Name of Promotion: THE 4 TH JUDGE NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. Name and address of Sponsor: The Univision Network Limited Partnership with offices at 9405 NW 41st Street, Miami, FL Verizon Wireless with offices at One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey is a prize provider of this promotion ( Prize Provider ). 3. Date of participation: The promotion begins on September 6, 2015 at 12AM (Eastern) and ends on November 22, 2015 at 11:59 PM (Eastern). 4. Eligibility Requirements: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico with a Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account. 5. How to Enter: You can participate in the promotion by: (a) App: Download the Univision Conecta free app ( App ) from the App Store from an Apple device or Google Play Store and use the App. For each activity in the App, you will receive the below amount of points. Daily app visit - 5 points. Clicking a Content item referral (5 points if article, 30 if video) Enter dashboard (live show) - 10 points Participate in Auditions Predictor Experience - 15 points Correct Prediction - 15 points Participate in a poll - 15 points Enter Mi Banda - 5 points Participate in a vote 15 points Data usage and other charges may apply for App download and use. Please consult your wireless service provider for details. OR (b) if you do not wish to download the app, you can still compete, by mailing in answers to a minimum of three (3) of the following questions: (i) what are the three most important traits to be a successful music artist?; (ii) does music have to be popular to be good?; (iii) who do you think is the most talented music artist of this decade and why?; (iv) what does it take to be in a boy band?; and (v) who do you think is the most talented boy band in history and why? Representatives of Sponsor will evaluate the answers based on (a) originality and creativity; and (b) writing style and grammar. You must answer a minimum of three (3) of the questions, but you are free to answer all five (5) questions. Each answer will be assessed a point total from 0 to 500,000. Each answer must be (a) typed; (b) between 250 and 500 words; and (c) mailed separately by first class mail to The 4 th Judge Promotion 9405 NW 41 st Street Doral, FL You must include your full name and contact information on EACH answer. All answers must be received no later than November 22, Failure to comply strictly with the foregoing requirements will make the entry(ies) in question void.

2 6. Method of Selecting the Winner: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected by Sponsor based on the participant who is eligible and has the most points. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected at random. The Fan of the Week Winners will be selected by Sponsor randomly out of those top ten (10) participants with the most points during the applicable week. 7. Date Winner will be selected: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or around November 23, The Fan of the Week Winners will be selected on or around November 2, November 9, November 16 and November 23, Method of notifying the Winners: The Grand Prize and Fan of the Week Winners will be notified by phone/ the day of the selection and will have twenty-four (24) hours after the selection to accept the prizes. 9. Manner and date prizes must be collected: All winners will be required to sign winner releases within the time frame requested by Sponsor. The Grand Prize Winner must appear at a studio designated by Sponsor on or around December 6, 2015 and be prepared to rehearse and perform in connection with the La Banda program, including, without limitation share his/her thoughts on the competition and contestants and may appear during an episode of the program and/or in any other Sponsor and its affiliates media properties. The prizes for the Fan of the Week Winners will be mailed to the applicable winner within seven days of Sponsor s receipt of the release. 10. Prize(s) and estimated value: (a) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner will receive the opportunity to serve as a judge on the La Banda program and attend the finale. Any recording of the winner in connection with the program is not a guarantee that he/she will appear within the program or in any other offering by Sponsor and/or its affiliates. The winner must travel to a Sponsor designated studio as stated above in paragraph 9. The winner may bring a guest and if the winner lives further than 100 miles from the Sponsor designated studio, they will receive air or ground transportation (coach class) and accommodations for one (1) night (standard room). The winner and his/her guest will also receive tickets to attend the taping of the finale of program and if they live further than 100 miles from Miami, Florida, will receive air transportation (coach class) and accommodations for one (1) night (standard room). The winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and during the dates designated by the Sponsor. The airport, airline and hotel will be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Changes will not be allowed once a reservation has been confirmed. Flights, connecting flights or airline tickets that are lost or stolen will not be replaced. Ground transportation to and from the airport, meals, room service, laundry service, gratuities, beverages, personal purchases, including souvenirs, telephone calls and any other miscellaneous expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guest. Certain restrictions may apply. The estimated retail value of the airfare varies depending on the point of departure and current airfare rates. If the value of the actual prize is less than the estimated retail value, the winner will not be awarded the difference. (b) Fan of the Week. Each week Sponsor will list the top ten (10) participants who have the most points. Sponsor will randomly select five (5) of the participants that have the most points on the applicable selection date to receive a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Verizon gift certificate and LA BANDA program branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirt, hat, bag) with an approximate retail value of $25. These participants may be featured within the LA BANDA program. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants. Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) persons who from and after the beginning date of the promotion were or are employees or agents of Sponsor or Prize Provider, or their respective parent, affiliates, stations, subsidiaries, or the service agencies or independent contractors; (b) persons who are engaged in the development, production, distribution of materials, or drawing of winners for this promotion; (c) persons who are immediate family of or who reside in the same household as any person in either of the preceding categories.

