The Adventures of Ratoncito Pérez Las Aventuras del Ratoncito Pérez Educational Coloring Book Libro educativo para colorear
My name is Ratoncito Pérez, and I am a popular character in Hispanic cultures. Like my friend, the Tooth Fairy, I visit your home when you lose a tooth. I invite you to join me on my greatest adventure yet to find the brightest smile of all! I am searching every day and everywhere! So brush your teeth very well and let s begin! 1
Kids with beautiful smiles everywhere! Of all these smiles which one is the brightest and most brilliant? 2
Whose smile is the healthiest and cleanest? Whose teeth are bright, white and pretty? I ll search far to the East, I ll search far to the West, to decide which smile I like best! 3
Some smiles are bright, and some smiles are not. Children with smiles that are not bright don t brush or floss enough! 4
Not all smiles are the same; some are big and some are small. 5
There is only one way to find out. I must take a closer look! Whose smile is the cleanest and healthiest? We ll find out at the end of this book! 6
In the park, I see Diego, Sofia, Laura and Carlos. I wonder who brushes after every meal. 7
Next, I visit a boy who went to bed without brushing his teeth. Oh no, this is not good! He needs to brush every night before he goes to bed. Two to three minutes of brushing, and his teeth will be clean indeed! 8
In the park, I also see a girl who doesn t like to floss. Her teeth are not clean or sparkling because she doesn t know what to do. 9
Help keep your teeth clean by always flossing every night right before going to bed. Food left in your teeth will make them decay, and you don t want them to look that way! 10
I search far to the North and down to the South, looking for the brightest smile! And there it is, smiling at me. It belongs to my friend Sara. Sara, you have a smile so bright and no cavities! You brush your teeth morning, noon and night! You also floss right before bed, because you listened to the dentist and did what she said. You work hard to keep your teeth clean! 11
So gather around, my friends! This adventure has come to an end! After searching miles and miles, I found the brightest smile! Your smile is healthy, shiny and bright! Thank you for joining me, Ratoncito Perez, and my friends. Now you know that brushing and flossing every day is the way to go! 12
