General Organisation Please describe the structure at your institution for the implementation and organisation of European and international mobility (division of tasks, operational and communication methods). Fundamental Principles By applying for the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education my institution will: Respect in full the principles of non-discrimination set out in the Programme and ensure equal access and opportunities to mobile participants from all backgrounds. Ensure full recognition for satisfactorily completed activities of study mobility and, where possible, traineeships in terms of credits awarded (ECTS or compatible system.). Ensure the inclusion of satisfactorily completed study and/or traineeship mobility activities in the final record of student achievements (Diploma Supplement or equivalent). Se designará a un tutor laboral que será el responsable de hacer el seguimiento en el centro de trabajo y un tutor docente por parte del centro educativo. When Participating in Mobility Activities - Before mobility Publish and regularly update the course catalogue on the website of the Institution well in advance of the mobility periods, so as to be transparent to all parties and allow mobile students to make well-informed choices about the courses they will follow. Para el alumnado entrante se establecerá un sistema de voluntariado entre el alumnado del centro para que actúen como compañeros en la vida cotidiana de nuestro entorno. En dicho curso se pretende suplir las carencias que posean los alumnos invitados, realizar talleres con representaciones de la vida cotidiana para que el alumno pueda obtener autonomía y sea capaz de desenvolverse tranquilamente por la ciudad. 10 En el caso de alumnado entrante que realiza su formación práctica en nuestro entorno, el centro educativo expedirá un certificado de superación del periodo de prácticas, basado en el informe que realiza el tutor laboral del centro donde ha realizado su formación. En el caso del alumnado saliente, si el periodo de prácticas se completa con éxito, el equipo docente responsable del seguimiento, evaluará positiva o negativamente las prácticas realizadas y se introducirá en la plataforma abajo citada. Del mismo modo, recibirán el documento de movilidad EUROPASS que acredita la realización de un periodo de prácticas en otros países de la Unión europea y el programa de actividades del alumno. En dichas charlas se invitará a participar a alumnos de cursos anteriores que han realizado la movilidad, para que expliquen su experiencia y los beneficios que les ha reportado, además de responder a las dudas que surjan. Igualmente toda la información pertinente será publicada en la web del centro y previamente a la solicitud de dichas prácticas se repartirán folletos informativos. 12 El IES San Juan Bosco considera el intercambio tanto de estudiantes como del personal educativo fundamental para la internacionalización. Para ello se están desarrollando diferentes programas donde se estimula a la movilidad. Viene participando desde 2006 en proyectos multilaterales: Leonardo da Vinci Andalucía con Leonardo II Eurotutores Jóvenes Andaluces con Leonardo Jaleo Nuevo Andalucía con Leonardo GM Comenius Actualmente se está desarrollando un programa Comenius sobre el ámbito temático La astronomía y el conocimiento sobre el Sistema Solar integrado en el currículum de diferentes áreas de 4º de ESO y 1º de Bachillerato. La idea es plantear un proyecto de base en el que participan los departamentos didácticos cuyos contenidos se consideran interconectados, para proponerlo en las plataformas de búsqueda de socios europeos y así poder desarrollar un proyecto común Comenius con otros institutos de la Comunidad Europea. El Departamento de Idiomas es considerado primordial para poder conseguir que los alumnos consigan un nivel adecuado para acceder a la movilidad. a) La búsqueda de socios se basan en los siguientes organismos cuyas páginas son las siguientes: Del abanico de posibilidades que nos ofrecen estas páginas web, se seleccionan aquellas instituciones que poseen estudios compatibles con los nuestros además de un programa de formación en centros de trabajo, en base a estos se les solicita el programa a seguir y los centros de trabajo con los que van a trabajar siendo totalmente necesario que se ajuste a nuestro programa educativo. b) En cuanto al área geográfica, se buscarán lugares donde el idioma como las diferencias culturales no supongan un problema a nuestro alumnado. c) Los objetivos y Prioridades del IES San Juan Bosco son: Continuar dando respuesta a la necesidad de nuestro alumnado de formarse en Europa tanto social como académicamente y así mantener la actual política educativa de movilidad promovida por la Junta de Andalucía. Queremos brindar a nuestros estudiantes oportunidades para reforzar sus conocimientos teóricos y prácticos gracias a la realización de su formación en centro de trabajo en un entorno real de trabajo en otro país. Trabajar y vivir en el extranjero por un periodo de tres meses constituye una experiencia enriquecedora a nivel personal, profesional y académica. Mejorar las habilidades comunicativas en otra lengua. Desarrollar la capacidad de adaptación a ambientes de trabajo diferentes. Translation language [EN] The IES San Juan Bosco holds the exchange of both students and the faculty critical to internationalization. For this purpose, several programs are being carried out in order to stimulate mobility. We have been participating since 2006 in multilateral projects: Leonardo da Vinci Andalusia with Leonardo II Eurotutores Andalusian Young Leonardo "Jaleo" New Andalusia with Leonardo GM Comenius We are currently developing a Comenius program in the thematic area: "Astronomy and knowledge about the Solar System" integrated into the curriculum of different areas from 4th ESO and 1st Baccalaureate. The idea is to propose a basic project involving the departments whose contents are