4 Los verbos que cambian en las formas de la bota (yo, tú, él/ella/ud., ellos/ellas/uds.) E IE Escribe una forma de querer, tener, empezar, entender, cerrar, preferir, pensar (to think) Se usa cada verbo una vez. 1. El museo cierra a las ocho de la noche. 2. Yo prefiero/quiero el pollo. 6. Las clases empiezan a las ocho y veinticinco de la mañana. 7. Yo no quiero/prefiero estudiar esta noche. I. Imperativos: Can you figure out the general rules for making regular verbs commands? Tú: Come algo. Escribe la respuesta. Canta conmigo. To make a regular command in the tú form (talking to one person who is friend, family or younger) you use the él/ella form of the verb Tú negative No coma nada. No escriba en mis papeles. No cante en la clase. To make the regular negative command in the tú form, you use the opposite él/ella ending (in reality this is the subjunctive for él/ella, which you will learn in level 3 or 4) Plural (Uds.) Coman algo. Escriban la respuesta. Canten conmigo. To make the regular Uds. commands, you use the opposite ending for ellos/ellas/uds (in reality this is the subjenctive tense, that you will learn in level 3 or 4)

5 Negative Uds commands: No coman. No escriban. No canten. To make regular Uds. Commands negative, you simply add no_ before the command form (actually no before the subjunctive form of the verb, which you will learn in much more detail in level 3 or 4).
