The Secretariat examined the credentials received from ICO Members listed in Annex I and informed the Chairman of the Council that they were found to be in good and due form. The Chairman recommended that these credentials be approved by the Council at its 108 th Session. 2. The List of Delegations, based on the credentials received from Members, is attached as Annex II. It includes Members which have not yet completed the formal procedures for participation in the International Coffee Agreement 2007 but were Members under the 2001 Agreement and have sent representatives to this Session. It also contains a list of non member countries, international organizations and private sector associations attending the Council as observers.

2 REPORT ON CREDENTIALS 1. Credentials received from Members under the ICA 2007 Angola, Brazil, Central African Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d Ivoire, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, European Union (EU, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Sweden), Ghana, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Timor Leste, Turkey, Uganda, United States of America, Vietnam, and Yemen. 2.
