HOW TO USE BioSETUP Starter PROTOCOLO DE INOCULACIÓN DEL BioSETUP Starter Una vez finalizada la fase de cocido, se recomienda alcanzar un ph igual o inferior a 6,5 durante los tres días posteriores al llenado del fermentador. Con el ph inferior a 6,5 seguir las siguientes instrucciones: 01 Extraer liquido del fermentador en un cubo y verter el contenido de un sobre. 02 Disolver muy bien y verter la mezcla en el centro del fermentador. 03 No se debe reemplazar la salmuera en los siguientes días a esta inoculación. SEGUIMIENTO DEL BioSETUP Starter Biopartner ofrece un seguimiento personalizado contrastado con analíticas completas. A continuación se detallan los pasos a seguir para un correcto seguimiento. ANTES DE LA INOCULACIÓN DE BioSETUP Starter Se tomará una muestra de unos 100cc. que debe ser conservada en frio. DURANTE LA FERMENTACIÓN DE BioSETUP Starter A las 3 semanas se tomará una muestra de 100cc de salmuera junto a 10 aceitunas. Conservar la muestra en un lugar frio. MUESTRAS DEL FERMENTADOR EN BLANCO A las 3 semanas se tomará una muestra de 100cc de salmuera de un fermentador Conservar la muestra en un lugar frio. BioSETUP Starter INOCULATION PROTOCOL After the boiling phase, it is recommended that a ph of 6.5 or less be achieved over the three days after filling the fermenter. With the ph below 6.5, these instructions should be followed: 01 Remove liquid from the fermenter into a bucket and pour the contents of a sachet. 02 Dissolve well and pour the mixture into the middle of the fermenter. 03 Do not replace the brine in the days following this inoculation. BioSETUP Starter MONITORING Biopartner provides customised, proven monitoring with complete analyses. Here are the steps for proper monitoring. BEFORE BioSETUP Starter INOCULATION A sample of about 100 cc is taken, which must be kept in a cool place.