3 All entry forms will become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. Sponsor will not be responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected entries, nor for entries that are mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, inexact, damaged or late. Sponsor is not responsible for disconnected or misdirected calls or busy signals, incorrect or incomplete information. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, illegible, late, damaged, incomplete or inexact will be void. Each participant agrees to permit Sponsor and Prize Provider to use his/her name, address, city, state, photograph, voice, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for no additional compensation. Sponsor may use the information submitted to offer them information on other offers, products or services, subject to Univision s privacy policy available at Sponsor's decisions will be final and binding in all respects. The winner and guest will be required to sign a release. In the event the winner is not eligible, cannot be notified as determined in these Official Rules, does not sign the release, or does not claim the prize as indicated in the Rules, it will be deemed as if the winner rejected the prize, and the Sponsor may select a new winner if time permits. To claim prize, winner(s) will be required to provide acceptable identification to Sponsor and claim prize as instructed. The winner cannot substitute the prize for its equivalent in cash or credit. The prize may not be assigned or transferred by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion for any reason including if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it considers to have violated the Official Rules or any element of this promotion. Participants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor and (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Provider and their respective parent, affiliates, stations, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prizes or participation in the promotion. Participants understand that this promotion is in no manner sponsored, supported or administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram. All taxes (federal, state, and local) are the sole responsibility of the winner, and the winner may be required to complete tax forms. If a winner has received other prizes from Sponsor during the actual year, and if the value of said prizes exceeds $600, the winner will have to provide her/his Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number to receive the prize. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities or through the use of any other device or artifice to enter multiple times will be deemed invalid. If the winner is from the Univision Conecta App, the winning entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account from which the entry was made. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned an account by the applicable social media company. Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone and/or wireless network, equipment, software, inability to access any service or the Univision Conecta, inability to conduct activities on the Univision Conecta for points, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant s or any other person s mobile phone or device related to or resulting from participation or downloading Univision Conecta, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. If this promotion or Univision Conecta (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the promotion, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention,

4 actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsor s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion or any portion thereof. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or Univision Conecta or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

O (b) Si no desea descargar el App, aun puede competir al enviar respuestas a un mínimo de tres (3) de las siguientes preguntas: (i) cuales son los tres rasgos más importantes para ser un artista musical exitoso?; (ii) la música tiene que ser popular para ser buena?; (iii) quien piensa usted es el artista musical más talentoso de esta década, y por qué?(iv) que se necesita para ser parte de una boy band?; (v) en su opinión cual es la boy band más talentosa en la historia, y por qué? Un representante del Patrocinador evaluara las respuestas basándose en (a) originalidad y creatividad; y (b) gramática y estilo. Debe contestar un mínimo de tres (30 de las preguntas, pero bien puede contestar las cinco (5) preguntas. A cada respuesta se le aportara un puntaje total entre 0 a 500,000. Los Ganadores de El Fan de la Semana serán seleccionados al azar por el Patrocinador de entre los diez (10) participantes con la cantidad de puntos más alta durante la semana aplicable.

