1 2016 GENERAL ELECTION PROCLAMATION BY REBECCA HOY, COLFAX COUNTY CLERK ELECCION GENERAL 2016 PROCLAMACION POR REBECCA HOY, ESCRIBANA DEL CONDADO COLFAX Pursuant to Election Laws of the State of New Mexico, as amended, I Rebecca Hoy, County Clerk of the County of Colfax, by virtue of the authority vest in me, do hereby issue the following proclamation: Conforme disponen las leyes del Estado de Nuevo México, según esas leyes fueron modificadas, Yo, Rebecca Hoy, Escribana del Condado de Colfax, conforme a la autoridad que me han otorgado, por la presente expido la proclamación a continuación: That a General Election be, and in the same is hereby called to be, held throughout the County of Colfax and in each Precinct thereof, on the 8 th day of November 2016: and Que se convoque una Elección General y por la presente se convoca dicha elección que tendrá lugar el 8 de noviembre 2016 en todo el Condado de Colfax y en cada uno de los recintos electorales de dicho Condado: y That the general election shall be appicable to the following political parties, to wit: the Democratic Party; Republican Party; the Independent American Party of New Mexico; the Constitiution Party; the Libertarian Party of New Mexico; the New Mexico Independent Party; and the Green Party of New Mexico and all other voters. Shall the state be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed fifteen million four hundred forty thousand dollars ($15,440,000) to make capital expenditures for certain senior citizen facility improvement, construction and equipment acquisition projects and provide for a general property tax imposition and levy for the payment of principal of, interest on and expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds and the collection of the tax as permitted by law? bonos para las mejoras, construcción y adquisición de equipo para los establecimientos para personas de la tercera edad. Shall the state be authorized to issue general obligation bonds in the amount not to exceed ten million one hundred sixty-seven thousand dollars ($10,167,000) to make capital expenditures for academic, public school, tribal and public library resource acquisitions and provide for a general property tax imposition and levy for the payment of principal of interest on and expenses incurred in connection with the issuance of the bonds and the collection of the tax as permitted by law? bonos para la adquisición y construcción de bibliotecas.
