2 WHO WE ARE We, the responsible of Alwaysoccer Academy, are professionals of this sport, with ample experience in football leagues in Catalonia. Since 1994, we are linked to the football world in the field of club organization and football school (sports, economic and social area) and organization of sports stay, training, sports camp, technical days and lectures (sports and socio-educational). 3 SPANISH FOOTBALL SUCCESS Spanish clubs and Spanish National Team currently occupy the top positions in the FIFA ranking, and are clear world reference in the training of its players. From all over the world, the way Spanish clubs and the National Team work are positively valued. Football coaches from all over the world come to to learn the secrets of our professionals. The key to success, is the continuous training that national coaches do, and the dedication and importance they pay to it. These knowledge are what are being taught to players and coaches at Campus Alwaysoccer, when they participate in their events in different parts of the world. ALWAYSOCCER BARCELONA METHODOLOGY Alwaysoccer proposes work focused on the individual improvement of the player in the technicaltactical level which permits better performance within the group. During each session, our players would go through different tasks, where all tasks have the same objective to work at, but each of them is worked in a different manner. Our has been proved in different high standing clubs and the success has been significant. The players receive corrections in different specified levels and difficulties, so that they are able to acquire the knowledge and apply it to the competition and to different situations that arise in a competition. The progression of specificity and difficulty of the tasks should not always be linear. The coaches in alwaysoccer play with different types of tasks to make the players think. ÉXITO DEL FUTBOL ESPAÑOL Actualmente los clubes y la selección nacional de España, ocupan las primeras posiciones en el ranking FIFA y son un claro referente mundial en la formación de sus jugadores. Desde todo el mundo, se valora muy positivamente la manera de trabajar de los clubes españoles y de la selección nacional. A, vienen técnicos de futbol de todo el mundo, para aprender los secretos de nuestros profesionales. La clave del éxito, es la formación continuada que los entrenadores nacionales realizan, y la dedicación e importancia que le dan. Estos conocimientos son los que en los Campus Alwaysoccer se enseñan a los jugadores y entrenadores, cuando participan en sus eventos, en diferentes partes del mundo. METODOLOGÍA ALWAYSOCCER BARCELONA Alwaysoccer propone un trabajo centrado en la mejora individual del jugador a nivel técnico-táctico que le permita rendir más dentro de su colectivo. Durante cada sesión, nuestros jugadores pasaran por distintas tareas, donde todas tienen el mismo objetivo a trabajar, pero que en cada una de ellas se trabajará de una forma diferente. Nuestra metodología ha sido probada en diferentes clubs de alto nivel y el éxito ha sido significativo. Los jugadores reciben las correcciones en los diferentes niveles de especificidad y dificultad, con lo que posteriormente son capaces de adquirir el conocimiento y transferir lo aprendido a la competición y a las diferentes situaciones que esta plantea. La progresión de especificidad y dificultad de las tareas no siempre debe ser lineal. Los técnicos alwaysoccer juegan con los diferentes tipos de tarea para hacer pensar al jugador. 3

5 LODGINGS Our several accommodations are designed to adapt to the situation of any team, school or club. We have got various possibilities, from hotels in the centre of to others nearer to the beach or also residences for students for those who demand more quality at a good price. Besides, you can be lodged near any of the coastal places in Catalonia, where the atmosphere is very nice and are more peaceful than the capital. All of them have a good quality of meals. In some of them there is a buffet, so that everyone can eat what and how much they feel like. The target of the lodging is to complete a good service which is focused on the quality of the playful and sport activities that we offer. ALOJAMIENTOS Nuestros diferentes alojamientos están pensados para adaptarse a la situación de cualquier equipo, escuela o club. Tenemos diferentes posibilidades, desde hoteles en el centro, otros próximos a la playa o residencias de estudiantes pensados para los que exigen más y buscan un buen precio. También hay la posibilidad de alojarse en alguna de las costas de Catalunya, donde el ambiente es muy agradable y no hay tanta aglomeración de gente. Todos los alojamientos tienen una buena calidad en relación a la comida. Muchos de ellos disponen de buffet libre, así cada persona puede comer lo que mejor le apetezca. Trainings with professional coaches One of the strengths in our programme is to give the option to your teams to participate in one or more trainings with RCD Espanyol s or FC s coaches or others connected to professional clubs in Spain. Friendly matches With more than 15 years of experience, we can say clearly that friendly matches in are a good activity to measure the quality of your football. We look for teams with a similar level of yours and thus greater competitiveness. Tournaments In the different periods of the year the teams can take part in some different national and international tournaments. This experience enriches a lot the players and coaches because they can see the different versions of the international football and they can compete against important teams such as FC, Manchester United, CF Arsenal or Brazil national team. Clinics Another activity we offer is the possibility to listen to any conference from some RCD Espanyol professional coaches. These conferences might talk about: - Training - Planning of the technical and tactical sessions - Physical training for the young teams - Audiovisual tools. Entrenamientos con entrenadores profesionales Uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestros programas es la de dar la opción de que vuestros equipos puedan vivenciar uno o varios entrenamientos con entrenadores del RCD Espanyol, FC o vinculados a equipos profesionales de España. Partidos Amistosos Con más de 15 años de experiencia, podemos hablar abiertamente que las los partidos amistosos con los equipos de la ciudad son una buena actividad para medir la calidad de vuestro futbol. Buscamos equipos que tengan un nivel similar y asi la competividad sea mayor. Torneos Hay diferentes épocas del año donde los equipos pueden participar en diferentes torneos Nacionales o Internacionales. Esta experiencia enriquece mucho a los jugadores i entrenadores porque pueden ver las diferentes realidades del futbol internacional y poder disputar partidos con equipos como el FC, el Manchester United, el CF Arsenal o la selección de Brazil, entre otras. Clinics Otra actividad que ofrecemos es la de poder escuchar alguna conferencia a cargo de diferentes entrenadores profesionales del RCD Espanyol. Estas conferencias pueden ser sobre: - La metodología de entrenamiento - La planifican las sesiones técnico tácticas - La preparación física en el futbol base - Herramientas audiovisuales.
