II.TEMA: What kind of friend are you? A comic view of my friends WH questions and Yes/No questions. Making my comic III.STANDARS Identifico ideas generales y especificas en textos orales, si tengo conocimiento del tema y del vocabulario utilizado Utilizo mi conocimiento general del mundo para comprender lo que escucho Reconozco el propósito de una descripción en textos narrativos de mediana extensión. Hago descripciones sencillas sobre diversos asuntos cotidianos de mi entorno Entiendo lo que me dicen el profesor y mis compañeros en interacciones cotidianas dentro del aula, sin necesidad de repetición. METHODOLOGIC ACTIVITIES Standar: Identifico ideas generales y especificas en textos orales, si tengo conocimiento del tema y del vocabulario utilizado Aim: Express and show knowledge about general topics during the class and outside Aim indicator: The students would be able to create a conversation using WH question and Yes/no questions OPENING the class would start with a review of the WH and Yes/No questions trying to connect this topic with tenses DEVELOPMENT The students would listen audios and would identify sentences and the time that is been used in each conversation, the subject and the verbs used in each one. Then the students would be asked to create a conversation (interview) using the WH questions and Yes/no questions and would prepare themselves to make a role play using that interview. The Teacher would check each group and would give feedback to each of them in order to prepare a good presentation

3 Wednesday VI. METHODOLOGIC ACTIVITIES Standar: Entiendo lo que me dicen el profesor y mis compañeros en interacciones cotidianas dentro del aula, sin necesidad de repetición. Aim indicator: Use WH questions to ask for specific information in short conversations. Performance indicator: The students would be able to recognize when each type of questions is needed OPENING The class would start with the organization of the groups and continue with the preparation of the conversations. DEVELOPMENT The students would be in pairs and they would resolve the worksheet given to them, trying to reinforce the group work in them, the ones who finish first would move around the classroom giving suggestions to the rest of the class. The teacher would play a song where they have to answer some questions using WH questions and Yes/no questions where they have to find out main ideas, topic, characters, and so on Homework: -glue scissors cardboards markers and tape photographs

METHODOLOGIC ACTIVITIES Standar: Utilizo mi conocimiento general del mundo para comprender lo que escucho Aim indicator: Use WH questions to ask for specific information in short conversations. Performance indicator: The students would be able to use and put into practice WH and Yes/No questions to get information. OPENING and DEVELOPMENT The class would start with the roles plays and the evaluation of each group taking into account the criteria already explained The students would start to create their comic, using the pictures asked and the materials brought they would join in groups and would create the situation and the history that they would present Friday (1 hour)

5 VI. METHODOLOGIC ACTIVITIES Standar: Reconozco el propósito de una descripción en textos narrativos de mediana extensión. Aim indicator: Use WH questions to ask for specific information in short conversations. Performance indicator: The students would be able to understand the history they would read OPENING Warm-up: the class would start with a poster presentation where some of each group will be in each poster explaining what is going on in the comic. DEVELOPMENT Then the teacher and the students would read a chapter of the book The last song, then the teacher would ask some questions and would take into account the students participation The teacher would dictate ten sentences to the students, they would have to create a questions for each one of them. EVALUACIÓN - The Teacher would assess the students in a formal way (Tuesday and Friday), the teacher would grade the activities during the classes and would check the students level in each one of the studied topic and would help them when it is necessary. The teacher would create a comfortable environment to learn where the students would be evaluated and would enjoy it.
