3 PLAY FOOTBALL IN SPAIN The idea of the project Barcelona International Soccer Academy, is to propose to all football players in the world the possibility to train under the Spanish football methodology. It is known worldwide that the training system of the Spanish Clubs, where ball possession stands out among other criteria, provides more guarantee of success in the football player education. SOCCER ACADEMY AGES / TEAMS Team sub 23. Players born in 1995, 1994, 1993, 1992 Team sub 18. Players born in 1996, 1997, 1998 Team sub 16.Players born in 1999, 2000 The training program is professional and has a duration of 10 months. Competitions in Spain last from September until June. The players will have technical training from Always Soccer coaches, plus competition matches and trainings with their federated teams. The personalised technical training, with a methodology designed for individual improvement of the player, will have a duration of 2 hours in the morning from Mondays to Fridays. Between 3 to 4 times a week in the afternoon, trainings will be with their competition teams. Competition matches will be held on Saturdays. They will have one rest day a week. The participating players will compete in official Spanish leagues, in the area of Catalonia and in the city of Barcelona. The objective of our coaches, qualified by Real Federación de Futbol at the highest level (national level 3), is to train and prepare our players for competition and make sure that non-spanish players can adapt and easily understand the Spanish football concept. JUGAR A FUTBOL EN ESPAÑA La idea del proyecto Soccer Academy Internacional de Barcelona, es proponer a todos los jugadores de futbol del mundo, la posibilidad de formarse futbolísticamente con la metodología del futbol español. Es conocido por todo el mundo, que el sistema de entrenamiento de los clubs españoles, en el que destaca la posesión del balón por encima de los otros criterios, es el que tiene más garantía de éxito, en la formación del jugador de futbol. EDADES / EQUIPOS SOCCER ACADEMY Equipo sub 23. Jugadores nacidos en 1995, 1994, 1993, Equipo sub 18 Jugadores nacidos en 1996, 1997, Equipo sub 16 Jugadores nacidos en 1999, 2000 El programa de entrenamiento es profesional y tiene una duración de 10 meses. En España las competiciones van desde el mes de Setiembre a Junio. Los jugadores tendrán los entrenamientos de tecnificación, con entrenadores de Always Soccer y los entrenamientos y partidos de competición con sus equipos federados. Los entrenamientos de tecnificación personificada, con una metodología propia, para la mejora individual del jugador, tendrán una duración de 2 horas y se entrenara de lunes a vienes, por las mañanas. Por las tardes entrenaran con sus equipos de competición, de 3 a 4 días por semana. El sábado se celebrara el partido de la competición y tendrán un día de descanso. Los jugadores participantes competirán en las ligas oficiales de España, en la zona de Cataluña y en la ciudad de Barcelona. Nuestros entrenadores, titulados por la Real Federación de Futbol en el más alto nivel (nivel 3 nacional) tendrán como objetivo la preparación y la formación para la competición de nuestros jugadores y velar para que el jugador de fuera de España, se adapte y entienda con facilidad los conceptos del futbol Español. 3

4 WHO WE ARE We, the responsible of Alwaysoccer Academy Barcelona, are professionals of this sport, with ample experience in football leagues in Catalonia. Since 1994, we are linked to the football world in the field of club organization and football school (sports, economic and social area) and organization of sports stay, training, sports camp, technical days and lectures (sports and socio-educational). 5 TECHNICAL TEAM WE ARE PROFESSIONALS Our organization is structured with professionals in all areas. Over 15 years of experience in the sector precedes us. TUTORSHIP The players will have an advisor all along their stay in Barcelona. The advisor will do the functions of the Residence Director. He will take care of the players 24 hours a day, looking after their good adaptation, as well as their high performance both in school and in sports. FOOTBALL Coaches graduates in Uefa Pro, Uefa A and Uefa B. Physical Trainers graduates in high performance football Physiotherapists especialized in sports injuries and recovery. SCHOOL Professionals who understand the objective of the Academy and help in the integration and education of our students. EQUIPO TÉCNICO SOMOS PROFESIONALES Nuestra organización esta estructurada con tutores profesionales en todas las áreas. Más de 15 años en el sector nos avalan. TUTORIA Los jugadores tendrán un tutor durante toda la estancia en Barcelona. El Tutor tendrá la función de Director de la Residencia. Estará las 24 horas del día al cuidado de los jugadores, velando para que al jugador tenga una buena adaptación y su rendimiento escolar y deportivo sea el mas alto posible. FUTBOL Entrenadores titulados en Uefa Pro, Uefa A, Uefa B. Preparadores físicos titulados en alto rendimiento en el futbol. Fisioterapeutas especializados en lesiones y recuperación deportiva. EDUCATION AND LANGUAGE High level