3 Brn in Luxemburg in 1970, James Graham studied Law in Paris. Once he btained his JDS cum magna laude frm the University f Paris II (1996), he has been awarded a dctrate cum magna laude in Internatinal Law, Private Internatinal Law and Arbitratin Law frm the University f Paris I (2001, under the directin f Pierre Mayer). Furthermre, he cunts with a degree cum magna laude in Plitical Sciences frm the University f Paris II (1996) and a degree cum magna laude in Internatinal Relatins frm the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internatinales de Paris (1996) and visited The Hague Internatinal Law Academy (Private Internatinal Law and Internatinal Law, 1996).
