3 1) Elige los cursos que quieres matricular Puedes consultar la oferta académica correspondiente a los estudios que vas a cursar en la UPF en: Recuerda que ahora puedes matricularte exclusivamente en los cursos que ofrecen los estudios correspondientes a tu programa de intercambio. En el caso en que quieras hacer cambios en tu matrícula, así como matricular cursos de otros estudios, podrás hacerlo durante los días 16 y 17 de enero. TEN EN CUENTA: Cómo interpretar las fichas de la Oferta Docente Año plan estudios Código - nombre de curso INSTRUCCIONES: A parte de tus intereses académicos, para realizar tu selección de cursos, deberás tener en cuenta: Trimestre: sólo podrás solicitar asignaturas que se impartan en el segundo trimestre. Grupo: en el caso de algunos cursos, existen diversos grupos. Elige aquél que más te convenga por idioma u horario. Idioma en que se imparte el curso. Puede ser catalán, castellano o inglés. Ten en cuenta que puedes realizar tus trabajos y exámenes en cualquiera de las tres lenguas de trabajo. Horario del curso: evita solapamientos entre cursos para así poder asistir a todas las clases solicitadas. Carga lectiva * : la carga lectiva recomendada es de 20 créditos ECTS por trimestre. Contacta con la persona responsable en tu universidad de origen para informarte sobre qué y cuántas asignaturas deberás cursar durante tu estancia en la UPF. * Si eres estudiante Séneca, deberás atender a la normativa del Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte, respecto al mínimo de créditos a matricular. 3

4 Importante: Para asignar las plazas en los cursos se usa el sistema First come first in, es decir, a la hora de matricular se sigue el orden de recepción de las solicitudes de matrícula. En estudios como Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o Comunicación Audiovisual, algunos cursos tienen un número de plazas limitadas para los estudiantes de intercambio. 2) Obtén tu usuario y contraseña para la intranet de la UPF (Campus Global) Para obtener tu usuario y contraseña, que te permitirá entrar en la intranet de la UPF (llamada Campus Global), y realizar tu solicitud de matrícula, sigue los siguientes pasos: 1- Entra en la página web de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra: (puedes cambiar el idioma de navegación Castellano o English) 2- Selecciona el icono de la i que aparece junto a Campus Global (en la parte superior derecha de la página) 4

5 3- Selecciona el apartado obtén el código personal de acceso 4- Introduce la información requerida y presiona el botón Aceptar. 5- Tu usuario será un número precedido por la letra U 6- Una vez obtenido tu usuario, vuelve a la página principal de la UPF. En el apartado Campus Global (en la parte superior derecha) introduce el usuario obtenido (letra U seguido de un número) y como contraseña, tu fecha de nacimiento en formato ddmmaaaa (d:día, m:mes,a:año) 7- La primera vez que accedas al Campus Global el sistema te pedirá que cambies la contraseña por motivos de seguridad Importante: Anota y recuerda tu nombre de usuario y contraseña porque la Intranet será una herramienta de trabajo y de comunicación durante tus estudios en la UPF. 5

6 3) Solicita los cursos que quieres matricular Importante: El formulario de matrícula estará disponible del 24 al 30 de noviembre a través de la intranet de la UPF (Campus Global). Piensa bien tu elección, ya que el formulario sólo puede enviarse una vez. Para hacer tu solicitud de matrícula, sigue los siguientes pasos: 1- Entra en la intranet de la UPF (Campus Global), siguiendo las instrucciones explicadas en el apartado anterior 2- Selecciona, en la parte superior izquierda, AULA GLOBAL > Acceso a mis aulas 3- Selecciona el aula Incoming Students 6

7 Nota: si el convenio con tu universidad prevé la posibilidad de seguir cursos en varios estudios, te aparecerá un aula para cada uno de estos estudios. En este caso, si quieres matricular cursos ofrecidos por diversos estudios, deberás rellenar un formulario para cada uno de ellos. 4- Lee las instrucciones atentamente y selecciona el cuestionario con el nombre "Matrícula 2º Trimestre. Recuerda que sólo lo puedes enviar una vez 5- Realiza la selección de cursos que deseas matricular Recuerda que en la lista vas a encontrar exclusivamente los cursos que ofrecen los estudios correspondientes a tu programa de intercambio. Si quieres matricular algún curso de otros estudios, podrás hacerlo durante los 16 y 17 de enero. 7

8 6- Si fuera necesario, puedes escribir un comentario. Una vez revisado, envía el cuestionario. Recuerda que una vez enviado, no podrás modificarlo ni volverlo a enviar 8

If either, you want to enroll courses offered by other studies or make changes in your course selection, we will allow you to do it the 16 and 17 January. TIPS to understand the course information card: Year in the degree Course code and name Beside your academic interests, when selecting your courses you have to take into account: Term. You can exclusively enroll in courses taught during the second term Group. Some courses offer several groups. Choose the one that is most convenient, taking into account the language of instruction and its schedule Language of instruction. It can be Catalan, Spanish or English. Bear in mind that you can do your assignments and exams in any of those languages Course Schedule. Avoid course overlaps, so that you can assist to all courses you have enrolled 9

10 Workload. The recommended workload is 20 ECTS per term. You have to contact the exchange coordinator at your home university to find out how many credits you are required to enroll during your exchange Important: Registration is processed on a first-come, first -served basis. Please bear in mind that in some studies such as Economics, Business Management and Administration or Audiovisual Communication, some of the courses have limited places for exchange students. 2- Get your login & password for the UPF Intranet (Campus Global) Follow the following steps to get your login and password for accessing Campus Global (where you will find the enrolment form): 1- First, go to Universitat Pompeu Fabra main website (You may change the language of this site into English or Spanish) 2- Click on the i icon next to Campus Global (on the top right-hand side of the page) 10

11 3- Press the button Obtain your personal code 4- Enter the information requested and press the OK button 5- Your login will be a number preceded by a U 6- Once you have your login, go back to UPF main page. In the Campus Global section (up right side), enter the login and password, which, by default, it is your date of birth in the European format, that is, ddmmyyyy (d:day, m:month, y: year) 7- Please note that the first time you log in your Campus Global, the system will ask you to change the password, for security reasons Important: Write down your login and password. The UPF intranet (Campus Global) will be a useful tool for work and communication during your studies at UPF. 11

12 3- Apply for the courses you want to enroll Important: The enrolment form will be available from the 24th to the 30th November, through the UPF intranet (Campus Global). Think carefully your course choice, since the form can only be sent once. For doing your course choice, please follow the instructions: 1- Log in the UPF intranet (Campus Global), following the instructions explained in section 2 of this Guide 2- Select AULA GLOBAL > Access to my classrooms: 12

13 3- Select the aula named Incoming Students Note: if the exchange agreement with your home university foresees the possibility for you to follow courses offered by several schools, you will see one aula for each of the schools where you can enroll. In that case, if you want to enroll in courses offered by several schools, fill in and send one form for each of them. 4- Read the instructions carefully and click on the questionnaire named "Enrolment 2nd Term. Bear in mind that you can only submit it once 13

14 5- Choose which courses you want to enroll Remember: in the list, you will see exclusively the courses of the school of your exchange program. If you want to enroll courses offered by other school, we will allow you to do it the 16 and 17 January. 6- Include your comments (if any) and check if your selection is correct before sending it. Remember! once you have submitted it, it can t be modified 14
