2 EN STEP 1 - INSTALLATION VIDEO STEP 2 - LOCATION STEP 3 - FIND YOUR S Watch our installation video for better understanding. Decide at what height and location you would like to install your Proslat - we recommend 15 from the ground. It is strongly recommended you start & finish on studs (16 apart in order to support 75 lbs per square foot). Once you have choosen your location, verify that you are starting and finishing on a stud and locate all studs between starting and finishing. STEP 4 - HORIZONTAL TRIM STEP 5 - VERTICAL TRIMS STEP 6 - INSTALL HORIZONTAL TRIM Cut your J trim at for the bottom horizontal trim. If you are installing only one section high of panels. STEP 7 - INSTALL VERTICAL TRIMS Cut your two other J trims at STEP 8 - INSTALL FIRST PANEL For this step, it is best to have 2 people. Install your bottom J trim at desired starting height, level and screw into the middle 5 studs. Do not screw into the first or last stud. Overlap your vertical trim with your horizontal trim and screw through both. Level vertical trim and install one screw at the top. Repeat on other side. Your panels will be screwed through the J trim all the way up therefore holding it in place. To install the first panel, insert one end of your panel (left or right) into the vertical J trim and slightly curve the panel so it will insert into the other vertical J trim. Make sure your panel is inserted into bottom J trim. Screw through the upper cavity of the panel into each stud (16 apart). Screws at either end of the panel will screw through the J trim and into your stud. This will hold your J trims to the wall.

3 STEP 9 - INSTALL NEXT PANEL STEP 10 - INSTALL TOP TRIM EN Interlock one end of your next panel with the previous one, insert into one of your vertical J trims, curve your panel and insert into the other side. Make sure you screw all panels into every stud. Repeat until your section is done. Properly interlocked panels will conceal previous panel s installation screws. Install your top L trim by simply clipping it into the lip above screw cavity. If you have done a complete wall and you have had to cut your top panel to fit, you will need to use a little silicone to install. CONCRETE OR BLOCKWALL INSTALLATION 24 CENTER If your walls are made of concrete or blocks, you will need to fasten 2 x3 stud or furring strips using a cement screw and then install your Proslat to the studs. Our product is designed to hold 75 lbs per square foot when the studs are 16 apart. If your studs are wider apart please apply some adhesive to the back of the panel. These assembly guidelines will direct you through the process of assembling a section of Proslat Inc product. Please keep in mind that they may not cover every assembly or installation scenario you may encounter. Since each installation is unique in its performance requirements, the ultimate installation method used is the sole responsibility of the installer. 5 FR ÉTAPE 1 - VIDÉO D INSTALLATION ÉTAPE 2 - LOCATION ÉTAPE 3 - TROUVER VOS S MURAUX Visionner notre vidéo d installation pour une meilleure compréhension. Version anglaise seulement. Décider à quelle hauteur et location vous voulez installer votre Proslat (nous recommandons de commencer à 15 du sol). Il est fortement recommandé de commencer et terminer votre section sur des montants muraux à 16 d écart pour supporter 75 lbs par pied carré. Une fois votre location choisie, vérifier que vous débutez et finissez sur des montants et localisez tous les montants entre ces deux derniers. ÉTAPE 4 - MOULURE HORIZONTALE ÉTAPE 5 - MOULURES VERTICALES ÉTAPE 6 - INSTALLER LA MOULURE HORIZONTALE Couper votre moulure en J à pour la moulure horizontale du bas. Couper vos deux autres moulures en J à. Installer la moulure en J inférieure à la hauteur de départ désirée, niveler et visser dans les montants centraux. Ne pas visser dans le premier et dernier montant. ÉTAPE 7 - INSTALLER MOULURES VERTICALES ÉTAPE 8 - INSTALLER LE PREMIER PANNEAU Superposer vos moulures verticales avec votre moulure horinzontale et visser au travers les deux. Niveler vos moulures verticales et installer une vis dans le haut de chacune. Répéter sur chaque côté. Vos panneaux seront vissés sur toute la longueur des moulures en J pour les faire tenir en place. Afin d insérer le premier panneau, insérer une extrémité de votre panneau (gauche ou droit) dans la moulure en J verticale et courber légèrement le panneau pour l insérer dans l autre moulure en J verticale. S assurer que votre panneau est bien inséré dans la moulure en J du bas. Visser dans la cavité supérieure du panneau dans chaque montant (16 d écart). Les vis aux extrémités du panneau sont bien insérérées dans la moulure en J et le montant mural. Ceci tiendra votre moulure en J au mur.

