Innovative learning techniques and tools will facilitate further regional coooperation Priscila Monteiro Goncalvez Participant in the course Meteorologist, INMET, Brazil I learn a lot and in future I will use VisitView for on-line briefings and for sharing experience with colleagues through the Regional Focus Group