education at the chosen language, in a nice and peaceful surrounding to provide adequate learning. The knowledge acquired, techniques, tactics and physical preparation are guarantees to a future career in the football world. OBJETIVOS JUGADORES PREPARADOS PARA LA COMPETICIONES ESPAÑOLAS Al finalizar la temporada los jugadores saldrán plenamente preparados para la competición en las ligas de la Federación Española de Futbol. EDUCACIÓN E IDIOMA Educación de alto nivel en idioma a elegir en un ambiente tranquilo, agradable y que les facilite el aprendizaje adecuado. ENTRENAMIENTOS DE GRAN NIVEL Nuestros alumnos tienen los mejores entrenamientos posibles y participan en la mejor liga de fútbol de su edad. 7 METHODOLOGY INTEGRATED METHODOLODY: This method is based in real game teaching. Important Characteristics: Its common denominator is technique and tactic. These are used as a means to improve the psychological, visual and physical abilities. Provides a global conception of the sport, making the player understand it as a whole. Establishes a scale of importance depending on the player s personal interest. The situations configured in the training sessions are structured and organized through tasks. The tasks are simulated game situations, accepted and/or modified, to influence certain aspects on the players and the team which we would like to improve Technical Five days a week, the players will work on the individual technical improvement, with own methodology. The player s individual improvement makes a better team play. The individual work makes a player more complete. METODOLOGÍA METODOLOGÍA INTEGRADA: Este método está basado en la enseñanza del juego real. Se basa en que en la práctica deportiva, las habilidades técnico-tácticas, físicas, psicológicas y visuales se expresan íntimamente unidas y diferenciadas. Esta metodología comporta una integración y combinación entre diferentes tipos de carga, PERO EL COMÚN DENOMINA- DOR ES SIEMPRE LA TÉCNICA Y LA TÁCTICA. Características más importantes: Su común denominador lo constituyen la técnica y la táctica. Estas se utilizan como medio para la mejora de las habilidades psicológicas, visuales y físicas. Aporta una concepción más global del deporte, haciendo que el deportista lo entienda como un todo. Establece una escala de importancia según el interés personal del deportista. Las situaciones que configuran la sesión de entrenamiento se organizan y estructuran a través de las tareas. La tarea es una situación simuladora del juego, modificada y/o aceptada para incidir sobre determinados aspectos de nuestros jugadores y equipo que deseamos mejorar. Entrenamiento de tecnificación Cinco días por semana, los jugadores trabajaran en el perfeccionamiento técnico individual, con la metodología propia, Alwayssoccer Barcelona. La mejora del jugador individualmente, hace que mejore el juego colectivo. El trabajo individual, hace al jugador más completo. 7

8 THE RESIDENCE RESTAURANT ÀGORA BCN dining service has its own kitchen, where menus are made daily, always adapted to the season and the students needs. The service is buffet. A careful Mediterranean diet, together with a selected market cuisine and a space reserved for show cooking confers ÀGORA BCN a dining service based on a healthy and balanced diet without forgetting homemade cooking. EL RESTAURANTE DE LA RESIDENCIA El servicio de comedor de ÀGORA BCN cuenta con cocina propia, dónde diariamente se elaboran menús adaptados a cada época del año y según las necesidades de sus estudiantes. El servicio es tipo buffet. Una cuidada dieta mediterránea junto con una selecta cocina de mercado y un espacio reservado para el show cooking confieren a ÀGORA BCN un servicio de comedor basado en una dieta sana y equilibrada sin olvidar tampoco la cocina casera. THE RESIDENCE ÀGORA BCN International University Residence ÀGORA BCN opened its doors in Its a secular university residence for both male and female, adhered to the University of Barcelona. ÀGORA BCN is well located, which allows to enjoy the privilege of a natural surrounding whilst being well communicated both to the city centre as well as to the different sports facilities. Characteristics: 220 rooms, singles and doubles Common spaces for studying: workrooms, library, computer room with printing and photocopying services, study rooms, conference rooms, film screening and music room. We also offer spaces for sports activities: gym, sports court and a spacious terrace with garden. Available Services in the Residence: Cleaning, change of towels and bed sheets once a week, all provided by the residence. Laundry services included: twice a week. Rooms: Double rooms to share with a roommate, has two beds, two study stations each with a table, shelves and two closets. Has its own bathroom, air condition and heater with independent control, 24-hours free internet access, satellite TV and telephone. Visitors: The residence can accommodate the players parents in the event they want to come and stay with their children in Barcelona. LA RESIDENCIA ÀGORA BCN Residencia Universitaria Internacional ÀGORA BCN Abre las puertas en 2006 es una residencia universitaria mixta y