2 Engine Start MAZDA MOBILE START (MMS) 1) Tap the "Start" icon on the lower menu. 2) Tap the "START" button. 3) Enter your PIN (4 digits) to start the engine. [For iphone] [For Android] CAUTION To help protect the environment, conserve energy and avoid inconveniencing others, do not perform idling when it is unnecessary, or longer than necessary.

3 MAZDA MOBILE START (MMS) NOTE If the engine start conditions are not satisfi ed, the engine start operation cannot be performed. ( "Operating Conditions") For vehicles equipped with an automatic wiper function, when the engine start operation is activated with the smartphone, the wipers will not turn on even when the wiper switch is set to the "AUTO" position and it begins to rain. When vehicles equipped with automatic lights are set to the "AUTO" position for the light switch, the lights turn on if the engine is started at night with the smartphone. If the engine automatically stops after warming up, the lights will also turn off at the same time to prevent the battery from draining. However, to avoid disturbing people by unexpected glare light, set the automatic light switch to the "OFF" position when using MMS to turn on the engine at night. If your PIN number is entered incorrectly 5 times, you will be automatically logged out. If you forgot your PIN number, tap the "Forgot PIN number?" link and follow the on-screen instructions. After a successful remote engine start or stop, the app will be redirected to the Home screen. Vehicles remotely started with Mazda Mobile Start can idle for a total of 30 minutes, however automatic engine shutoff occurs after the run-time set on "Idling Time" ( "Settings and Help"). You can always restart the vehicle after this initial shutoff. When the total run-time of 30 minutes is reached, the vehicle must be manually started to reset the Remote Engine Start. If the vehicle is started manually within the 30 minute window, the run-time will be reset. If you attempt to perform remote operations while the panic alarm is activated, the alarm will stop but any remote functions will not be activated. Check the vehicle conditions, and then try the remote operation again. To run the vehicle 1) If the vehicle engine is started with the smartphone, stop the engine with the smartphone or by opening the vehicle's door. 2) Restart the engine with the push button start.

NOTE After a successful remote engine start or stop, the app will be redirected to the Home screen. If the engine is started with the push button start, it cannot be stopped with the smartphone. If you attempt to perform remote operations while the panic alarm is activated, the alarm will stop but any remote functions will not be activated. Check the vehicle conditions, and then try the remote operation again.

7 MAZDA MOBILE START (MMS) NOTA Si no se cumplen las condiciones de arranque del motor, no se puede realizar la operación de arranque de motor. ( Condiciones de operación ) Para vehículos equipados con una función de limpiaparabrisas automático, cuando se active la operación de arranque de motor con el smartphone, los limpiaparabrisas no se encenderán aun si el interruptor de limpiaparabrisas está colocado en la posición AUTO y empieza a llover. Cuando el interruptor de luz de los vehículos equipados con luces automáticas se ajusta a la posición AUTO, las luces se encienden si se arranca el motor con el smartphone de noche. Sin embargo, si el motor se detiene automáticamente después de calentar, las luces también se apagarán al mismo tiempo para prevenir que la batería se descargue. Sin embargo, para evitar molestar a otras personas con una luz brillante e inesperada, ajuste el interruptor de luz automática en la posición OFF al utilizar el MMS para arrancar el motor de noche. Si se ingresa incorrectamente cinco veces su número de PIN, usted saldrá automáticamente. Si olvidó su número de PIN, toque el enlace Forgot PIN number? y siga las instrucciones que aparecen en pantalla. Luego de un arranque o parada remota del motor, la aplicación será redirigida a la pantalla de inicio. Los vehículos que se arrancan remotamente con el arranque remoto del motor pueden estar en ralentí por un total de 30 minutos, sin embargo el apagado remoto del motor se da luego de que se acaba el tiempo de marcha definido en Idling Time ( Configuración y ayuda ). Siempre puede volver a arrancar el vehículo luego de este apagado inicial. Cuando se llegue al tiempo de marcha de 30 minutos, se debe arrancar manualmente el vehículo para reiniciar el arranque remoto del motor. Si se arranca el vehículo manualmente dentro de la ventana de 30 minutos, se reiniciará el tiempo de marcha. Si trata de hacerlo funcionar en forma remota mientras la alarma de emergencia está activada, la alarma se detendrá, pero no se activará el funcionamiento en forma remota. Verifi que las condiciones del vehículo y, a continuación, trate de hacerlo funcionar de nuevo en forma remota. Para conducir el vehículo... 1) Si se arranca el motor del vehículo con el smartphone, detenga el motor con el smartphone o abriendo la puerta del vehículo. 2) Reinicie el motor con el botón de arranque.

NOTA Luego de un arranque o parada remota del motor, la aplicación será redirigida a la pantalla de inicio. Si se arranca el motor con el botón de arranque, no se puede detener con el smartphone. Si trata de hacerlo funcionar en forma remota mientras la alarma de emergencia está activada, la alarma se detendrá, pero no se activará el funcionamiento en forma remota. Verifi que las condiciones del vehículo y, a continuación, trate de hacerlo funcionar de nuevo en forma remota.