Fecha de selección del Ganador: El Ganador del Gran Premio será seleccionado el o alrededor del 22 de noviembre, Ganadores de El Fan de la Semana serán seleccionados en o alrededor del 2, 9, 16, y 23 de noviembre de Manera de notificar a los Ganadores: El Ganador del Gran Premio y los Ganadores de El Fan de la Semana serán notificados por teléfono/correo electrónico el día de la selección, y tendrán veinticuatro (24) horas después de la selección para aceptar su premio. 11. Manera y fecha de recoger los Premios: Cada Ganador tendrá que firmar un relevo de ganador dentro del tiempo/periodo estipulado por el Patrocinador. El Ganador del Gran Premio debe presentarse en un estudio designado por el Patrocinador en o alrededor del 6 de diciembre de 2015, y estar preparado para ensayar y actuar en conexión con el programa La Banda, incluyendo, sin limitar compartir sus opiniones sobre la competencia y los concursantes, y es posible que aparezca durante un episodio del programa y/o en cualquier propiedad de medios del Patrocinador y su afiliados. Los premios para los ganadores de El Fan de la Semana serán enviados por correo postal al ganador respectivo dentro de siete (7) días del recibo del relevo por el Patrocinador. 12. Premio(s) y su Valor Aproximado: (a) Gran Premio. El Ganador del Gran Premio recibirá la oportunidad de servir como juez en el programa de La Banda y asistir al Finale. Cualquier grabación del ganador en conexión con el programa no es una garantía que el/la aparecerá dentro del programa o en cualquier otra oferta/programación del Patrocinador y/o sus afiliados. El Ganador deberá viajar a un estudio designado por el Patrocinador de acuerdo al párrafo 9. El Ganador podrá traer consigo un invitado, y si el Ganador reside más lejos de 100 millas del estudio designado por el Patrocinador, se les proporcionará transportación terrestre o aérea (clase económica) y alojamiento por una (1) noche (habitación estándar). El Ganador y su invitado también recibirán boletos para asistir a la grabación del finale del programa, y si residen más lejos de 100 millas de Miami, Florida, recibirán transportación aérea (clase económica) y alojamiento por una (10 noche (habitación estándar). El Ganador y su invitado deberán viajar en el mismo itinerario y durante las fechas designadas por el Patrocinador. El aeropuerto, aerolínea y hotel, serán determinados por el Patrocinador en su sola discreción. Después de confirmar una reservación, no se permitirán cambios. Transporte terrestre de y al aeropuerto, comidas, servicio de habitación, servicio de ropa, propinas, bebidas, compras personales, incluyendo recuerdos, llamadas telefónicas y cualquier otros gastos diversos no específicamente mencionados aquí serán únicamente la responsabilidad del ganador y su invitado. Ciertas restricciones pueden aplicar. El valor comercial aproximado (VCA) de las tarifas aéreas varía dependiendo del punto de salida del ganador y de la tarifa al momento de partida. Si el valor actual del premio es menos del valor comercial aproximado, no se dará la diferencia al ganador. (b) Fan de la Semana. Cada semana el Patrocinador listara a los diez (10) participantes con los puntos más altos. El Patrocinador elegirá al azar a cinco (5) de dichos participantes en la fecha de selección aplicable para recibir un Certificado de Regalo Verizon de Cien Dólares ($100) y mercancía de marca La Banda (eje., camiseta, gorra, bolsa) con valor aproximado de $25. Estos participantes podrían figurar dentro del programa La Banda. Oportunidades de ganar dependerán del número de participantes. Las personas en las siguientes categorías no son elegibles para participar o ganar un premio: (a) personas que a partir de, o con posterioridad del, inicio de la promoción hayan sido o sean empleados o agentes del Patrocinador, el Proveedor de Premio, o sus respectivas empresas matrices, subsidiarias o filiales o agencias de servicio o contratistas independientes; (b) personas que estén involucradas en el desarrollo, producción, distribución de materiales, o de la selección de los ganadores de esta promoción; y (c) personas que formen parte de la familia inmediata de o que habiten en la misma casa de alguna de las personas incluidas en cualquiera de las categorías anteriores. El Patrocinador no es responsable por llamadas que se desconecten,