laica, adscrita a la Universidad de Barcelona. ÀGORA BCN está muy bien situada, permite disfrutar de un entorno natural privilegiado y a la vez estar muy bien comunicado, tanto con el centro de la ciudad, como con las diferentes instalaciones deportivas. Características: 220 habitaciones, dobles e individuales. Espacios comunes para actividades de estudio: salas de trabajo, Biblioteca y sala de informática con servicio de impresora y fotocopiadora, salas de estudio, Sala de actos para conferencias y proyecciones de Cine y sala de música. También ofrecemos espacios para actividades deportivas: gimnasio y pista polideportiva y una amplia terraza con jardín. aurante en la residencia: Limpieza, cambio de toallas y sábanas una vez a la semana, todo proporcionado por la residencia. Servicio de lavandería incluido: 2 veces por semana. Habitaciones: Las habitaciones dobles a compartir con otro compañero/ra cuentan con 2 camas, dos áreas de estudio con mesas de trabajo, estanterías y dos armarios. Disponen de baño propio para los dos estudiantes, aire acondicionado y calefacción con control independiente, acceso gratuito a Internet las 24hrs, conexión para TV vía satélite y teléfono. Visitas: La residencia puede albergar a los padres de los jugadores que quieran venir a Barcelona para hacer una estancia con sus hijos. 8

9 ALWAYSOCCER FOOTBALL CLUB In Season , Alwaysoccer Barcelona will manage and direct a club in Barcelona, where all teams in the entity will be supervised and organized. Players from our Academy will have their training inside their competition team in the most professional way. The coaches of the club will be from Alwaysoccer and will work the training according to the directives of our sports managers. Friendly matches will also be organized against teams from other entities in the city of Barcelona, APPLIED KNOWLEDGE It is very important for the football player s development to apply the knowledge learned from the training to the matches. ALWAYSOCCER FUTBOL CLUB En la Temporada , Alwaysoccer Barcelona, va a dirigir un club de Barcelona, donde supervisara y organizara los equipos de futbol de toda la entidad. Los jugadores de nuestra Academia, tendrán una formación en sus equipos de competición, de lo mas profesional. Los entrenadores del club serán de Alwaysoccer y van a trabajar en los entrenamientos, con las directrices de los nuestros responsables deportivos. También se organizaran partidos amistosos contra equipos de entidad de la ciudad de Barcelona. CONOCIMIENTOS APLICADOS Es muy importante para el desarrollo del jugador de futbol, que los conocimientos que se aprenden en los entrenamientos, los jugadores los apliquen en los partidos. TORNEOS The participants in the Academy will dispute in the Cerdanya Cup Tournament, which takes place in the month of June. Both national and international teams dispute in this tournament, in a professional and pleasant environment. The football level is high and is a challenge for our players to play in natural grass. In this football tournament, scouts from the most important Spanish clubs are present (Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol, At. Madrid, etc.) TORNEOS Los participantes de la Academia disputaran Torneo Cerdanya Cup que se disputa en el mes de Junio. El Torneo lo disputan equipos Nacionales e internacionales. Se disputa en un ambiente muy profesional y divertido. El nivel futbolístico es alto y para nuestros jugadores es todo un reto competir en cesped natural. En este torneo de futbol, están presentes los scoutings de los club mas importantes de España (Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, RCD Espanyol, At. Madrid, etc). 9

Alwaysoccer has a partnership agreement with Turbula, which offers a wide range of choices for studies. OFFICIAL COURSES: The official academic courses as per the Department of Education of Catalonian Government, will be taken at the Turbula de Barcelona. CNED: Alwaysoccer will organize for our players in season , the French Baccalaureate Distance Education Course (CNED) by the Education Department of the French Government. We will provide a reinforcement professor to support the player in these studies. LANGUAGES: A Spanish language course will be organized by Alwaysoccer for our players. YOUTH UNDER 16: In Spain, youth under 16 years old should attend classroom classes on Primary and Secondary levels. If the player is below 16, the weekdays schedule (Monday to Friday) will differ from those over 16 years old. Turbula of Barcelona, is acknowledged by the Education Department of the Generalitat de Cataluña to organise lective courses for students of Inter Barcelona. In order for the students to have a good teaching, the school adapts its methods and faculty to the student s progress. Depending on the study option chosen, classes are taught in Spanish and Catalán or French. English is also present. Turbula has a vast experience with students from outside Spain. At present, it is school to RCD Espanyol players and to players from other clubs in Barcelona who are not from Barcelona. LOS ESTUDIOS En Barcelona existen muchas opciones para estudiar, en Alwaysoccer, tenemos un acuerdo de