1 CONTRATO DE COMPRAVENTA DE ALOJAMIENTO WEB, DOMINIO Y TRANSMISIÓN DE DATOS. En Vejer de la Frontera, a 1 de octubre del año 2016 COMPARECEN: De una parte: DON JUAN JOSÉ ALEMÁN GALÁN, mayor de edad, soltero, Abogado, vecino de Vejer de la Frontera, con domiciliado a efectos profesionales en Avenida de Andalucía, número 6, y provisto de D.N.I Nif. número L De otra: DON JOSÉ JUAN GALÁN ALEMÁN, mayor de edad, soltero, Arquitecto, vecino de Vejer de la Frontera, con domiciliado a efectos profesionales en Avenida de Andalucía, número 7, y provisto de D.N.I Nif. número L. INTERVIENEN: en su propio nombre y derecho, Tienen la capacidad legal necesaria para otorgar el presente contrato de compraventa de alojamiento web, dominio y transmisión de datos, en el que:

2 2 2 E X P O N E N I.- Que DON JUAN JOSÉ ALEMÁN GALÁN es propietario desde el 1 de junio del año 2015 del alojamiento web denominado y titular del dominio cuyo hosting - espacio en la red donde se encuentra alojada la Web- se encuentra registrado en la compañía Alegan&Consulting Internet España S.L.U., provista de número de NIF B , domiciliada en Avenida de Andalucía, , Cádiz, España, Inscrita en el Registro Mercantil de Cádiz al Tomo: , Libro 1, Folio 80, Sección 7, Hoja CA , Inscripción 1ª. VALOR.- Se valora en la cantidad de Treinta mil Euros (30.000,00 ), dicha valoración incluye todo el contenido del citado alojamiento cuyos derechos de autor, en su caso, es transmitida íntegramente al comprador que pasará a ser titular de los mismos. CARGAS.- Manifiesta la parte vendedora, que el alojamiento descrito se encuentra al corriente de pagos y que no contraviene ninguna normativa vigente. II.- Alegan&Consulting garantiza el pago al vendedor y la transmisión de datos al comprador. La información de la web a transferir, por un lado, y el pago por otro, se realizarán de una forma segura a través del

3 3 3 siguiente procedimiento. III.- Procedimiento. Sólo para los dominios.com,.net,.org,.biz,.mobi o.info desbloquearemos el dominio y facilitamos el auth code al futuro propietario. A estos efectos se entiende por auth code la contraseña asignada por el registrador como medida de seguridad necesaria para realizar la transferencia de datos de una forma correcta y segura. IV.- Que tienen convenida la compraventa de dicho alojamiento web, la transmisión del dominio y el contenido, incluyendo todos sus derechos por medio de esta documento bajo las siguientes: E S T I P U L A C I O N E S PRIMERA.- DON JUAN JOSÉ ALEMÁN GALÁN, vende y transmite a DON JOSÉ JUAN GALÁN ALEMÁN, que compra y adquiere en pleno dominio el alojamiento web denominado elviajeroinfatigable.com, libre de cargas, y con todos los derechos para su uso, haciéndolo con carácter privativo (o ganancial). -- SEGUNDA.- El precio de 30.00,00 euros, la parte vendedora declara tener recibidas antes de este acto y la parte compradora manifiesta tener todos los datos y claves correspondientes al alojamiento, dominio y contenido del mismo.

4 4 4 TERCERA.- La forma de pago es la siguiente. - La cantidad de ,00 mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta del vendedor IBAN Número de cuenta ES desde la cuenta del comprador IBAN Número de cuenta ES La cantidad de 9.999,99 mediante efectivo metálico que se entrega en este acto por el comprador al vendedor siendo carta de pago definitiva el presente documento. CUARTO.- Los gastos derivados de esta operación serán satisfechos al cincuenta por ciento (50%) por ambas partes. Firma Comprador. Firma Vendedor.

They have the legal capacity to execute this contract of sale Web hosting, domain and data transmission, in which : EXPLAIN I.- Mr. JUAN JOSÉ ALEMÁN GALÁN is owner from June 1, 2015 called web hosting and domain whose hosting
