2 1. En primer lugar, debes entrar en la página de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, y seleccionar la opción Estudios. / First, you should enter the UCM website, and select the option Estudios 2. En la siguiente página, haz click en la opción Másteres Universitarios. / On the next page, click on the option Másteres Universitarios (Masters Degree Courses). 1

3 3. A continuación, elige la opción Proceso de admisión. / Then, choose the option Proceso de Admisión (Admission Process). 4. Por último, selecciona la opción Formulario de inscripción a másteres (salvo Formación del Profesorado). / Finally, select the option Formulario de inscripción a másteres (salvo Formación del Profesorado). Si no tienes una cuenta de correo electrónico de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, o se te ha olvidado la última que te enviamos, introduce en Nombre de usuario una cuenta de correo electrónico (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.), y pincha en Entrar. Recibirás, en la cuenta de correo indicada, un mensaje comunicándote la Contraseña de acceso. / If you do not have already an account from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, or you have forgotten it, please enter an account (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) in the User name gap and click on Entrar (Enter). You will receive a message informing you of your access password in the account indicated. 3

5 3. Para entrar en la aplicación, escribe tu nueva cuenta de correo electrónico UCM y la contraseña. / To enter the application, type your new UCM address and password. 4. Al pinchar en Entrar accedes a la aplicación. / By clicking on Entrar you log into the application. Primero debes completar la información solicitada: / First, you should fill in the requested data on the electronic application form: o Datos personales / Personal Data o Datos de contacto / Contact Details o Estudios de acceso / Previous Studies 4

6 En el apartado de Estudios de acceso, debes desplegar el menú para elegir el título de los estudios previos que te dan acceso a estudios de máster. Las opciones son: Título oficial de la UCM, Título oficial español no perteneciente a la UCM, Título expedido por una Institución de Enseñanza Superior del Espacio Europeo, o Título de sistemas educativos ajenos al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. / In Estudios de Acceso section, you must display the menu to choose the type ofdegree corresponding to your previous studies. The options are: Official UCM degree, Spanish official degree (not UCM), degree awarded by a Higher Education Institution of the European Union, or degree from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). 5

7 También en el apartado de Estudios de acceso, debes desplegar el menú correspondiente para elegir la Denominación (Título del máster). / Also in the Estudios de Acceso section, you must display the corresponding menu to choose the Denominación (Title of your previous studies degree). o Si la Denominación está incluida en el menú sólo tienes que seleccionarla. / If the Denominación is included in the menu, you just need to select it. o Si no encuentras la Denominación en el menú desplegable, elige la opción Otra / If you can't find the Denominación in the drop-down menu, choose the option Otra. y en el siguiente cuadro de diálogo, debes escribir la Denominación correspondiente (por ejemplo, Documentación) / Then, in the following dialog box, you must type in the corresponding Denominación (for instance, Documentation). 6

Si no apareciese la Universidad donde has cursado tus estudios previos, en el menú desplegable, debes introducir el nombre de ésta en

Si no apareciese la Universidad donde has cursado tus estudios previos, en el menú desplegable, debes introducir el nombre de ésta en la caja de texto habilitada para ello. / If the university where you have completed your previous studies does not appear in the drop-down menu, you must enter its name in the dialog box provided for this purpose. 7

/ Finally, you must indicate whether or not you have completed your previous studies in the Estudios Finalizados section.

9 o Por último, debes indicar si has finalizado o no tus estudios previos en el apartado Estudios finalizados: señalando si se han finalizado, o no, en el momento de la preinscripción. / Finally, you must indicate whether or not you have completed your previous studies in the Estudios Finalizados section. You should indicate whether or not your previous studies have duly been finished at the time of applying. Si se han finalizado debes indicar la fecha de finalización. / If your previous studies have been completed you must indicate the date of completion. 8

/ Once all the information has been filled in, click on Enviar.

10 o Una vez cumplimentados todos los datos, debes hacer click en Enviar. A continuación, se abrirá una pantalla en la que debes seleccionar el/los máster/es en los que desees preinscribirte (máximo tres). / Once all the information has been filled in, click on Enviar. Then, a screen will open up immediately whereby you should choose the Master (s) program (s) you wish to apply to (up to a maximum of three). o Para terminar, debes hacer click en el botón Continuar, situado al final de la página en el margen izquierdo. / To end it up, you should click on the Continuar button located at the bottom of the page, in the left margin. 9

La pestaña Datos Personales muestra la información que has introducido al principio y permite completar campos o realizar modificaciones. / The Datos Personales tab displays the information you entered at the beginning of the registration process. This tab also allows you to fill in data that you previously did not complete, or make changes. En la pestaña Nuevo Documento podrás adjuntar aquellos documentos requeridos para realizar la preinscripción (en el siguiente enlace encontrarás la relación de documentos requeridos). / On the Nuevo Documento tab you can attach the documents required to pre-register (in the following link you will find the list of documents required). 10
