6 Proposal of an Implementation Plan of Action for the Region for Pilar 1. Promoción del manejo sostenible del recurso suelo y mejoramiento de la gobernanza para la protección del suelo y su productividad sostenible. Problema Inexistencia de una ventana informativa sobre la Alianza Regional para el MSS Línea de Acción Establecer y mantener actualizado sitio de la Alianza Regional para CA, M y C dentro del sitio web de la GSP Actores (Líder y colaboradores) FAO, Puntos focales, CRD, y Asociados Prioridad 1 F. de Cumplimiento Permanente (Inicio Marzo 2015) Legislación sobre uso y manejo del suelo desactualizada o inexistente Realizar diagnóstico sobre la existencia de Marco Regulatorio en los países de la región FAO, CDR, Puntos focales y asociados 1 Mayo 2015 Apoyar la elaboración de propuesta de Marco Regulatorio mínimo para países de la región 1 Diciembre 2015 Requiere financiamiento No existen plataformas nacionales para la gestión sostenible del suelo Promover la constitución de plataformas nacionales para la gestión sostenible del suelo Puntos focales, asociados, FAO, CDR 1 Mayo 2016 (preferiblemente para el 5 de diciembre 2015) No existen políticas nacionales a la gestión sostenible del suelo Promover políticas y estrategias que favorezcan la seguridad alimentaria, la restauración de suelos y los servicios ecosistémicos, mediante la gestión sostenible del suelo Puntos focales, asociados, FAO, plataformas, CDR 1 Permanente Se requiere elaborar proyecto o financiamiento especifico Existe una cantidad limitada de RRHH preparados para la gestión sostenible del suelo Elaborar una estrategia de capacitación regional a los diferentes niveles incluyendo los productores, para la formación de RRHH para la gestión sostenible del suelo Puntos focales, asociados, FAO, plataformas, CDR 1 Diciembre 2015 Poca adopción de tecnologías basadas en el manejo sostenible de suelo Fortalecer las capacidades regionales de los sistemas de extensión (incl. sistemas de gestión de conocimiento) para el manejo sostenible de suelo Puntos focales, asociados, FAO, plataformas, CDR 1 Diciembre 2016
