1 POLÍTICAS DE USO DE LOS SERVICIOS DE INFORMACIÓN DE MERCADO PARA VENDORS DE INFORMACIÓN 1. Generalidades La Bolsa de Valores de Colombia ha puesto a disposición de sus clientes un conjunto de servicios de información que facilitan el análisis y la negociación en el mercado de valores. Así mismo, se establecieron las definiciones asociadas a los permisos de uso y/o licenciamiento. A continuación se describen los productos de información disponibles, con el fin de asegurar que la información requerida por los clientes esté completa y tenga los permisos de uso necesarios para el desarrollo de sus actividades. 2. Licencias de uso La Bolsa estableció el siguiente conjunto de licencias independientes que permiten la ejecución de diferentes usos y actividades por parte del cliente. 2.1 Licencia de redistribución de información Esta licencia permite al cliente procesar la información en tiempo real o con retraso de 15 minutos para luego redistribuirla a sus usuarios Licencia para información con retraso de 15 minutos Esta licencia permite la publicación de la información de mercado relacionada con precios, montos y estadísticas, con retraso de al menos 15 minutos, a través de una (1) URL propiedad del cliente de la Bolsa y/o de una (1) aplicación móvil propiedad del cliente. No se permite la difusión de las órdenes o puntas de mercado. 1. Overview POLICIES FOR USE OF MARKET DATA SERVICES FOR VENDORS The Colombian Securities Exchange has made a series of information services available to its clients that facilitate analysis and trading in the securities market. Furthermore, the Exchange has established definitions associated to user permits and/or licenses. Following is a description of the information products available to ensure that the information required by the clients is complete and has the user permits necessary to conduct their activities. 2. User licenses The Exchange has established the following set of independent licenses that allow clients to conduct various uses and activities Information redistribution license This license allows clients to process information in real time or with a 15-minute delay and then redistribute it to its users License for information with a 15-minute delay This license allows the distribution of market information related to prices, volumes and statistics with at least a 15-minute delay through one (1) URL owned by the Exchange's client, and/or one (1) mobile application belonging to the client. Dissemination of the order book (either by order or by price) is not allowed.

Access to real-time market data must be controlled by the client, and a monthly report of end users with access to real-time market data must be provided to the Exchange.

6 2.2 Licencia de procesamiento automático de la información para uso interno y Non Display Applications Esta licencia permite la recepción de la información de mercado para su procesamiento automático a través de un data feed de la Bolsa o de un Vendor o Carrier autorizado en una (1) dirección IP principal del cliente y en una (1) dirección IP exclusiva para contingencia. Esta licencia permite la redistribución de la información a otros usuarios internos a través de mecanismos distintos a Data Feeds. La Bolsa requiere el reporte mensual de los usuarios internos con acceso a la información en tiempo real y aplican los cargos variables descritos en el numeral Adicionalmente, esta licencia otorga el permiso relacionado en el numeral Para acceder a esta licencia el cliente requiere firmar el contrato con la BVC o puede suscribir un acuerdo con un Vendor o Carrier autorizado por la BVC Tarifas para Clientes con conexión o contrato directo con BVC: Corresponden a las tarifas descritas en los numerales , y de este documento Tarifas para clientes con acceso a la información en tiempo real y con conexión a través de un Vendor o Carrier autorizado: Corresponden a las tarifas descritas en los numerales y de este documento Tarifas para clientes con acceso a la información con retraso de 15 minutos y con conexión a través de un Vendor o Carrier autorizado: 2.2 License to automatically process the information for internal use and Non Display Applications This license allows the market information to be received to be subsequently processed automatically through a data feed owned by the Exchange or by an authorized Vendor or Carrier in one (1) main IP address of the client and in one (1) exclusive IP address for a contingency. Esta licencia es adicional a los permisos para recibir los flujos de información que se describieron anteriormente. Para acceder a esta licencia, el cliente debe firmar un contrato directamente con la Bolsa y aceptar las siguientes tarifas anuales: The rates described in sections and of this document apply. 2.3 Use license of the information to update stock indices This license allows using the Exchange's market data for the creation and online updating of indices created by clients. Las tarifas y demás términos relacionados con la licencia serán establecidos de acuerdo con las particularidades de cada caso. Esta licencia es adicional a los permisos para recibir los flujos de información que se describieron anteriormente. 2.4 Use license of the Exchange s indices brand This license allows clients to use the brand and methodology of one of the Exchange's indices to create and maintain an Exchange Traded Product (ETP). In order to access this license, the client must sign a contract directly with the Exchange. Fees and other terms related to the license shall be established according to the characteristics of each case. This license is in addition to the permits to receive the market data feed described above.

8 2.5 Licencia de uso de la información para la proveeduría de precios de valoración Con esta licencia, se otorga el derecho de uso de la información de la BVC para conformar la muestra de valoración para el cálculo diario de precios, márgenes y tasas de referencia de cualquiera de los mercados, así como otros tipos de valoraciones y análisis. Para acceder a esta licencia el cliente debe estar reconocido por el regulador como proveedor de precios y realizar la vinculación contractual con la BVC. 3. Otras licencias Si un cliente requiere la autorización de la Bolsa para alguna actividad o procedimiento distintos a los mencionados en este documento, debe contactarse con el equipo de Información y Medios Electrónicos de la BVC a los correos crojas@bvc.com.co y hyusti@bvc.com.co 4.
