6 SPONSORSHIPS/PATROCINIOS OPTION A: CONFERENCE & COFFEE STATION SPONSOR USD $3,500 PATROCINADOR DE CONFERENCIAS Y ESTACIÓN DE CAFÉ (Quantity Available: 1) Your company name and logo will appear in the Official Show Guide as well as on the conference schedule page. Your booth number will be included in the ½ page AD. Signage inside of the conference room will include your company name and logo, as well as a back wall poster. The announcer will introduce you as the sponsor and you will be allowed to give a brief presentation. Expo models will be present at entrance of the conference room handing out your company s promotional materials and brochures (the promotional material and printed items must be provided by the exhibitor).