7 equivocadas, o líneas ocupadas, ni por información incorrecta o inexacta. Los formatos de participación reproducidos mecánicamente, ilegibles, incompletos o inexactos serán nulos. Cada participante está de acuerdo en permitir que el Patrocinador y el Proveedor de Premio utilicen su nombre, dirección, ciudad, estado, fotografía, voz, cinta de vídeo o cualquier figura semejante con propósitos de publicidad sin compensación adicional alguna. El Patrocinador puede utilizar la información proporcionada por el participante para ofrecerle información de otras ofertas, productos o servicios, según la política de privacidad de Univision, disponible en Todas las decisiones del Patrocinador serán finales y obligatorias en todos los sentidos. Cada ganador y cada invitado tendrán que firmar una liberación de responsabilidad. Si el ganador resulta no ser elegible; si no se puede notificar al ganador como determinado en estas Reglas Oficiales; o si el ganador no recoge el premio según indicado en estas Reglas Oficiales, se considerará como si el ganador hubiese rechazado el premio y el Patrocinador podrá seleccionar a un ganador nuevo si el tiempo lo permite. Para reclamar premios, ganadores serán requeridos proveer identificación aceptable al Patrocinador y recoger premios como sean instruidos. Ganador(es) no puede(n) sustituir el premio por su equivalente en efectivo o por un crédito. El ganador no puede substituir el premio por su equivalente en efectivo o por crédito. El premio no puede ser cedido o transferido por el ganador. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de sustituir a su única discreción cualquiera o todos los premios con cualquier artículo o servicio de valor semejante o mayor. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de modificar o terminar esta promoción por cualquier razón incluyendo si existe fraude, fallas técnicas o cualquier otro factor más allá del control del Patrocinador que dañe la integridad de la promoción, determinado por el Patrocinador en su sola discreción. El Patrocinador podrá descalificar a cualquier persona que, a su sola discreción, considere haya violado estas Reglas Oficiales o cualquier otro elemento de la promoción. Los participantes están de acuerdo en: (a) estar sujetos a las Reglas Oficiales y las decisiones del Patrocinador, y (b) liberar y mantener en paz y a salvo al Patrocinador, al Proveedor de Premio y a sus respectivos matrices, filiales, estaciones, subsidiarias, y contratistas independientes, y sus respectivos directores, funcionarios, empleados, y agentes, inclusive a las agencias de publicidad y promoción, de cualquier y toda responsabilidad con respecto a la aceptación, posesión o uso (o el mal uso) de los premios y/o de la participación en la promoción. Los participantes reconocen que esta promoción no es de ninguna manera patrocinado, apoyado ni administrado por, o asociado con Facebook, Twitter y/o Instagram. Todo impuestos (federal, estatal, y local) será la responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador y es posible que se requiera que cada ganador prepare formularios de impuestos. El Patrocinador no será responsable por la transmisión de información incorrecta o inexacta contenida en los formatos de participación, por los errores técnicos, la pérdida o demora de la transmisión de datos, la omisión, interrupción, supresión, defectos o fallas en la línea de red telefónica, o del equipo de cómputo, software, o por la imposibilidad de acceso a cualquier servicio o Univision Conecta, inhabilidad de conducir actividad en el Univision Conecta para puntos, o

8 cualquier otro error o disfunción, o cualquier daño causado al equipo de cómputo del participante o de cualquier otra persona que resulte de la descarga de Univision Conecta, o por la pérdida, robo, demora, pérdida en correo, datos ilegibles de los formatos de participación o por ser enviados a un lugar incorrecto. Si esta promoción o cualquier sitio de la red asociado con éste (o cualquier porción del mismo) se llegare a corromper o no permitiere la entrada a la promoción, o si la infección por virus de computadora, bugs, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, acciones de los participantes, por fraude, fallas técnicas, o por cualquier otra causa, que en la opinión del Patrocinador, corrompa o afecte la administración, seguridad, imparcialidad, integridad, o la operación apropiada de esta promoción, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho, a su única discreción, de descalificar a cualquier individuo implicado en tal acción, y/o a cancelar, terminar, modificar o suspender esta promoción o alguna porción del mismo. La tentativa, por parte de algún participante o de cualquier otro individuo, de dañar deliberadamente el servicio en línea o Univision Conecta, así como el intento de socavar la operación legítima de esta promoción, se considerará una violación a las leyes penales y civiles. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de hacer valer su derecho de reclamar el pago de daños y/u otros perjuicios en la extensión más amplia permitida por la ley.
