1 AVISO DE INTENCIÓN Ciudad de México, abril 16 de 2018 PARA PARTICIPAR EN EL PROCESO DE CONCERTACIÓN DEL ACUERDO REFERENCIAL DE SERVICIOS DE REHABILITACIÓN DE DUCTOS TERRESTRES DERIVADO DE UN CASO FORTUITO O FUERZA MAYOR (TOMA CLANDESTINA) Petróleos Mexicanos, a través de la Dirección Operativa de Procura y Abastecimiento (DOPA) está implementando la estrategia aprobada por el Grupo de Abastecimiento Estratégico de Petróleos Mexicanos y sus Empresas Productivas Subsidiarias, consistente en un Acuerdo Referencial de Servicios de Rehabilitación de Ductos Terrestres derivado de un caso Fortuito o Fuerza Mayor Toma Clandestina (ACREF) que procede de una subcategoría de la familia de la Construcción y Mantenimiento de Ductos (sin Tubería). Derivado de lo anterior, se comunica a las personas físicas y morales que prestan Servicios de Rehabilitación de Ductos Terrestres que, a partir de la publicación del presente Aviso de Intención y previo a la publicación de los Requisitos de Participación, se recibirán las manifestaciones de interés en participar en el proceso de concertación de dicho ACREF, a través del correo electrónico de la Lic. Yaneth Pérez Nava (yaneth.perez@pemex.com), conforme a lo siguiente: La manifestación de interés, mediante carta digitalizada firmada por su representante legal, elaborada de conformidad con el formato anexo. Contar con el registro en la Herramienta Integral de Información de Proveedores (HIIP) de Petróleos Mexicanos. En caso de no tenerlo, no estar vigente o actualizado, se les invita a realizar el trámite correspondiente ingresando a la siguiente dirección: A quienes manifiesten interés en participar en el proceso, les será enviada la información relacionada con el desarrollo del ACREF, a través el Sistema de Contrataciones Electrónicas Pemex (SISCeP).