6 ÉTAPE 9 - INSTALLER LE PANNEAU SUIVANT ÉTAPE 10 - INSTALLER LA MOULURE DU HAUT FR Emboîter une extrémité de votre panneau dans le précédent. L insérer dans l une de vos moulures en J verticales, courber votre panneau et insérer dans la moulure opposée. S assurer que vous vissez chaque panneau dans tous les montants. Répéter jusqu à ce que votre section soit terminée. Des panneaux emboîtés correctement cacheront les vis du panneau précédent. Installer votre moulure en L du haut en la clippant simplement à la lisière du dessus de la cavité supérieur du panneau. Si vous avez fait un mur complet et que vous avez eu à couper le haut de votre dernier panneau, vous aurez besoin de silicone pour installer votre moulure en L. INSTALLATION SUR DU CIMENT OU MUR DE BLOC S À PLUS DE 16 D ÉCART Si vos murs sont faits de ciment ou de blocs, vous aurez besoin d installer des montants de 2 x3 en utilisant des vis à ciment pour ensuite, installer votre Proslat sur les montants. Notre produit est conçu pour supporter 75 lbs par pied carré installé sur des montants à 16 d écart. Si vos montants sont à un plus grand écart, veuillez appliquer de l adhésif au derrière de vos panneaux. 7 SP SU CAJA CONTIENE 15 paneles 1 moldura en J de 2 molduras en J de 72-1/2 1 moldura en L Tornillos de 2 ETAPA 1 - COLOCACIÓN ETAPA 2 - ENCONTRAR SUS TRAVESAÑOS HERRAMIENTAS NECESARIAS: -TALADRO - NIVEL -LOCALIZADOR DE TRAVESAÑOS O MADERA - TIJERAS Decida a qué altura y lugar quiere instalar su Proslat (se recomienda empezar por 15 "desde el suelo). Se recomienda que empiece y acabe en travesaños. A 16 de distancia a fin de sostener 75 lbs. por pie cuadrado. Cuando se haya encontrado la colocación, verificar que está empezando y acabando en un travesaño y localizar todos los travesaños entre el principio y el final. ETAPA 3 - MOLDURA HORIZONTAL ETAPA 4 - MOLDURAS VERTICALES ETAPA 5 - INSTALAR LA MOLDURA EN J HORINZONTAL Corte una de sus molduras en J à 96" para la parte de abajo de la moldura horizontal. Corte sus molduras en J a. ETAPA 6 - INSTALL VERTICAL TRIMS ETAPA 7 - INSTALL FIRST PANEL Para esta etapa, es mejor que haya dos personas. Instalar su moldura inferior en J a la altura deseada para empezar, nivelar y atornillar a los 5 travesaños centrales. No atornillar al primero y último travesaño por el momento. Sobreponer la moldura vertical con la moldura horizontal y atornillar a través las dos. Nivelar la moldura vertical é instalar un tornillo en la parte superior. Repetir al otro lado. Sus paneles serán atornillados a través la moldura en J todo hasta arriba por consiguiente sosteniéndolo en su lugar. Para instalar el primer panel, insertar un lado de su panel (izquierdo o derecho) en la moldura en J vertical y ligeramente doblar el panel para que se inserte en la otra moldura vertical en J. Asegúrese que su panel sea insertado en la moldura inferior en J. Atornillar a través de la cavidad superior del panel adentro de cada travesaño (a 16 de separación). Los tornillos a ambos lados del panel serán atornillados a través la moldura en J y en el travesaño. Esto sostendrá sus molduras en J al muro.

8 ETAPA 8 - INSTALAR EL PRÓXIMO PANEL ETAPA 9 - INSTALAR LA MOLDURA EN L SUPERIOR SP Entrelazar un lado de su próximo panel con el anterior, insértelo en uno de las molduras en J verticales, doblar su panel e insértelo del otro lado. Asegurarse de atornillar todos los paneles a todos los travesaños. Repetir hasta que su sección esté hecha. Los paneles correctamente entrelazados esconderán las instalaciones de los tornillos de los paneles anteriores Instalar su moldura en L superior simplemente fijándola al labio encima de la cavidad del tornillo. Si ha hecho un muro entero y ha tenido que cortar su panel superior para que quepa, necesitara utilizar un poco de silicón para instalar. CENTRO DE TRAVESAÑO DE 24 INSTALACIÓN EN HORMIGÓN O PARED DE BLOQUES Nuestro producto es diseñado para sostener 75 lbs. por pie cuadrado cuando los travesaños están a 16" de distancia. Si sus travesaños están a más distancia por favor aplique adhesivo detrás del panel. Si sus paredes son construidas de hormigón o de bloques, tendrá que afirmar un travesaño de a 2 x3 con un tornillo de cemento y después instalar el Proslat en los travesaños.