considered interconnected, and upload it to different European search platforms in order to develop a Comenius project with other institutes of the European Union. The Language Department is considered essential in order to get students to achieve a level suitable for mobility access. a)the search for partners is based on the following organizations whose pages are: From the range of possibilities offered by these websites, we select those institutions with studies compatible with ours as well as a training program in the workplace. Based on this information we request them the program and the work centers and it is absolutely necessary to fit our educational program. b) Concerning the geographical area, there will be only taken into account places where language and cultural differences are not a problem for our students. c) Objectives and Priorities of IES San Juan Bosco are: To continue responding to the need of our students to form in Europe both socially and academically and keep the current mobility education policy promoted by the Junta de Andalucía. We want to provide our students with opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and skills through the completion of their training in workplace on a real working environment in another country. Working and living abroad for a period of three months is a personally enriching experience, professional and academic. To improve communication skills in another language. To develop the ability to adapt to different work environments. To establish cultural ties between the member countries of the European Union. Knowledge of other European educational systems. Learning new technologies. Possibility of employment. (max characters) Translation language [EN] Our priority actions within the Erasmus program are: - To encourage and disseminate among students through various routes Program emphasizing the attractiveness and accessibility. - To support language preparation as well as commitment to the obligations entailed in the quality of the activities as facilitating academic recognition or accommodation. - In order to spread the Erasmus activities and accomplish the Erasmus Policy Statement, we will make public calls and application forms in our website and other media. - To achieve the objectives of non-discrimination, we are committed to promoting gender equality, respect and intercultural dialogue, human rights and democracy, and increase the fight against exclusion in all its forms, including racism and xenophobia. - To develop the Erasmus program activities with the highest quality, the coordinator, vicedirector, the Guidance Department and teachers involved in mobility will promote the program, will determine and will review the procedure and criteria for selection of students, and will monitor and regular assessment of Erasmus activities. A self-assessment system as a mechanism for improvement will be implemented as well. -The practices done by our students will be recognized in the same way as in Spain, accompanied the Europass Mobility Document and Diploma supplementary. They draw up a training agreement with the partner company, taking into account the skills a student should acquire during the training period and will contain details like the job that the student will play in the organization of the company and the period of placement. The company will appoint a guardian that tracks labor and student assessment. The guardian of our IES will monitor the company tutor and at the student. Original language [ES] Nuestras acciones prioritarias dentro del Programa Erasmus son: - Animar y divulgar entre el alumnado el Programa mediante distintas vías recalcando el atractivo y la accesibilidad. - Apoyar la preparación lingüística, así como el compromiso con las obligaciones que comportan la calidad de las actividades como, reconocimiento académico o facilitar la acomodación. Para dar difusión a las actividades Erasmus y cumplir con la Declaración de Política Erasmus, publicaremos las convocatorias y solicitud de inscripción en nuestra Web y en otros medios de comunicación. Para cumplir con los objetivos de no discriminación, nos comprometemos a promover la igualdad entre sexos, el respeto y el diálogo intercultural, la defensa de los derechos humanos y la democracia, y aumentar la lucha contra la exclusión en todas sus formas, incluyendo el racismo y la xenofobia. Para desarrollar las actividades del Programa Erasmus con la mayor calidad, el coordinador, Vicedirección, el Departamento de Orientación y los profesores involucrados en la movilidad, promocionarán el programa, determinarán y revisarán el procedimiento y criterios de selección de alumnos, y realizarán un seguimiento y una evaluación regular de las actividades Erasmus. 15 The possibility to access training in workplaces in European Union countries makes our educational offer of higher degree Training Cycles more attractive for students. The mobility of our students will allow learning of new procedures and techniques related to their training in companies in the European Union, thus being an improvement in the quality of the education of our students. Participation in the Erasmus program allows both the teaching staff and students involved in the IES San Juan Bosco make greater use and greater understanding of information technology and communication, using resources such as the etwinning platform. One of the goals of the IES San Juan Bosco is that students get to learn a second language fluently. Students participating in the program Erasmus will be able to learn and practice the language in their daily lives, and also will have the opportunity to learn the technical language of his profession, while performing in the business practices. Students and teachers participating in the program and visiting other European Union countries will be able to learn other cultures and different educational systems, thus expanding their career opportunities and improving its education.