colaboración con la Turbula, con una amplia oferta de estudios. CURSOS OFICIALES: Los cursos Académicos oficiales del Departamento de Educación del Gobierno Catalán, los vamos a realizar en la Turbula de Barcelona. CNED: Alwaysoccer organizara para nuestros jugadores, para la temporada , el Curso del Bachillerato Frances a distancia, CNED, del departamento de educación del Gobierno Francés. Pondremos a disposición un profesor de refuerzo para dar soporte al jugador en estos estudios. IDIOMAS: Alwaysoccer organizara para nuestros jugadores, curso de idioma español. MENORES DE 16 AÑOS: En España los menores de 16 años, tienen que es estudiar de modo presencial, Primaria o Secundaria, si el jugador es menor de 16, tendrá un horario (de lunes a viernes) diferente a los jugadores mayores de 16 años. La Turbula de Barcelona, es reconocida por el departamento de Educación de la Generalitat de Cataluña para organizar los cursos lectivos para los alumnos de Inter Barcelona. La escuela adapta sus métodos y profesorado a la evolución del alumno. Dependiendo de la opción de estudios escogida, el idioma de las clases se imparten en Espanyol y Catalán o Frances. El idioma Ingles también estará presente. La Turbula tiene una amplia experiencia con alumnos de fuera de España. Actualmente es la escuela de los jugadores del RCD Espanyol que juegan en el club y de jugadores de otros clubs de Barcelona, que son de fuera de Barcelona. 10

14 RCD ESPANYOL Thanks to an agreement with RCD Espanyol, the players of Alwaysoccer will be members of RCD Espanyol during the whole season of Every 15 days, they could watch live professional football matches in Spain. They will enjoy the best teams in the world and the best players, amongst them, FC Barcelona and Real Madrid team. They will also enjoy all the benefits of being a member of RCD Espanyol. RCD ESPANYOL OFFICIAL TRIALS Participants in the Academy could do the Official Trials of RCD Espanyol for 5 days. These trainings last for 5 days, in which 3 days are training and 2 are matches. This takes place at the Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque of RCD Espanyol in Barcelona. During these 5 days, the players will be evaluated by the coaches of RCD Espanyol for a possible incorporation to their football training. They will receive a detailed sports report and a video of the trainings. In case of non-participation in the Trials of RCD Espanyol, the players of Alwaysoccer will be invited to play a match in the Ciudad Deportiva of RCD Espanyol against the teams of players who joined the RCD Espanyol Trials. *The RCD Espanyol Trials are not included in the price of the program and has an extra cost of 424. SPORTS MEDICAL CHECK-UP Participants in the Academy will have a complete physical check-up in the prestigious sports performance company, Globalperformance in Barcelona. The report will accurately detail the physical constitution of each player which will include information on the physical work to be performed by the player during the season. RCD ESPANYOL Gracias a un acuerdo con el RCD Espanyol, los jugadores de Alwaysoccer serán socios del RCD Espanyol durante toda la temporada Podrán ver en directo cada 15 días, los partidos de la liga de futbol profesional de España. Disfrutaran de los mejores equipos del mundo y de los mejores jugadores, entre ellos, los equipos del FC Barcelona y Real Madrid. También disfrutaran, de todas las ventajas de ser socio del RCD Espanyol. PRUEBAS OFICIALES RCD ESPANYOL Los participantes de la Academia podrán hacer durante 5 días, los Trials oficiales del RCD Espanyol. Estos entrenamientos tienen una duración de 5 días, en los cuales se disputan 3 entrenamientos y 2 partidos. Se organizan en la Ciudad Deportiva Dani Jarque del RCD Espanyol en Barcelona. En estos 5 días los jugadores, serán evaluados por los entrenadores del RCD Espanyol, para su posible incorporación a sus equipos del futbol base. Recibirán un informe deportivo detallado y un video de sus entrenamientos. En caso de no inscribirse a los Trials RCD Espanyol, Los jugadores de Alwaysoccer, serán invitados a jugar un partido en la Ciudad Deportiva del RCD Espanyol, contra los equipos, de los jugadores que hacen los Trials RCD Espanyol *Las pruebas del RCD Espanyol, no están incluidas en el precio del programa. Estos entrenamientos tienen un coste de 424 REVISION MEDICA DEPORTIVA Los participantes de la Academia se les hará un completo reconocimiento físico, en la prestigiosa empresa de rendimiento deportivo, Globalperformance de Barcelona. 15 ACTIVIDADES On weekends: Alwaysoccer players will monitor football competitions that are being organized in the city of Barcelona: *Youth Champions League, Youth category (FC Barcelona, AC Milán, Glasgow Celtic etc.) *Youth Honor Division Catalonia (RCD Espanyol, FC Barcelona, Real Mallorca, SA Zaragoza etc.) *Second League B professional teams (with the most important affiliated teams in the area) (RCD Espanyol B, CF Villarreal B, FC Levante B.etc.) * These activities are included in the price. **Leisure activities, museums, amusement parks, cinema, theatre, etc. are organized for recreation of the players in our Academy.
