Offer Validity : This offer is valid and binding for us until Spare Parts : Warranty : Liability : Test Material: Training: Technical Documentation : Not included in the offer The warranty is 12 months upon delivery, however not longer than 15 months after announcement of the readiness for shipment, in case of delays occurred beyond the control of REEPACK. The further content of the warranty shall be in accordance with our General Conditions of sale and Delivery. All cases of breach of contract and legal consequences thereof and all claims of the customer, regardless of the legal ground on which they are based, shall be governed exclusively by the General Conditions of Sales and Delivery. In particular, any claim for damages, reduction of price, or revocation or cancellation of the contract which is not expressly mentioned herein shall be precluded. In no event shall REEPACK be liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as but not limited to loss of products, production, use, orders profit or assets. For adjustment and test purposes on the machine, the Customer shall provide to the place of manufacturing sufficient material (trays and film) at his own expenses. The test material has to be available at least 2 weeks before delivery of the machine. Any delete will exonerate Reepack from any contractual liability. After a purchase contract has been concluded, it is possible to train one or more persons of your service employee in our factory for a period of approx. 2 working days against charge. The train course is usually run in English language. If you are interested in such training, please advise and we let you have further information.
