4 01 INTRODUCTION EOSOL GROUP Is a group of companies which promotes, constructs and operates renewable energy projects and infrastructure. EOSOL Has collaborated, co-invested and participated in more than 2,600 MW of energy, 14 countries and 4 continents. We count on a team of 23 managers of 7 nationalities and 25 technicians specialized in diverse projects. In 2013 the Group s presence expanded to 14 countries Eosol is committed to energy production for the long-term because we have firm agreements with investor institutions such as la Caisse de Depots et Consignation, who co-invest in development projects with the group. 4

6 01 INTRODUCTION BRUNO BERNAL ESTEBAN MORRÁS AITOR ERQUICIA FRANCISCO VIDAL Industrial Engineer University of Navarra MBA ESIC, PDD IESE Law degree from the University of Navarra Industrial Technical Engineer Univ. of País Vasco, MBA ESIC, PDG IESE Naval Engineer Politecnical Univ. of Madrid MBA IE Bruno began his career as a technical consultant with DMR before he joined forces with the Castilla y León Aeronáutica SA as a Project Manager. He worked with a team of 40 engineers and was responsible for design and production of a part of the Airbus A-380 structure. In 2004 Bruno founded INJUBER, a leading company in the engineering sector of renewable energy in Spain. In 2007 he created Eosol Energy. With more than 20 years of experience, Esteban has developed his career within the ACCIONA Group, as a General Director of the Energy division and then as a Managing Director of ACCIONA. Esteban was awarded the Principe of Asturias award in Currently Esteban is the General Director of Garanza. In 2011 he joined Eosol. Aitor began his career with Mercedes Benz España and with the CIE Automobile group in the corporate sales department. Next, Aitor held the position of European Key Account Manager for Brammer plc. Where he was responsible for sales in 15 European countries. In 2007 Aitor created Eosol Energy. Mr. Vidal has more than 23 years of experience, developing his career with MTorres, as a Process Engineering Manager, director of the aeronautical division and C.E.O. Mr. Vidal was also the General Director of investment funds for Reiter Europe and Director and promoter of the technological park in the Murcia region of Spain. In 2007 Francisco craeted Eosol Energy. 6

9 02 BUSINESS MODEL Eosol is committed to becoming a model company in the renewable energy and infrastructure sector, this is demonstrated through their experience and developmental abilities and their project management. 17 03 EXPERIENCE EOSOL Has taken part in the construction of a hydroelectric power plant for ALSTOM Hydro, consisting of 4 105MW turbines in Ruacana NAMIBIA, Africa. The financing for the photovoltaic plant was provided by NCB. 18
