La Embajada de España, a través del Centro Español de Recursos que coordina la Asesoría de Educación, impartirá los contenidos culturales del certificado. The Philippine Normal University and the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines are organizing a Spanish language and culture course open to students with an Education Degree who might be interested in obtaining a certificate in Teaching Spanish as Foreign Language. The Embassy of Spain, through the Spanish Resources Centre, coordinated by the Education Department of this Diplomatic Representation, will provide the cultural content of the certificate. La Oficina Económica y Comercial de la Embajada de España en Filipinas organiza esta noche de tapas en la que los siete mejores chefs españoles establecidos en Filipinas, José Luis Chele González e Iván Saiz (VASK Gallery y ArroZeria), Juan Carlos de Terry (Terry s), Pepe López (Ramblas), Carlos García (The Black Pig), Nicolás Díaz (Barcino) y Pablo López (Donosti) elaborarán una selección de tapas españolas tanto tradicionales como innovadoras, representantes de las gastronomías de las diferentes regiones de España. El surtido irá acompañado de una selección de vinos, cava y otras bebidas espirituosas españolas. Esta noche de tapas da el pistoletazo de salida a toda la programación gastronómica y cultural que durante el mes de abril tendrá lugar con motivo de Madrid Fusión Manila (24-26 de abril). El aforo es limitado y se necesita invitación. The Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain organizes this Tapas Night where the seven best Spanish chefs based in the Philippines, Chef José Luis Chele González and Chef Iván Saiz (VASK Gallery and ArroZeria), Chef Juan Carlos de Terry (Terry s), Chef Pepe López (Ramblas), Chef Carlos García (The Black Pig), Chef Nicolás Díaz (Barcino) and Chef Pablo López (Donosti) will prepare a selection of innovative and traditional tapas representing the best of the different culinary regions of Spain. The tapas will be served with a wide selection of wines, cava and other liquors from Spain. Estas jornadas servirán como cierre a los cursos de Español como Lengua Extranjera que se imparten en la universidad durante los meses de marzo y abril. The Modern Languages Centre of the West Visayas State University of Iloilo and the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines organize a seminar about Spanish culture open to the university community of Iloilo. These talks will close the Spanish language as Foreign Language courses given at this university from March to April.

Lakbayin Natin ang EU 2015 is a festival designed for children and it is organized by the Museo Pambata in Manila in cooperation with the European Union and diplomatic missions of EU member countries to give children from Metro Manila the chance to travel to Europe through workshops, games and many other activities. Durante la ceremonia se hará entrega de un lote de libros y materiales didácticos donados por el MECD y la Embajada de España en Filipinas. The Award to the Most Outstanding Student in Hispanic Studies is one of the proposals included in the Cooperation Plan between the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the University of the Philippines to promote the study of the Spanish language among Higher Education institutions in the Philippines. Bambalina is a vibrant Valencian puppetry company that retells the classic Spanish epic, Don Quixote, for adults. The puppet show is an intimate portrait that conjures up the spirit of Cervantes immortal work. Two artists dressed in black, a table, the play of light and shadow, precise gesturing and subtle music; all the necessary elements to recreate the wealth of humanism emitted by the two protagonists: Quixote and Sancho. El resultado de los talleres y salidas para dibujar en Madrid, México D.F., Casablanca y Manila, irá configurando la exposición Dibujando el mundo que tendrá lugar en En Manila, el dibujante español Enrique Flores y Mark Lawrence Andres impartirán sendos talleres a aficionados y profesionales de la ilustración y recorrerán las calles de la ciudad lápiz en mano. The Filipino illustrator Mark Lawrence Andres, together with a Mexican, a Moroccan and three Spanish illustrators, will participate in this illustration and cultural cooperation project organized by the Museo ABC de Ilustración and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) with the participation of the Embassy of Spain in the Philippines. Drawing the World is an ode to the travel journals and an invitation to rediscover what surrounds us. The results of these workshops and drawing journeys in Madrid, Mexico D.F., Casablanca and Manila, will configure the exhibit Drawing the World which will run in In Manila, the Spanish illustrator Enrique Flores and Mark Lawrence Andres will give workshops to amateurs and illustration professionals and will walk around the streets of the city with a pen on their hand.
