Llevó a cabo la explotación de una de las primeras plantas de compostaje instaladas en España para el tratamiento de residuos orgánicos recogidos de forma selectiva. SISTEMA DE TRINCHERAS DINÁMICAS DYNAMIC LANE SYSTEM Una de los sistemas de compostaje por los que METROCOMPOST, S.L. apuesta fuertemente es el sistema de trincheras dinámicas.

En este sistema, el material a procesar se deposita dentro de trincheras, espacios limitados entre muros con techo abierto, y con una boca de entrada y otra de salida de material.

5 SISTEMA DE TRINCHERAS DINÁMICAS DYNAMIC LANE SYSTEM Una de los sistemas de compostaje por los que METROCOMPOST, S.L. apuesta fuertemente es el sistema de trincheras dinámicas. Se trata de una opción eficiente que permite aumentar la capacidad de tratamiento, en comparación con otras opciones. En este sistema, el material a procesar se deposita dentro de trincheras, espacios limitados entre muros con techo abierto, y con una boca de entrada y otra de salida de material. El sistema dispone de un mecanismo de carga y descarga automático, así como un sistema de volteo (automatizado o no) que se desplaza a lo largo de la trinchera por su parte superior, y que remueve el material permitiendo su oxigenación. El volteo se complementa además con un sistema de aireación forzada, a través de suelo perforado, ya sea mediante impulsión o aspiración, controlado por la acción de ventiladores. Este sistema de trincheras presenta además las siguientes posibilidades: Posibilidad de control de temperatura y concentración de gases del proceso (O 2, CO 2 y NH 3 ). Análisis continuo de estos parámetros a través de PLC y software específico de control. Recirculación de lixiviados como mecanismo de control de las condiciones de humedad del material. Tratamiento de aire de proceso por medio de torres de lavado y biofiltro de alta eficiencia. Posibilidad de aplicación de sistemas de depuración de lixiviados. Metrocompost, S.L. has invested heavily in the dynamic lane system. It is an efficient option which allows greater treatment capacity as compared to other options. In this system, the material to be processed is distributed in lanes, spaces limited between roofless walls which have an entrance for input material and an exit for outputs.. The system has an automated loading/unloading mechanism and a turning system (automated or not automated) that moves along the upper part of the lane and turns the material over, allowing aeration. Turning action is complemented by a forced aeration system through perforations in the floor, whether by propulsion or aspiration, controlled by means of fans. This lane system also has the following possibilities: Possibility of controlling the temperature and concentration of process gases (O 2, CO 2 and NH 3 ). Continuous analysis of these parameters through PLC and specific control software. Recirculation of leachate as a mechanism for controlling the humidity conditions of the material. Treatment of the air of process by means of highefficiency scrubber and biofilter. Possibility of applying leachate purification systems.
