strange way, stop using it and send it to the nearest service for analysis. - Do not use the meter in explosive, flammable or humid environments. If it is wet, it will affect the performance of the anemoscope. - If you have to repair the meter, use only authorized parts. - Do not use the anemoscope if the housing is opened or damaged. - When replacing the battery, make sure this is entered correctly (taking into account the + - ). Below it is a number of conditions that can damage the meter. Please read them carefully and take them into account to prevent damage to the computer: - Consider the range of the meter to avoid false results and damages in the device. - Do not attempt to recharge the battery. 15 Function Description Power on / Power off Button Button 1: UNIT 1 - In the function of measuring wind velocity this button will change the units: m / s ft / min KNOTS Km / h MPH and vice versa - In function of the measurement of wind flow this button will change CFM CMM units and vice versa Button 2: MAX/MIN/media - In the function of the measurement of the speed of the wind we change the values: maximum, minimum, and instant. - In function of the measurement of wind flow we change the values: maximum, minimum, 2/3V of maximum, average and instantaneous. Button 3: HOLD Press once to enter the Hold mode. Press it again to exit Hold mode. Continually press to open backlight display. Button 4: VEL/FLOW/ This button will select the measurement function of speed or wind flow. - In case of many data stored within the data reading option, the button will pass the values of 100 to 100. Button 5: D.LOAD Button to move the data to a PC via the USB cable. Button 6: F/ C/Rec 1 This button will change the temperature units between F / C. Within the option of reading data, this button will take you to the first stored value. Button 7: REC/READ Press to activate the REC. Press and hold this button to access the reading of values of the database. Button 8: CLEAR Press to erase recorded data the database. Button 9: MENU It is the button that leads to the menu of the meter. Pressing and holding it down can change the settings of the meter. 16 ANEMOSCOPE SETTINGS Hold the button 9 (menu) to select : A. USB Press the button 8 from the position USB0 to USB1. The system will take the value selected as the default value. B. AUTO off mode Press the 8 button to move from the position AP00 (power) to the AP01 (auto off) and maintained after the shutdown. The default value is retained and does not require any restoration after power. C. AUTO recording REC is displayed on the screen along with the self-recording time, between 0.5 to 255 seconds. Press button 2 to extend the auto recording time. Press the 8 button to reduce this time. Press and hold the 9 button to keep the default value after power down. The default value is retained and does not require any restoration after power. D. Restore factory settings The LCD will display the letters DEF. You can reset the default values provided by the manufacturer. Press the button 2 in this case to restore the default values USB0, AP01 and 60S. Otherwise, pressing again the button 9, it will be possible to override the factory defaults. USE OF THE ANEMOSCOPE Power ON: Press the Power button for a time to switch on the device. Wind speed and wind flow, press button VEL / FLOW. VEL (speed of the wind) to FLOW (wind flow). Data Hold: Press Hold button to capture data, and then press again to cancel the data capture feature. Measuring the wind speed: before starting the measurement of wind speed, press the UNIT m / s ft / min KNOTS Km / hr MPH to select the unit of measure. Wind flow measurement: before starting the wind flow measurement, press the UNIT CMM CFM for a unit of measure. Wind input area: 1. Set the wind input area before measuring the wind flow. 2. Set the area as 1m 2 by default after the start of measuring wind flow. Select the unit of measurement-wind flow. Then click Sample button to give input to the area. Unit of measure of temperature: before the wind speed measurement, press the button F / C C F and viceversa. Temperature, maximum wind speed: before the measurement of wind speed, press the MAX / MIN Normal Max and vice versa. Maximum, Average Wind count: Before measurement of wind speed, press MAX / MIN Normal Max AVE and viceversa. Data storage functions: 1. LCD Display No Data if no values are stored. 2. LCD display Time if the database is full and cannot store any data at that time. 3. Manual data storage: press the button 7 to display the automatic data storage, it also displays REC and in 0.5 seconds it will disappear. Then press the button 7 data store in the next position. 4. Automatic data storage: Press the button 7. The LCD shows REC and will resume again if you press the button 7. (Press the button twice quickly 7). It automatically displays last data record. RECNO will display on LCD. 1) Press button 2 to increase the reading logs. Press and hold to automatically increase the reading logs. 2) Press button 8 to reduce the reading records. Hold to automatically decrease the reading logs. 3) Press the 4 button to increase records in 100 units (when the database is extensive). The record maximum is ) Hold the button 7 to exit the mode of reading data. 17

18 MEASURING WIND SPEED (see Figure 4) Figure 4 Note: Before use, the wind speed must be greater than 10 m/s for 1 to 2 minutes. Follow the instructions below: 1. Press the Power button to turn on the device. 2. Press VEC / FLOW (Figure 4). Will be displayed on screen both VEL and FLOW. 3. Press button 1 (UNIT) to select the unit of measurement. 4. Place the device as shown in Figure 4. (Taking as reference the arrow indicating the device). 5. In an interval of two seconds it will get more accurate readings. 6. To obtain more accurate readings, the device should move at least 20 degrees for greater accuracy. 7. When the speed of the wind and the temperature of the wind measurement are performed in parallel, secondary display will show the value of the temperature of the wind. 8. Press º C / º F (button 6) to select the temperature unit, (temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit). 9. On the main screen is displayed value of the wind speed. CONNECTING TO THE COMPUTER (see Figure 5) Connect to the computer via USB cable. USB cable connects device to the computer as shown in Figure 5. 18

19 Figure 5 MAINTENANCE A. Replace the battery To avoid false readings, replace the batteries when viewing the indicator. 1. Turned off and disconnect all inputs. 2. Turn the anemometer. 3. Remove the screw from the battery compartment and remove the battery. 4. Replace with a new 9V battery. Cover and close the compartment with the screw. B.
