1 BASES AND REGULATION From November 15 to Decembre 15, CINCO LOCOS PRODUCCIONES and FUNDACIÓN FILMARTE SALADILLO, summon to the QUINTO FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CORTOMETRAJES "HACELO CORTO, that will be held on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of APRIL 2018, in the cities of SALADILLO, ROQUE PEREZ and 25 DE MAYO, Buenos Aires province, Argentina. This initiative aimed from the beginning to generate a projection space for short films and, at the same time, to provide an opportunity for access to audiovisuals productions for the public and guests from all corners of the country. OF AUTHORS Argentine and foreign authors can participate. Each author does NOT have a presentation limit, for each category, but each one will be presented separately. OF WORKS The short film must have a maximum duration of 15 minutes including credits. Will be able to participate those works completed during the period from January 2015 to May 2017 inclusive. The materials could be presented in black and white or color and sound or dumb. Short films that are not spoken in Spanish SHOULD CONTAIN OBLIGATORILY SUBTITLES IN SPANISH OF CATEGORIES The materials can enroll into the following categories: fiction, documentary and animation. OF PRESENTATION The presentation should include: Registration form HERE: for each short film until Decembre 15, Works that do not submit the complete registration form with all the information will be automatically discarded from the pre-selection.

2 The sending of the short films, can be done by sending by link of VIMEO or YOUTUBE, (WITH DISCHARGE PERMIT) or through the page of Transfer The sending of the link in VIMEO or YOUTUBE, (WITH DOWNLOAD PERMISSION OR WITH KEY) in high quality to also attach: Promotional poster of the film. Film frame. Photo of the director. Works that do not submit everything required will be automatically discarded from the competition. OF SELECTION A selection committee will carry out a pre-selection of the finalist works to be delivered to the Official jury, who will see the shorts before and during the projection of the Festival. The committee will also select shorts outside the competition, who will participate in a parallel sample. OF THE JURY The jury will be designated by the organizers, among prominent personalities of the Audiovisual and cultural industry. They may declare a desert prize and decide on any doubt not foreseen in the bases. The jury's decision will be irrefutable. OF RIGHTS The copies of the presented short films will not be returned and, with the single presentation of the work, the director and / or producer agrees that the same be included in the video library of the festival for future projections. The organization may use fragments of the works for the dissemination of future competitions or activities, in the mass media without the right to receive amounts derived from this use by the author. Beyond this, the rights to the work will remain the property of the author. OF THE CEREMONY AWARDS

3 The prizes and mentions will be given in the closing Ceremony of the FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL "HACELO CORTO", which will be held on SUNDAY APRIL 22, Is OBLIGATORY the presence of one of the members of the team of all short films selected in the NATIONAL COMPETITION. AWARDS: Best Short Animation Best Short Documentary Best Short Fiction OTHERS No registration will be charged. Any issue not contemplated in this regulation will be resolved by the organizers, expressly renouncing the participant to judicial claims or extrajudicial that may arise from such resolutions. The participation in the festival supposes the total acceptance of these bases and of the rest conditions that are fixed in relation to them and / or are integrated with them.

4 BASES Y REGLAMENTO Desde el 15 de Noviembre al 15 de Diciembre, CINCO LOCOS PRODUCCIONES y la FUNDACIÓN FILMARTE SALADILLO, convoca al QUINTO FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL DE CORTOMETRAJES "HACELO CORTO, que se desarrollará los días 20, 21 y 22 de ABRIL de 2018, en las ciudades de SALADILLO, ROQUE PEREZ y 25 DE MAYO, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina, Esta iniciativa apuntó desde sus inicios a generar un espacio de proyección de cortometrajes y, al mismo tiempo, brindar una oportunidad de acceso a producciones audiovisuales diversas para el público Saladillense e invitados de todos los rincones del país. De los autores Podrán participar autores argentinos y extranjeros. Cada autor NO tiene límite de presentación, por cada categoría, pero cada una será presentada por separado. De las obras El cortometraje deberá tener una duración máxima de 15 minutos incluidos los créditos. Podrán participar aquellas obras terminadas dentro del período Enero 2015 hasta el 2017 inclusive Los materiales podrán presentarse en blanco y negro o color y sonoros o mudos. Los cortometrajes que no sean hablados en español, DEBERAN CONTENER OBLIGATORIAMENTE SUBTITULOS EN ESPAÑOL De las categorías Los materiales podrán inscribirse en las siguientes categorías: ficción, documental y animación. De la presentación La presentación deberá incluir: Ficha de inscripción AQUI por cada cortometraje hasta el 15 de Diciembre de Las obras que no presenten la ficha de inscripción completa con todos los datos serán automáticamente descartadas de la pre selección.

5 El envío de los cortometrajes, podrá realizarse mediante envío por link de VIMEO o YOUTUBE, (CON PERMISO DE DESCARGA) o a través de la pagina de transferencia Envío de link de VIMEO o YOUTUBE, (CON PERMISO DE DESCARGA- PRIVADO O CON CLAVE) en alta calidad a inscripcion@hacelocorto.com, además adjuntar: Afiche promocional de la película. Fotograma de la película. Foto del director/a. Las obras que no presenten todo lo requerido serán automáticamente descartadas de la competencia. De la selección Un comité de selección realizará una pre selección de las obras finalistas para ser entregadas al Jurado Oficial, quien visionará los cortos antes y durante la proyección del Festival. El comité seleccionará también cortos fuera de la competencia, que participaran de una muestra paralela. Del Jurado El jurado será designado por los organizadores, entre personalidades destacadas de la industria audiovisual y cultural. Podrán declarar desierto algún premio y decidir sobre cualquier duda no prevista en las bases. El fallo del jurado será irrefutable. De los derechos Las copias de los cortos presentados no serán devueltas y, con la sola presentación de la obra, el director y/o productor acepta que la misma sea incluida en la Videoteca del festival para futuras proyecciones. La organización podrá utilizar fragmentos de las obras para la difusión de futuros certámenes o actividades, en los medios de comunicación sin derecho a percibir monto alguno derivado de este uso por parte del autor.

6 Más allá de esto, los derechos sobre la obra continuarán en propiedad del autor. De la entrega de los premios Los premios y menciones serán entregados en la Ceremonia de cierre del FESTIVAL INTERNACIONAL "HACELO CORTO" a realizarse el DOMINGO 22 DE ABRIL DE Es OBLIGATORIA la presencia de alguno de los miembros del equipo de todos los cortometrajes seleccionados en la COMPETENCIA NACIONAL. PREMIOS: Mejor Corto Animación Mejor Corto Documental Mejor Corto Ficción Mejor Director Mejor Producción Mejor Guión Mejor Actor Mejor Actriz Mención especial del Jurado Otros No se cobrará inscripción. Cualquier cuestión no contemplada en este reglamento será resuelta por los organizadores, haciendo renuncia expresa el participante a reclamos judiciales o extrajudiciales que puedan nacer de tales resoluciones. La participación en el festival supone la total aceptación de estas bases y de las demás condiciones que sean fijadas en relación a las mismas y/o se integren a estas.
