1 1- General Conditions: The competitions will be held in accordance with the IWF Constitution and By-Laws and IWF Technical and Competition Rules and Regulations and will be under the control of the Pan American Federation. Participants must be born until 2002 (15 years old). 2- Competition Venue: The competition will be held in the Coliseo Deportivo, Zone 4 of Guatemala City. The Hotel is: CONQUISTADOR RAMADA HOTEL Phone numbers: (502) , hotelconquistador.com.gt September 17-24/ 2017 o Arrival: September 17, 2017 o Departure: September 24, Eligibility: Only competitors of National Weightlifting Federations / Associations affiliated to the PAWF are eligible to participate in the Pan American Championships. 4- Events: The bodyweight categories will be as established by the IWF, according to the bodyweight: o Female: 48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 75kg, 90kg, +90kg o Male: 56kg, 62kg, 69kg, 77kg, 85kg, 94kg, 105kg, +105kg 5- Entries: o The preliminary entries must be send before 17 July, 2017 o The final entries must be send before 30 August, 2017

2 6- Finantial Conditions: o Single Room US$ per person per night o DoubleRoom US$ per person per night o Triple Room US$ per person per night o Mínimum 4 nights 7- Entry Fee: o Athletes US$ including Anti-Doping Fee. o Officials US$ (The Price will be pay in cash at the moment of the accreditation of delegations. Our NF due to legal procedures does not have bank account) 8- Accreditation: o The accreditation will take place in the Hotel Conquistador. o Passport must have to present the Passports of the delegation members at the moment of the accreditation. 9- Competition equipment : The equipment is trademark ELEIKO, endorsed by the IWF. 10- Final Verification: September 18th, at 14:00 pm. 11- Technical Meeting: September 18th, at 15:00 pm 12- Opening ceremony: September 18, at 18:00pm 13- Doping Control: It will be held as set out in the IWF Anti-Doping policy. 14- Awards: o Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded in the Snatch, the Clean & Jerk, and the Total in each bodyweight category. o The 3 best men and women weightlifter. o The 3 best men and women teams. Please bring your flag and national anthem to the accreditation.
